Absolutamente precioso personal, excelente comida y un ambiente fabuloso, desearíamos tener uno en Leicester como iría regularmente. Tenía burritos con sidra de piña

El personal es siempre agradable y servicial, siempre comprueban durante nuestra comida si todo está bien. Mi hijo me presentó este lugar hace un tiempo y yo presenté a mi hija, ahora es más favorito ir cuando vamos a la ciudad. Sin duda recomendaría.

Mis amigos me persuadieron de ir aquí y me alegro de haberlo hecho. Me tomé los tacos con el nuevo más allá del filete vegano. ¡Muy sabroso! El personal era muy amable. Volveré.

Como cliente primerizo, encontré la preparación fácil de entender. El personal era educado y la comida se servía rápidamente.

Recientemente llamamos a la Tortilla Lincoln y tuvimos una comida fantástica, buena comida y servicio. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Vino a almorzar con mis hijos. Los 3 pedimos un burrito, cada uno de los cuales se hizo a pedido, con una gran selección de rellenos y extras. Personal muy amable y a buen precio. La comida estaba deliciosa y recién preparada. Sin duda volvería!

A hidden gem, fresh food fast! I came in for a bite to eat at lunch and was not disappointed. The homemade guac was to die for.

This was the worst food we’ve ever had all a bit tasteless. We had nachos queso meal which was not good cheese sauce was cold. It didn’t look anything like photo. We won’t be back and recommend you don’t visit.

Really love food from here! But when I went to eat in, before even asking if we were finished a waiter took mine and my friends food and drinks and while she picked them up said you’re finished? We weren’t but she just took the food because we’d sat still for a moment. Sad because we paid for that food and didn’t even get to finish it

We dropped in here on Wednesday night to give it a try. The right decision. It’s a bit different. Order at the counter and choose your fillings from a really extensive selection. This is a big meal. The staff were all really friendly and helpful which makes a huge difference. We’ll worth it. £20 for the two of us including a drink each. We will be back.

Nipped in from work to grab a bit of fodder.. Absolute gem of a place very friendly staff and the food is awesome.. Plenty and tasty what more can u ask..

Delicious Mexican fast food served by the friendliest staff ever. Beef corn Taco’s were mouth watering. Had to go up for seconds and try a Chicken Quesadilla which was also delicious. The staff were very welcoming and extremely friendly.

A year in Lincoln and it shows….. rice the staple of this place. We had a 7 min wait on. Being shown to a table as we was eating in and being spun into a crazed confused web off unsuratery (that was by the staff? No ice. Full stop No rice, no picked onions, wait time to replenish. No iced tea ! No experience no apology. So we ordered a burrito bowel after sitting waiting on the rice to arrive. Which is only one kind now as the menu has changed. So one large burrito bowel one regular. No difference in the amount off ingredients added to the bowel. One half scoop of everything. Until I actually said add more. ! The beef was fatty yet once pulled apart it was okay. I dint think we’ll be back again. Until an area manager looks at this place. Deliveroo and just eat take priority over actual walk ins. No meet and great I could go on…….

Well we’re do we start. Never been in Tortilla’s but we came across this one in Lincoln and my hubby decided it was a good idea to eat here I had the salad bowel as the meat didn’t look that healthy everything was just plonked on top I thought it looks uninviting but I’ll see what it tastes like . Hubby went for the rice bowl with pulled pork. Well I’m not going to lie as we eat out a lot and in different restaurants but my god this most be the worded food I’ve ever eaten , it was like mush and and laid heavy for hours after a f the taste that was left in my mouth I just couldn’t get ride of it . Mu hubby couldn’t eat it and left most of it he said it was like mush with hard rice . Never ever again

Great customer service, I’ve been going to this Lincoln branch often and I could not be happier with the staff. Emma and Stellios are the most friendliest staff I have ever met. The service is quick and the food tastes amazing!

We regularly visit Tortilla, the staff are lovely and the food is amazing !!!! They always tell you everything is made fresh everyday and we can really tell. Will be back again !

No longer a Tortilla virgin. Great food, really tasty, enjoyable and hit the spot perfectly. Service was great too, will definitely be coming back.

We had never been to Tortilla in Lincoln before, so approached with caution. When my son’s burrito and my quesadilla arrived though, we were blown away by the the tastiness. Servers Brett, Will and Emma did a great job getting piping hot food out to customers who came in freezing cold and wet, so a big thanks to them. I would totally recommend going there again!

Called in here for lunch. Decided to have the burrito. Lots of choices of meat, rice, beans, salsa etc. I had the pulled beef. The burrito was packed full and very tasty. Nice drinks too, a bit different from the norm. Staff were pleasant and happy to lead you through the burrito building process.

Cashless restaurant without any signed on the main door. I do not agree with cashless businesses. How do you expect tourists to pay by card? They prepared my order and when i was handling the cash they told me they did not accept it so i ended up paying by card because the order was already prepared. Is ridiculous this policy and will make you loose money and is ridiculous nowadays we may need to ask places if they accept cash. Not coming back to this place and restaurant chain simply because of this policy.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Fast and very efficient at working. The food was delicious. overall amazing visit!
