Bar burrito Inherited a large group of 30 of us. The engaging staff handled the group efficiently- limiting the wait. The food hit the burrito fare spot on.

Amazing food, staff are great and helpful, service was iffy this was down to 4 visitors to our town who didn't have a clue what they were ordering, staff handled it well

1st time here staff are wonderful, food is alway good, staff are always happy to help, very clean environment will definitely be back, also prices are good as well worth the money.

Went from £17.90 to £45 and didn’t taste the best and the women who served us her attitude was shocking

10x better than chipotle!!! Coming is america I had high expectations and the staff and food exceded my expectations and more. The staff talked to us about our time here and allowed us to joke around with them, making me feel at home. Ohh, and the food was really good. Overall a 10/10 experience and a must try!

George's service was amazing give that man a raise

The food was good, a little underwhelming but filled me up well enough.. I think it was a little long of a wait but most likely because it was rush hour. The waiter I think his name was George Horton was really understanding and patient. Had a very nice attitude to my very curious 5yr old daughter who asked lots of questions. Of which he gave the best answers he could. He made sure to drop by our table regularly and ask if things were ok during the wait. Im sure its standard procedure but he did it all with a smile and a great attitude. The atmosphere was busy but what can you do about it.

Food was great, good value. Nice and speedy, George was class as well. Very good polite service. 👍

I was looking forward to trying my first burrito from bar burrito at the start of the week, but the payment services were broken, and although I was disappointed a very nice young lady called Stella (sorry if that’s wrong) politely explained the situation, I returned the following day, payment system was back and the burrito was definitely worth the wait! Staff were great too!

Although the food is a little more expensive than other burrito places I believe you get what you pay for! service and general attitude can sometimes be lacking here but the service was great from Estelle if only all employees you come across operated the way she does!

Disappointed with my visit. For the price, I expected much better service. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, barely acknowledging me while taking my order. They rushed through it. They wouldn't bother helping us with the menu, just threw a little of everything and wasn't even worth the price. just bad attitude all around. Definitely not the kind of service that makes me want to come back. I know I'll get a generic reply from the company, instead I suggest you use the same time to train the staff.

Honestly the best burrito I’ve ever had! Staff were so friendly and the tunes were great too, not like the rubbish that usually plays in restaurants. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back again

On Monday 17th February me and my sister approached what we perceived as a pleasant looking place to eat. However Wasn’t welcomed once entered, found ourselves our own table and then came and ordered. With no indication or instructions we ordered what we liked the look off on the pictures and what sounded nice. With rude snappy comments from staff after we asked which salsa would be least spiciest, and which options weren’t vegan. Once sat down we still needed our “crispy chicken” which we had ordered that was a 25 minute wait following a tiny portion of what looked like moldy cold dried up chicken with a plain flavorless sauce on the side which had been thrown at us by a member of staff with no comments or even a slight smile. Regarding this issue I then asked for a refund on just the chicken. The women (staff) then approached to refund us which to this day we still didn’t get any money followed. Overall, a terrible experience and will not be coming back. Do not recommend if u want a nice chilled happy environment, this is the COMPLETE opposite, very disappointed. They used to make those really Full and fat burritos but for the past year or so the burrito sizes went down so badly its honestly a scam now. Got a vegetarian burrito and they didn't even want to put more veggies instead of meat, i got such a skinny burrito that I payed £8 for.... the lady seemed like the ingredients were comming out of her pocket with how little she put in. never comming back and it used to be my fav spot

Little bit pricey but absolutely worth it. Never had a nicer burrito in my life and the lad who served me (think his name was Josh) was super helpful and really nice. Definitely gonna go back

Gone downhill. No sauces anymore, more gouging and less nice stuff in the burrito. Expensive for a small spoonful of chicken thigh and a slart of bog standard black beans. Better food elsewhere.

Used to be good years ago but just been and the portion sizes for the meat are actually abysmal now! The audacity for over a tenner my burrito was far from “loaded”! And Some of the worst customer service from the manager.

