Barburrito in Liverpool

Brilliant food. Brilliant service. Couldn’t have asked for more. Served by a young gentleman called Zane I believe. 10/10 service!!

Used to be good years ago but just been and the portion sizes for the meat are actually abysmal now! The audacity for over a tenner my burrito was far from “loaded”! And Some of the worst customer service from the manager.

Stunning Food and great staff . The food is great tasting and isn’t oily or greasy. We will definitely come again.

Holly, I belive the manager of tge place. Most un-professional customer service exprience we had inour life! Unpolite as some customer has an allergy as gluten fre. Rude, treated bad you could feel hostility behavior. We visited this place at the begging of the year and second time now at the end and second visit was so bad that we belive we will not come back to the place no more. Risen voice and anger as she needed to give some extra step for gluten free customer. Unbelievable and shocking. We felt bad for asking gluten free option as we were some kind of freaks.

Served the dregs of Veg and beef and charged a premium

I came in today on my break from work and was served by Mya and Charlotte, they made sure to accommodate my dietary requirements as i am vegetarian and took me through all the options, would definitely visit again

Never eaten here before but always wanted to, honestly blown away by the choices and staff attitude was amazing, especially for someone with dietary restrictions Mya helped me out along with her manager as well as wiping down the whole counter surface as and changing gloves. Amazing customer service.

Food was amazing as always! Mya was such a bubbly, kind girl and was very helpful when ordering! Would definitely come back to this one again! :)

The food was fine. What a circus ordering with an allergen though. I ordered the burrito bowl because it's marked as gluten free. Why, have I then has to scan a QR code to read every single ingredient as my food is made, holding up the queue which was absolutely embarrassing. Also watching the kitchen being cleaned down at my expense was comical as the staff brushed all the dust from the wraps into the containers my food will be coming out of. It would be less cross contamination to skip that step but thank god someone cleaned that kitchen because it was a bit revolting watching them having to scrub baked on stains off the surfaces. Stay clear my gluten free friends. This is absolutely not a glutard friendly place.

My first time at BarBurrito. The food was tasty and a good portion size. I was served by Luqman who was very friendly and helpful.

Food was good. Most of the staff were polite but our waitress, Alice, was quite rude and unapproachable which left a sour taste in my mouth. Because of this negative experience I won’t be returning.

Had my first burrito last Monday and was struggling to choose from the options. Jamie recommended me the loaded burrito and it was amazing! Thanks mate, deffo coming back!

Amazing food, I had the classic burrito with some of the loaded fries which were both delicious!! Staff were externally friendly and very helpful when it came to my friend’s allergies, particular shoutout to Jamie who was fab! Will deffo be back

Wrote a review for this place a few years ago saying this is the best for burritos. Sadly all the new reviews are negative and I couldn’t agree more. Been coming here since it opened and the change from when it first opened is extremely noticeable, guessing that they are under new management because all of my visits in the last year or two have been very disappointing and I won’t be coming here again, there is a much better place where the staff are a lot more enthusiastic and happy about preparing your food unlike the staff in barburrito, go to tortilla and get a proper burrito please don’t waste your money. If this place doesn’t get some new staff maybe raise their pay because they don’t know how to make a burrito I can guarantee it will close down in the coming future. Maybe will visit again and take a photo of how poorly the burrito is made nevermind the ingredients I asked for the fresh ones and instead got the dry old chicken. 0/10 for food 0/10 for the staff sad to say I would have been giving 10/10 4-5 years ago. Don’t even get me strted on the price for a burrito full of rice 🤮wouldn’t reccomend this place to my dog and it’s sad because I showed a lot of my friends/family this place.

I love the barburrito at L1 Liverpool, it's always really tasty and they always come in clutch when I ask for extra sour cream. I'm just glad that they do deals and have student discount otherwise I think that the price is just a bit up there, but that's my only negative!

lovely, clean rest and friendly staff! i had a slight issue with getting my student code to work and the manager came and helped! amazing staff and customer care.

I ate here recently and the staff were very helpful, Charlotte did well explaining the very confusing menu and made the service quick and easy

Yo y tres amigas fuimos en bar biritto esta noche y tan pronto como entré noté una vibra extraña nadie se comunicaba ni se miraba, entonces hicimos fila y una chica nos estaba sirviendo despedimos a otras 4 personas haciendo algo más, una mujer con cabello rubio frambuesa luego gritó "línea" que sonaba muy exigente y mandona la miré en shock y se encogió de hombros cuando podría haberme servido fácilmente luego lo repitió nuevamente "línea" y las mujeres que estaban sirviendo a mis amigas tenían una mirada angustiada en su cara como si fuera a llorar, me sentí tan mal por ella y le pregunté si estaba bien cuando pagué mi comida, puso su mano sobre su corazón y dijo gracias por pedir" como que se sintió aliviada de que alguien se haya dado cuenta y agradecida le pregunté, me preocupo por la amabilidad y empatía que el lugar de trabajo y no quiero que los adultos jóvenes se aprovechen de lo que parece y gerente. No estoy seguro de si estoy pensando demasiado en esto, pero no me gusta lo que vi.

