Amazing food and amazing service. Highly recommend this place. Anish looked after us and made us feel very welcomed.

Had probably the best burger I've had in my life here it was amazing, all the staff were lovely & the food came out very quickly.

Ordered for delivery. Poor Uber driver was waiting for at least 30-40 minutes outside of the restaurant and the food was itself was pretty poor. Bacon on the burger was undercooked and so fatty that I had to take it off which ment taking off the cheese as it had melted onto the bacon. Onion rings were soggy and soft... And the portion of chips was a absolute joke, it wouldn't have fed a child let along an adult. Nachos had No Salsa or jalapenos and the tubs of guacamole & sour cream had barley anything in them. (The yogurt sour cream was also split and tasted off.) I unfortunately won't be ordering from here again.

Food was delicious and good portions. Service however was a bit lacking cos of the sullen staff. Just don't ask them to make you a margarita as they don't use the basic 4 ingredients of Tequila, Triple Sec, Lime and Salt and it comes without any ice in a martini glass 🙄.

I am not sure how many reviews you should give one restaurant but Churrasco west derby definitely deserves the ongoing feedback of being not only the best steakhouse in West Derby, not the best in Liverpool but possibly anywhere you may travel to. Why? Food quality and the expert way its cooked basically compared to near by places. Then there is the customer service and overall experience, go nowhere else and have the best steak you will ever have at Churrasco with Anish and his team. I have ate at several hells kitchen steakhouses and this trumps them all.

We've ben to Churrasco a few times, the most recent being last May. As usual, the service was good and the food excellent. I had the beef enchilada and my wife the burritos. Both of us enjoyed our meals and we will be back sooner rather than later.

Had a table booked for 8pm, we arrived and they didn’t have a table for us so we waited about 30 minutes, food was ok they had ran out of a few things we asked for but the service was terrible, the staff were very rude and just didn’t seem to care. Wont be returning

Excellent service and great food. Really good atmosphere and the staff are not overpowering. The steaks were cooked to perfection and my wifes meal was extremely nice according to her. Would definitely come again. One hidden gem for sure.

Visited here last week for my sisters 16th Birthday. It’s a cute little vibe and I have been in there before when the previous owners had it, it was always nice. Unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations this time around. First we arrived at 5pm which I believe is shortly after they had opened and they had already ‘ran out’ of a lot of items. I then ordered steak medium rare and it came out more well done. I told the waitress and the chef did offer to change it however I wanted to sit and eat my meal with my family rather than wait so I said it was fine. The texture of the steak was completely off though it felt really grainy and not like real meat. Also two family members ordered lamb skewers which they complained were really dry and hard to chew. Anyhow through the remained of the meal I felt the waitresses glaring at me which wasn’t a nice experience, I’m assuming because I’d made the comment about the steak. The waitress with the dark hair was so abrupt you felt uncomfortable when placing orders! Disappointed and won’t be returning or recommending unfortunately. Dropped in for early lunch as we had a meal booked that night got a few starters and a rack of ribs to share the starters pork belly was nice mushrooms on toast was amazing and ribs were lovely be back for a full meal

Great restaurant, our waitress was very good gave us plenty of time to look. She was knowledgeable about the dishes and polite. We had prawns to startthey were delicious. My husband had sirloin steak and I had the burrito. Wow very large portions and both cooked perfectly. This was our first time here. We will be returning

We ate here last night and overall were very unhappy hence my rating. Firstly the food was excellent except they never mentioned what they had run out of until we went to order, this should have been mentioned earlier when taking drinks order. Secondly the table right in front of the door it was absolutely freezing and draughty even when closed. It was our first time there and it will be our last unfortunately as I said the wings,ribs and steaks were perfect.

Absolutely superb meal here tonight for my sons birthday. Myself and my 3 teenage boys.attention and service was fantastic and the food some of the best we have anywhere for a long time. 1st time visit but absolutely will.not be the last. Highly recommended 👌

Very accommodating, we never booked, but staff squeezed us in. Other restaurants have empty tables and just say full, if churosco west Derby can fit you in, they probably will. Great food and service.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Liverpool and very reasonably priced, with large portion sizes. Friendly and attentive staff. Food is incredible and far superior to any other Mexican/Hispanic restaurant in Liverpool. Only minor complaint is the front door; please find a way for it to close by itself without a customer / staff member having to close it every time someone enters or leaves the restaurant.

