Chatty and friendly staff, help to navigate the different types of food. A good range of meats and vegetarian options. Sitting inside or takeout are both great options. Would highly recommend.

Was keen to try this place - unfortunately some real negatives. Pro’s Good food - freshly made and tasty. Reasonably price (‘ish) Cons Slow service Very small seating area - maybe enough for 10 people? Tables were rickety and unstable. Quesadillas are not served until after 1400 and therefore not available for lunch? I asked why this was and there was no known reason? Crazy policy that makes zero sense as a customer, especially as all it required to plug-in in the machine behind her? To much of the food requires additional payment? Want beef as your protein, extra £1. Want Chorizo or cheese sauce ? £1 each. Makes the burritos far more expensive and far from the headline price. Taco’s are tiny - a ‘full size’ portion was barely enough for our 9 year old. Overall it was OK - but lack of menu items out is off. Would not return? Why would you have items on your menu that can’t be ordered? Crazy. Do not recommend. Logotype scheme has no app.

went there saturday gone and was a terrible experience. walked in to get told they had no beef or chicken, to then having the staff behind the counter get funny with me when she started making the wrong order, and threw the alternative onto my meal. we waited 10 minute for a wooden throwaway folk and staff standing there and said " what do you want" i mentioned the food is getting cold with no response. someone finally delivered some folks in the main entrance. then sfaff behind the counter leant over the food texting on there phone, will defo not be retuning. worse customer service have ever seen and had the luxury of paying £15.00

Just that out of all the places in Portsmouth, you guys are the best - especially for Mexican food. Taco Bell tastes like ass, but Tortilla slaps every time. Seriously, usually there'll be once or twice where the service or the food isn't great, but I've yet to have that happen at Tortilla. I was genuinely happy when I first heard you were opening a branch in Portsmouth, I just love burritos man. Also please never stop doing the marinated pork, that sh*t is delicous

Attended at 8:20 pm for a quick meal. Asked the young woman to speak up as the music was loud. I’m only 52. She turned it off. She spoke even quieter. She seemed a bit angry over it. Was informed it was too late to make a quesadilla. They had everything cleaned up and were wanting to close, although the sign said they closed at 9 pm. Got a burrito bowl and nachos. Both of which were cold. The taste was not good.
