Loved the wrap and the choices of fillings. First visit to a tortilla store and will definitely seek out in the future.

I just came here and got tres tacos. There was no guacamole left and no avocados to make any more bc they were really busy today and guacamole is very popular. I had a tiny strop about (sorry but I love guacamole my tacos) but I got served by Rhiddi and she was really kind and tried her best to see if there was anything else and she was really sweet and I am sorry to Rhiddi if I was being annoying and you were lovely and really made me laugh at the end of the transaction when you asked me if I wanted to claim my free guacamole from the app rewards. It was so funny and stopped it from being awkward. I will laugh about this for ages. Lovely, lovely staff, especially Rhiddi and the manager was nice and explained there were no avocados to make me fresh guac but if there was they would have. Best Tortilla visit I have had for customer service. Thank you. 15/03/25 came back tonight and met Kavya and Rhiddi were here and they were gorgeous and they remembered me and they had Guacamole!!! Lovely service, I love coming here. Kings Cross Tortilla has overtaken Camden as my favourite Tortialla.

To eat quickly, in a relatively "balanced" way with the choice of 3 meats and 2 vegetarian options. Fajitas, tacos...filled with meats, sauces, raw and cooked vegetables, cheese. The beef is particularly tasty 👍

A bit busy when I went but great service and food

Just had dinner there. The food was delicious, the dish was satisfied me completely, and the service was with an authentic smile.

I’ve been to this branch 3 times now and each time it’s an horrible experience. I know there’s shrinkflation but I’ll rather go to the branch in angel, at least I don’t leave feeling hungry when I visit there.

Went to tortilla today and I was very happy and satisfied with the service and food. Quality of the food (chicken burrito) was nice and staff was very friendly and kind. Specially, Jhanvi made sure that the service I received as a customer was satisfying.

I appreciate the fact that Tortilla is reliable and you know what you are going to get. Good food and fresh. Really annoying that you have to pay extra for guacamole!

i ordered a quesadilla and it was made fast and nicely. the team members were extremely polite and kind especially Inês and Vidula, the resturant was clean and well kept (the serving area and the tables/chairs). the place gives a really good vibe in a nice location highly recommend going there :)

A regular here for the last 5 years or so. The manager always ensures We're well looked after, hence why we always return. Staff are also great.

Recently had the pleasure of dining at Tortillas Kings cross and I must say, it continues to exceed expectations!

Staff and location and environment all great. 😌 place is clean and lots of seats. Staff are really nice. Friendly, hard working constantly. Just let down by portion size. I’m not a big eater but even for me the tortilla seems about a third the size of what they used to be. Mostly rice inside too. I know supply is expensive, but I won’t be back as the tortilla is just too small. Honestly I’d rather pay more for a reasonable meal size.

I don’t know what’s happened to tortilla but you would think the workers are tryna save the food to take home. I questioned the amount of chips in the bag and the server tells me that the limit of the bag is 45 grams. Is this a joke, not to mention the portion of chicken isn’t enough to fill a toddler. The customer service is abhorent. God knows what’s happened to u lot, cost of living must have hit u guys hard anyway u won’t be seeing me again. Feed your employees coz they seem like they starving.

A short slightly chubby female employee keeps cutting corners every time I go there. She skips ingredients that should definitely be included, and only adds them when you remind her to, and even then her attitude is terrible. It’s ridiculous.

Absolute trash. Ordered a quesadilla and they made it like a burrito, stuffed it full of terrible chicken and onions, and then threw it in a toaster oven. Not a quesadilla at all and tasted terrible. Threw in the trash and left.

It was fine until my girlfriend was robbed of her bag containing credit cards, driving licence, ID, mobile, car key, house key, health insurance card, anything of importance. Decent food, great, helpful staff.

Tortilla in kings cross was fantastic there was a very nice and well mannered waitress who name began with the letter k she was called like kartasva I forgot her name. The food was absolutely fantastic and very overwhelming I would recommend everyone to come eat here thank you very much tortilla.