Actually love this place. Food and cocktails and lovely. And you don’t have to remortgage your house going for a family meal here. Loved the complementary shot!

Here tonight for my daughters 22nd Birthday but also been her lots of times before. Food as always was excellent no complaints. Young lady asked if we were celebrating anything special then the Chef brought out a cake with candles, what a lovely gesture. Great food lovely staff and atmosphere. 100% recommend.

And a lot more value for money than its local meat house competitors ! No paying separately for sauce, fries,etc! A meal is just that! A meal! And the teatime special is an absolute steal! ☺️

We've been here a few times and the food and service is consistently excellent and good value for money. Lots of choice, generous portions and good variety of cuts of steak - cooked perfectly according to preference. We were celebrating an anniversary with family and the chef and waiting staff went above and beyond to make our evening special. Thank you.

13 of us visited last night for a 80th birthday. The staff were excellent, they really looked after us and especially the birthday girl. The service was fantastic and the food was gorgeous. Everything was cooked to perfection. Fantastic value for money with 2 courses for £13.95. Would highly recommend

Booked family meal for 26 people for my daughters birthday, from initial booking we felt extremely looked after, food served on time and everything was delicious! Even when ordering from set menu portions were plentiful and good quality ingredients. Staff were efficient and atmosphere was relaxed, younger children catered for and free cocktails for myself and the birthday girl were a really nice touch. Will definitely be booking again. I recently had a fantastic dining experience at churrasco grill restaurant . The ambiance was lively and inviting, and the service was outstanding. Food were a wide variety of fresh and delicious options which was totally outstanding and affordable . The real highlight, however, was the continuous serving of perfectly cooked, flavorful meats. Each cut was tender and seasoned to perfection. Staff were attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling completely satisfied and eager to return. If you're a fan of quality meat and a unique dining experience, I highly recommend trying out a churrasco food .means a lot for your services . It was totally worth .

We had my sister in laws 40th in her last night there was 20 of us and nothing was roo much. They went above and beyond for us. The management and staff where amazing. The food was unbelievable so nice and everything was so fresh. The nicest steak I've ever had. Would highly recommend this place and there sister restaurant los amigos in Aigburth 10/10

Firstly the food and services were good. We were a party of 8 booked in for 5.30 for my sister birthday. Just before 7 we were told that they needed the table back for the next party booked in. We were never offered deserts and they started clearing our plates even though some people had not finished eating, which they should be trained not to do. What started out as a lovely family meal ended up as a disappointing rush, one hour 30 mins in not long enough for 8 people to enjoy a relaxing meal, also nowhere did state on our booking that the table was required back for that time

Love this place. One of the few restaurants left serving reasonably priced food with decent portions. Staff were amazing, loved the cocktails. Child friendly as well. Will be back!

We booked a table for the evening to have some steaks with the family. When we arrived we were told that they have none steaks left, only the smallest one, no salmon as well... Steak house runs out of steaks on the Saturday evening dinner?... Disappointing really, had to find another restaurant to go to. Place itself very small, has a takeaway as well, so doors are being opened very often and makes place cold inside. The only plus - waitresses were very friendly and nice.

We reserved on time at 11am for Christmas dinner only to arrive for them to tell us they don’t have space because they didn’t check their system. They could see our name in the system and all they could do was apologise for the inconvenience caused. They blamed the third party who handles online reservations.

We can not fault the service we received yesterday. 19 of us went to celebrate my Mums birthday and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service and the ambience. Everyone worked so hard but still managed to speak to us and made time to check all was well. Amazing. We’ll definitely be back 🙌 thanks again for everything.

I’ve not been to this restaurant before even though I live local and it was exceptional. We ordered the fillet steak which came with basket of hot chips, salad and delicious pepper corn sauce. I ordered my medium rare and it was spot on, my friend ordered it well done and it was beautiful. The meal was very reasonable and compared with another local steakhouse in my opinion was much better and not overpriced. The staff were attentive and the chef asked why I had not eaten all my steak as he was worried it was something the kitchen had done but I reassured him it was lovely and tender and I think I filled myself up on the garlic bread, it certainly wasn’t the meal and I wish I had just gone for main meal as the portion of steak was big and we got the smaller fillet steak. Would really recommend a visit

Well my favourite restaurant delivered again for a special family meal and the hosts were amazing as was the food and evening. The quality of the food again surpassed all expectations and the service is amazing 👏. Well done everyone and to anyone looking for a great meal, quality and great customer service, this is the place.