Holly, I belive the manager of tge place. Most un-professional customer service exprience we had inour life! Unpolite as some customer has an allergy as gluten fre. Rude, treated bad you could feel hostility behavior. We visited this place at the begging of the year and second time now at the end and second visit was so bad that we belive we will not come back to the place no more. Risen voice and anger as she needed to give some extra step for gluten free customer. Unbelievable and shocking. We felt bad for asking gluten free option as we were some kind of freaks.

I came in today on my break from work and was served by Mya and Charlotte, they made sure to accommodate my dietary requirements as i am vegetarian and took me through all the options, would definitely visit again

Never eaten here before but always wanted to, honestly blown away by the choices and staff attitude was amazing, especially for someone with dietary restrictions Mya helped me out along with her manager as well as wiping down the whole counter surface as and changing gloves. Amazing customer service.

The food was fine. What a circus ordering with an allergen though. I ordered the burrito bowl because it's marked as gluten free. Why, have I then has to scan a QR code to read every single ingredient as my food is made, holding up the queue which was absolutely embarrassing. Also watching the kitchen being cleaned down at my expense was comical as the staff brushed all the dust from the wraps into the containers my food will be coming out of. It would be less cross contamination to skip that step but thank god someone cleaned that kitchen because it was a bit revolting watching them having to scrub baked on stains off the surfaces. Stay clear my gluten free friends. This is absolutely not a glutard friendly place.

Food was good. Most of the staff were polite but our waitress, Alice, was quite rude and unapproachable which left a sour taste in my mouth. Because of this negative experience I won’t be returning.

Wrote a review for this place a few years ago saying this is the best for burritos. Sadly all the new reviews are negative and I couldn’t agree more. Been coming here since it opened and the change from when it first opened is extremely noticeable, guessing that they are under new management because all of my visits in the last year or two have been very disappointing and I won’t be coming here again, there is a much better place where the staff are a lot more enthusiastic and happy about preparing your food unlike the staff in barburrito, go to tortilla and get a proper burrito please don’t waste your money. If this place doesn’t get some new staff maybe raise their pay because they don’t know how to make a burrito I can guarantee it will close down in the coming future. Maybe will visit again and take a photo of how poorly the burrito is made nevermind the ingredients I asked for the fresh ones and instead got the dry old chicken. 0/10 for food 0/10 for the staff sad to say I would have been giving 10/10 4-5 years ago. Don’t even get me strted on the price for a burrito full of rice 🤮wouldn’t reccomend this place to my dog and it’s sad because I showed a lot of my friends/family this place.

I love the barburrito at L1 Liverpool, it's always really tasty and they always come in clutch when I ask for extra sour cream. I'm just glad that they do deals and have student discount otherwise I think that the price is just a bit up there, but that's my only negative!

lovely, clean rest and friendly staff! i had a slight issue with getting my student code to work and the manager came and helped! amazing staff and customer care.

Yo y tres amigas fuimos en bar biritto esta noche y tan pronto como entré noté una vibra extraña nadie se comunicaba ni se miraba, entonces hicimos fila y una chica nos estaba sirviendo despedimos a otras 4 personas haciendo algo más, una mujer con cabello rubio frambuesa luego gritó "línea" que sonaba muy exigente y mandona la miré en shock y se encogió de hombros cuando podría haberme servido fácilmente luego lo repitió nuevamente "línea" y las mujeres que estaban sirviendo a mis amigas tenían una mirada angustiada en su cara como si fuera a llorar, me sentí tan mal por ella y le pregunté si estaba bien cuando pagué mi comida, puso su mano sobre su corazón y dijo gracias por pedir" como que se sintió aliviada de que alguien se haya dado cuenta y agradecida le pregunté, me preocupo por la amabilidad y empatía que el lugar de trabajo y no quiero que los adultos jóvenes se aprovechen de lo que parece y gerente. No estoy seguro de si estoy pensando demasiado en esto, pero no me gusta lo que vi.

The other reviews are pretty spot on. My burrito was incredibly rice heavy... There's a reason why this chain has existed since 2005 and yet you have never heard of them... If they were really that good there would be franchises everywhere by now. Overall a substandard burrito.
