Service a little on the slow side,but made up with the food very pleased with the food.. The takeaway were good also.

Dreadful service. Just been spoken to by a woman server like I was something on a shoe. We went in to order food and simply asked if they had coffee. The response was disgusting and we were told that its not a coffee shop. She had also told my husband move when he was waiting to order food. Clearly can’t cope and has no customer service ability at all. My first ever visit and will never go again

Fantastic experience, the staff were so helpful (especially Tyler, thank you so much!). We had some odd requests due to having 2 children with us, but nothing was a bother, super helpful and smiley staff. Food was yummy too 😋

Always have had a good meal from this tortilla. Food is always hot, good quality and tasty. Just be careful with the extra charges as it can get costly if you don’t keep an eye.

Appalling. I had a tortilla, my husband had burritos. My trotilla came in a foil wrap. I opened it to eat it and it fell apart. I aksed for a plate like the one my husband had and was handed a cardboard box. When I asked again for an actual plate, the server refused. She pointed to a notice on a a wall behind where I was sitting, and told me sternly, 'You didn't read the instructions on how to eat your tortilla'. (I guess the end of that is, 'so you don't deserve a plate'.) I ended up having to pick up scrappy pieces of tortilla and eat them with my fingers. (I didn't dare ask for a knife.) To top it all, they refused to take cash and now I'm home, I can see I was charged an extra 30p on my card. Perhaps they thought their service was just exemplarary. A miserable experience. Definitely to be avoided.

Been to loads of Tortilla across the UK, my advice is avoid this one, poor service, cold food and burnt food, poor preparation and hygiene standards.

I had a burrito, which was good. Unfortunately, I won't return because the staff were unfriendly and they played loud dance music, which isn't really the vibe for TexMex and inhibited conversation. With a good manager, this place would do better.

The food is very spicy, spicy wine by default, it was not our choice. The service was very unfriendly, perhaps because of the time we went to dinner, but there was a very intense atmosphere.

My daughter and I had two burritos which were delicious, done in front of us, by a very friendly guy with Irish accent (Andrew). Cheers mate! You looked like a professional burrito maker, also fast and friendly. What else can you ask for? I topped it up with a frozen Margarita that hit the spot! This place should be busier. The prices are very reasonable. Some other places overcharge you for even less quality ingredients and service. Well done Tortilla Liverpool! We'll be back 👏🏻👍🏻 Our bill was around £23 for two people. Last night we went for dinner somewhere else, were our bill was double of this for a less enjoyable experience.

Both ladies at the store had a rude tone. The boy handled it all well. There facial expressions seemed judgmental and they were not letting me take my time to think.

Got a large naked burrito and it was tiny, much smaller than my friends large burrito. Kept having to ask for more of each thing, staff also talked really fast and were frustrated when I didn’t know all the options.

I tried their taco meal, which was delicious, but the price was very expensive

Really lovely service - server was lovely with little siblings who didn’t know how the ordering worked. Fast, nice and hot, spicy, tasty food.

Went it for their national tortilla day, the store was very busy, queue right outside of the store but the staff were very well organised and the queue moved quickly. Counter with food was clean, and they had all the ingredients in stock despite all the customers. I got a bowl with cilantro rice, chicken, veg, avocado, and picked onions, and it was very delicious. Smaller portion.

Great food and all the staff were really lovely! We sat and waited 5mins for some more beef to be ready, which was no problem at all. Because of this Liam kindly gave us a 10% discount☺️ I’ll deffo come back the next time I visit Liverpool

Not a nice place: mediocre burritos (80% rice…), bland tortilla chips, cheese sauce made of some weird stuff (and not much cheese). “sticky” tables, everything looks in need of a cleaning.

Food OK is not as tasty as other similar outlets. Basic seating and the medium buratio were not particularly filling.

I'm a support worker for mental health, the service user chose this place for his lunch and I just have to say a massive thankyou to all the staff. I've never had such polite, welcoming and thoughtful staff help out so much! This is a great place for food and it's fresh, tasty and exciting! And also definitely filling! Compliments to the chef!!