The other reviews are pretty spot on. My burrito was incredibly rice heavy... There's a reason why this chain has existed since 2005 and yet you have never heard of them... If they were really that good there would be franchises everywhere by now. Overall a substandard burrito.

Great quality food, but price has crept up

First time eating at this Franchise. The food was nice, however depending on your order, the fillings aren't great. The burritos could benefit from slightly more meat in them and the vegetables felt a little bit slimy. However, plenty of options for fillings, different levels of spice in the salsa would suit everyone and the guacamole was great.

Food is so good. I had the Classic Burrito and it was exactly what I wanted. Good Ingredients and nice service.

I went here after going the pictures, the food was lovely and the customer service was spot on, a girl called lauren served me and she was fantastic as I was concerned about allergies. Definitely go back!!

Love this place! Great options for a variety of dietary requirements. I got a veggie burrito, which was delicious! I was served by Lauren and she took her time to go through the menu with me as it was my first visit, she explained to me how it works and explained the ingredients used throughout. Very friendly staff and a great indoor seating area. Will definitely be back. Thank you Lauren!

Nearly £10 for a burrito with full of rice and veggies. They only put a little beef on it. I don’t even know what I have paid for. The rice is not even cooked well. Tasteless and not even hot. Even worse than Tesco meal deal. I can’t even finish half. I can buy a pizza with this price. Will never visit it again.

So many points to start with the first time eating in this franchise but yes, also last time :) Don't go, make it at home. This is literally half the burrito coz the portions are just pure scam. The whole burrito is the size of an average hand. I only got this as a cheap lunch for £3 with Uni days student discount but this piece of tortilla normally costs £8.70! A child wouldn't get full on this. I'm saying tortilla piece because this was supposed to be a grilled chicken classic burrito. Didn't taste any chicken because he put like a spoon of six of chicken cubes. Two rice types to choose from, both very dry, tasteless, and cold. You get only like one spoon of veggies, 50p extra for mushrooms. No beans. Guacamole is an additional £1 lol. Terrible value. Don't recommend.

Server Charlotte was great. Only thing would say is should be able to tip the staff on card.

When I got to the heart of Liverpool one I was looking for a bite to eat when this little gem appeared, staff were really friendly. The ginger bearded young man made it ever do easy to order, will definitely be coming here again. Thanks Lee

Staff are super abrupt and rude . Dont tell you any prices of extra toppings untill the end and when you question they look offended ? They are really stingey with the toppings and meat Asif it is coming out of the staffs pocket so your burrito ends up 80% veg and sauce. Wouldn’t eat here again .

I only received half of my order, I was missing three items, the half that was received a burrito and cheesey fries were cold and soggy. I seriously wouldn't recommend this establishment at all to anyone because of there poor service and unprofessionalism. I did speak to a manager about this complaint and they assured me I would be refunded but they only refunded me for two items not the original three items that where missing, which is totally unacceptable, if you want to get ripped off, go to Barburrito. 👎

This is based on my last visit. The portion was very small. I ordered a child's burrito for my son, which was fine. I also ordered the biggest burrito for myself, and it had no more filling than a standard one. In fact I am certain it was smaller than last time I had had a standard one. Usually I come out of there satisfied and full, but not this time. Please don't start being stingy with your portions, as if it happens again I just won't come back. Its not cheap and go there to get a burrito that will fill me up, not a snack. It was a male (what seemed like the manager) that served me.

Used to love it here. But unfortunately has gone rapidly downhill. That much after a burrito meal I still ended up in McDonald’s. Which shouldn’t be but was a improvement

Woweee where do I start, barbarrito the BEST burrito in Liverpool. The staff are amazing, Lee, Lauren, Holly, poppy the whole gang!

£28.50 for a sh!t load of veg. I'm still searching for my chicken!! Extremely overpriced and charged extra for sweetcorn 50 p or guacamole £1 !?! Chips were almost £5 but they were tasteless and not worth no were near the price. Husband said his stomach wasn't feeling the best that night after the food, he said something was repeating itself and could taste it, which wasn't good. The only good thing was that the water filter was free and accessible by all.

Really enjoy this Barburrito. The staff are genuinely really lovely and will help you in any way they can. I really like the added extra veggie options, which you don’t tend to get in other places (their vegan chicken is a fave). Always manage to find a seat, even during the busy lunch times. Barburrito has very quickly become my favourite place to have a quick lunch.

Restaurant très bien, convivial, personnel agréable et carte variée. Je recommande a tout ceux qui passent a côté, n'hésitez pas, vous pouvez commander les yeux fermés.

Propper sound customer service. Everyone in there had smiles on there faces and seemed happy to be working. Food was exquisite. Personally went for the buritto bowl which was made decadently by a young man called Lee I think it was. Would deffo recommend If popping into Liverpool one . Top notch 👌