This place used to be amazing and our go to steak place but visiting this time around I feel like there has been a change of management and change of chef as the food wasn't the best the steak was dry even at medium rare and the corn ribs were far to spicy the sauce they used to use was delicious but this one was inedible as it was to hot. Churrasco has also started putting a service charge onto all bills and even though it is optional it puts the customer in an awkward situation if they have to ask to take it off. We are so disappointed and won't be returning

Starters were great. Ordered vegetable fajitas and instead of fresh peppers, onions and mushrooms, the skillet was made up of frozen vegetables (the sort you get in a bag of frozen mixed vegetables) which rendered the food inedible. On pointing this out to the waitress she spoke with the chef and was told to tell us the vegetables will be fresh next time. Hot water taps in both male and female toilets not working. Won't be returning.

Food was gorgeous, very attentive staff making sure we where all ok and the chef making sure everyone was happy with there food. 11 of us we went for my husband's birthday. They made a real fuss of him and it honestly made the night. The food as always was delicious, particularly the pre requested Tomahawk steak which has got to be the most value for money meal in the area. Cooked to perfection! Staff were so welcoming, friendly and very attentive. Despite there being 11 of us, most of which had 3 courses and several drinks, the bill was extremely reasonable. We will be back again very soon.

Yet another great night in Churrasco, the steak here is the best quality and cooked to perfection, a near-by steakhouse is nice but the quality of meat is lacking compared to the steak you get here and portin size. Top service, drinks and setting. Top place.

While working away from home on my birthday, I decided to treat myself to a steak dinner. Service in full flow, a fun welcoming atmosphere, they were happy to accommodate me. It didn't disappoint. Friendly, helpful talkative staff. Comfortable sheltered outdoor seating. I ordered an 18 oz Tbone steak which was perfectly cooked with a nice fresh side salad. Steak was full of flavour along with a perfect amount of chargrilling. Since I was driving I had a refreshing fruity mocktail. If I had to find any constructive criticism the barrel cigarette tray swimming in rainwater was not pretty for non smoker dining outside. Overall I would highly recommend.

Very nice restaurant hidden away in a quiet area. The steak is great and not overpriced at all. The fries are very well seasoned and the staff are super nice. All in a wonderfully cosy atmosphere.

Tried to order a couple of times from this restaurant on Uber Eats, they accept the order and after 15min they cancel or say the burger is sold out. This service is horrible, not reliable at all. This place needs to sort their service out please.

Had a lovely family meal on Father’s Day. T-bone steak was perfectly cooked, very good size and not expensive compared to other places. Other dishes were also delicious and cooked to perfection. Great and quick service, friendly staff. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere.

We booked for my daughter 21st and this lovely restaurant accommodated 26 of us for the celebration. The food was absolutely delicious and staff were amazing, Thank you for a making my daughters birthday so special. Food was ok plenty for your money. Staff were polite but something must be wrong with the extractor or something as both me and my friend went home stinking of grease and cooking smells!!! My jacket will have to be dry cleaned honestly it is disgusting. Wouldn’t go back any time soon

I placed this order today at 4pm now it´s 9pm and the order still has NOT ARRIVED, it's a 5 HOUR WAITING!!! This is unacceptable NONSENSE! I demand a refund of the amount charged to my card.

Chips and steak was in edible, they never used to be like this. The sauce was so watery. Chips where soggy and mushy. The salad with the calarami was slightly slimely and dull. I’m sure it was out of date. Don’t order from here. I’m sure they have changed management or something the food used to be amazing. This was shocking

We Tried Churrasco Grill in West Derby village for the first time, and it didn't disappoint The staff were very friendly and the food was great, look we all no buy now about prices and ya everything has gone up the thing is that business like this need to keep there head up above water so ya this is a place you should check out you all no my marking goes out of thumbs is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Absolute joke!!!!! I ordered at 345pm,it was delivered 2 hours later. Phoned them up and they gave me every excuse going. Unfortunately, the way just eat is set up, it won't all me to give them a "0" rating

Food was marked as delivered on just eat app but we hadn’t received it rang restaurant and they said would be ready to leave in 10 mins and turned up cold 45 mins later. Would say quality was basic at best