It was serendipity when I came across Tortilla. I have just returned to the UK after 20 years in America were I lived in Minnesota. St. Paul has significant Mexican population and so I got used to high quality Mexican food. Tortilla is up with some of the better places snd way above many faux Mexican restaurants. My experience at Totilla Liverpool did nit disappoint me. The food was delicious and they were anxious to know whether I was vegetarian or vegan whether I had any allergies. I am vegetarian I cannot fault the food for quality or quantity and it was very favourable. The service was excellent and I was asked my opinion before I left. The only thing missing, for me, was cactus. This is such a small point. Do go, you eill not be disappointed:

Unfortunately I have allergens and eating can be a pain. We chose the restaurant because it had several options. Upon arrival the staff asked without prompt about allergens, freshly cleaned the prep area and prepared my meal with great care and a friendly manner. Food was tasty and staff where amazing.

Staff were fantastic, guided us through the whole process and checked with us to make sure everything was good. Brilliant service from Faye, Spencer and another girl who I have forgot the name of, and manager Amy :)

Today we picked up Tortilla's latest offering for Veganuary! - The Vegan Chipotle Chilli House Burrito 🌯🌱 Stuffed with Coriander Rice, Grilled Veggies, Organic Tempeh Chilli, Smashed guacamole & Sweetcorn Salsa. Topped with Vegan Chipotle Mayo, Fiery Salsa Roja & Pickled Red Onions. Firstly, it was massive and really filling! The Coriander Rice is delicious and the Tempeh worked really well in the Burrito. It all just tasted so fresh, was perfectly wrapped and I was really impressed! Can't wait for another one already!💚

Quesadilla was extremely tasty. If we lived in a society where being fat was good I would have 6of them in one go. I’m looking forward to my next one. I might just re order it now

I just ordered 3 burritos on Uber eats, £37… They called immediately after to say they had no guacamole and replaced it with tortilla chips, fair enough. Waited 90 minutes, multiple delivery drivers arrived to collect our food and were sent away as the food wasn’t ready. They’re obviously running out of ingredients as the burritos just contained meat and rice (the wrong rice), we paid for large burritos and extra fillings, this did not happen. They’re obviously struggling as it’s New Year’s Day but they charged us for everything while skimping out on ingredients. They’re trying to make their stock go further by putting less into the orders but still charging us the same. Have ordered from here loads of times so I’m aware of the standard and what to expect, this time I feel cheated. Shortly after our order they turned the app off as they were struggling to keep up, they should have cancelled our order rather than ripping us off. Fuming, kids are crying, nice one.

Excellent Burritos bursting with fillings and flavour. You have to accept things are going to get messy! 😋 Paper towels should be handed out as default but a member of staff kindly brought a bunch of them to our table. Tables could do with better attention to cleaning considering the high probability of spillage. We fancied a table by the window to people-watch but it had splatterings of sauces. Staff are very helpful when building your burrito. They speak fast at each stage of selection, which can be challenging for those whose hearing isn’t as good as it used to be, but they are very patient and explain the choices. Beats the other, more generic, fast-food outlets hands down!

Usually my favourite place for burritos but ordered a barbacoa beef bowl and it was DISGUSTING - was one giant glob of fat and no meat. Uber eats will not issue a refund either. Very disappointed

Been here lots of times, I went recently after a long day at work and a loss in the family, just hungry and tired. I ordered my usual, I was tired and said the wrong name for an item on the menu, the man who served me didn't let me finish my sentence before he said "no we dont have that- if you read the menu" I was taken aback by how passive aggressive it was, I repeated myself with the proper name and was asked what protein I wanted. I saw a realllly small amount of really dried out veg left, so I asked to mix the veg and vegan meat, I was swiftly talked over to be told I wasn't allowed this. I stood there quiet for a minute as I was so further embarrassed by being scolded. He said nothing. In the end I was just wanting to order and leave and did so. I havnt been back since. The food was so barely made and I was made to feel I was stupid. I won't be back as I dont accept being treated like this and spending £25 a time for two items and a drink, Plenty of choice out there, I am not a child in school being spoken to by an angry school dinner lady! Ive seen a few reviews here mentioning a hostile male manager and I suspect its the same man that was rude to me, no surprise there.

I entered the restaurant with two cans of drink I had purchased from Home & Bargains. The lady who served me made me show her the receipt to prove I hadn’t stolen them from the restaurant. I explained they were warm and not from the fridge instore. They also had rrp stickers on for 75p, but still I was pressured into providing my receipt. Unfortunately this ruined my experience and was something that has bothered me all day, especially whilst I was eating.

Food was an absolute joy to eat. tacos were so nice and my barrios were so full I had a food hangover.
