Taco Bell in Liverpool

Said it would be 40 minutes and it kept changing ended up taking over an hour and 30 to come.

Only received half of my order and when I tried to ring up no answer at all spend £30 on food to not receive half of it. Stone cold and this isn’t the first time this has happened !!!

They left out my burrito. How do you forget a whole burrito?? This is why I hate ordering from taco bell online as they always get it wrong.

The order never arrived after waiting 3h for it. Both Just eat and Taco Bell have zero interest in providing any information

First time visiting a taco Bell while I found the food nice it wasn't anything unique or special

food was freezing and hardly any food. everything was tiny. £40 is a lot of money for two wraps and a quesadilla with fries. it was just like a pile of mince had been plopped in. didn't like it.

This order was not delivered - I did not get my food. The man came but he did not have what I ordered so I did not take it - I called Taco bell and rh they said I should just get a refund

I ordered 4 box meals which all came in one bag no boxes and the food was cold

Ordered using self serve machines and order was ready amazingly fast! Only downside was they were too quick and they had ran off before I could ask for sauce but was still tasty as ever

Regular taco bell. Nothing special. Bland food, but not a problem of this outlet. Taco bell itself is bland. Service was quick as it was 3pm, not to many tables, it's more of a take away. Better resturants in the area, but food is cheap.

Up,out and about on a dull and rainy July morning, our summers are magnificent aren't they, my twin brother and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre to visit some of the great pubs our city is justifiably famous for, walking down Bold Street we thought it prudent to get a meal into us and this Taco Bell fitted the bill perfectly. A good outlet ,light and airy interior, great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this restaurant, its just a cool place. We ordered burrito's ,service was quick, burritos were amazing ,full of flavours, very tasty and very filling ,just what we needed to set us up for a few hours. We really enjoyed our burritos in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to this particular Taco Bell we had a great time. This Taco Bell is easy to locate along Bold Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Wednesday, 11am till 11pm. Thursday to Saturday, 11am till 5am. Sunday, 11am till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Staff helpful … food not so great …. All Luke warm … never been to Taco Bell in uk before … but portions very small … probably would not return £60 for Luke warm fast food

I decided that l needed to eat so ordered fried food. I happened to be looking at the page when the map came up so expected my food within 10 - 15 mins. Sadly, for the next 1/2 hour plus the image stayed stationary before suddenly starting moving and my horrible food eventually arrived. l have proof that it was cold on arrival. l couldn't face much of it though l needed to eat.

15 minute wait for a takeaway order as they were too focused on the deliveries than the customers waiting in store . Food was alright but the wait would put me off coming again

Can't follow instructions on how I wanted my food. Ordered tacos with no lettuce and yet it came with loads of it. It's annoying and ruins the food for me. This has happened many times before. It's the principle of it. I'm paying for food and am given an option of how I want it, yet it isn't done that way.

This taco bell is one of my favorite fast food places in the centre of Liverpool! It's usually always pretty empty which is nice, and not only is the service super fast but there is also always seating space and the staff is really nice! Will always go there!

No receipt in the ordering machine so no idea what number our order was. Once we did sort out our food it's was only luke warm and still not correct. The manager was helpful but her answers to our complaints weren't thar great. Won't be visiting this Taco Bell again

Had an order which totalled to £53, which never arrived, the delivery did not reach the visitational occupants at the residential facility, being myself and my friends. This is completely unfair, a paying customer who receives unacceptable customer service, the provider ignoring multiple calls to contact the company, refused to deliver the order which was received by the company and can not facilitate the orders. This is the poorest service I have received from such an established food chain in my life. I hope the response to the upcoming dispute between the company can re-emburse myself for the waste of money and time which took place this evening. Utterly unacceptable!

It's been years since I went to Taco Bell and the last time I really enjoyed the beef tacos. This time was somewhat underwhelming. The chicken tenders and fries were the highlight but the beef tacos had more salad than beef. No hot drinks available either.

awful experience. ordered at 19:13 inital delivery time 19:45-20:05. food finally arrived at 22:42. the taco was all lettuce, crunchwrap was luke warm at best and barely toasted, cheese sauce for the nachos was none existent and cinnamon twists had no flavour

My trip to taco bell was dreadful! my order took 25 minutes to be ready as one employee named josh was busy chatting to his friends who was sat in the resturant without ordering food from there and drinking monsters. These friends were extremely loud and obnoxious. Overall would not recommend this taco bell to anyone.

Food is great, but every time I order via Uber eats half my order is missing. I’ve had everything from no chips drinks or churros included with craving boxes to todays order of 2 craving boxes and 4 crunchy tacos, both craving boxes had the wrong quesadillas and none of the 4 tacos where delivered, absolutely shocking every time

Hello workers/management of tacobell boldst, I have ordered multiple times and EVERY time, not once not twice... EVERY time there is an item or multiple items missing from my order. Tacobell recently introduced the plant menu aswel for tacobell I BEG please label the PLANT menu items, its hard to distinguish the genuine beef and the plant beef and dont want to detective my burritos everytime I order something PLEASE. Other than that fries are always great :)

always order from here and it's always amazing, ordered the bundle for 3 people and it was amazing, my dad tried it for the first time and loved it. love the crunchwraps so much and the veggie version is so lovely as well. would always reccomend taco bell

Food was cold from how long the delivery took. Had time to wait for estimated time , order food from a place up the road from the taco bell and order still came later than that food.

Ordered the vegetarian items 7 layer burrito and the cheesy black bean burrito in both of them it appears to have meat inside them. What type of meat I don’t know. Suddenly both these items are now unavailable.

i wish taco bell sold the caliranch sauce in pots, its like a drug to me
