delivery time said 15 minutes before I ordered it arrived an hour 25 minutes later

Food was wrong. Chose no salad or sauce on tacos. Both were covered in both. Food was absolutely freezing, delivery had come from toqn but courier went miles past our house first on the tracker. Absolutely diagusting

Driver cool guy, nice bike, fast delivery

1 missing drink, 1 wrong drink, cold food... That was bad but the driver...he was SO RUDE, calling me 5 times when I'm stood outside waiting for him, and he's telling me that he doesn't know where I am, HE GOES PAST ME and he says he doesn't know where I am and that he's gonna leave without giving me my food. When he eventually 'finds' me, he's stood in front of me with my food telling me "I shouldn't be giving you this, since you left me waiting for so long". The WORST delivery I've ever had :(

Food was good, but it was very late!

took nearly 3 hours ti arrive and the burrito was hard and crispy on one side. Tasted like it gad been sitting there for hours. I've never known the delivery time to disappear and be replaced with random munbers that changed from 14 minutes to 50 minutes every 2 minutes.

Haven't been to Taco Bell in a few years as we don't have one near where I live and been aa the last time I had eaten at this specific taco bell, I really enjoyed it, I decided to go hers again on a day trip in Liverpool this time taking mt partner along. As a vegetarian I ordered the black bean based Volcano burrito box and my partner ordered the beaf version of the same meal. After opening my box (clearly labelled BB for black bean) I had a meat based taco in mine - this was just an accident and turned out to be my partners but not a great start. Both mine and my partners tacos where extremely dry with barely any filling then moving onto the burrito, again extremely dry however I found my black bean burrito was more filled than my partners just needed more sauce on it. Then lastly the churros were tasteless barely any coating of the sugar/cinnamon mix and tasted either old or undercooked (they did not have a golden brown look to them) - the saving graces were the fries and drinks which were as stated and tasted lovely but overall I was really let down especially having got my partner to try it for the first time for it to be not as great as I had been saying. The service was fine, no complaints on that front other than the mix up with the veggie and meat taco Atmosphere was mediocre Unfortunately i did not take photos because it didn't cross my mind at the time but hopefully this was just a one off 🖤

The food was just not correct they gave me 2 beef burritos when I asked for a chicken burrito and a beef taco… DID YALL RUN OUT OF CHICKEN OR???

My food was late, they changed the delivery time and it came was freezing cold and my tacos where sogy absolutely no crunch in them and the chips where sogy. Having cost me over £30 I find it’s shocking to serve food in this state

They only serve sugar-free drinks. If you go to Taco Bell you are not looking for anything diet! The tacos, meh.

We spent 50 pounds for two people, the food was not good at all and the desserts were stale.

Sadly got food poisoning from here. Should have left when I saw how dirty the kitchen was and the odd smell. Avoid at all costs.

Chicken quesadilla with fire hot sauce & chicken burritos are among my personal favourites. They were also having an option to fill in a customer satisfaction survey using the transaction number in the recent purchase receipt and get 20% off your next order but haven't used it in recent times so unsure on whether it still exists.

Said it would be 40 minutes and it kept changing ended up taking over an hour and 30 to come.

Only received half of my order and when I tried to ring up no answer at all spend £30 on food to not receive half of it. Stone cold and this isn’t the first time this has happened !!!

They left out my burrito. How do you forget a whole burrito?? This is why I hate ordering from taco bell online as they always get it wrong.

I’m vegetarian and have ordered a cheese quesadilla from here on 2 separate occasions once even double checked with the staff to assure that it was defo just cheese only to discover chicken and beef inside absolute joke

First time visiting a taco Bell while I found the food nice it wasn't anything unique or special

food was freezing and hardly any food. everything was tiny. £40 is a lot of money for two wraps and a quesadilla with fries. it was just like a pile of mince had been plopped in. didn't like it.

This order was not delivered - I did not get my food. The man came but he did not have what I ordered so I did not take it - I called Taco bell and rh they said I should just get a refund

Ordered using self serve machines and order was ready amazingly fast! Only downside was they were too quick and they had ran off before I could ask for sauce but was still tasty as ever

Regular taco bell. Nothing special. Bland food, but not a problem of this outlet. Taco bell itself is bland. Service was quick as it was 3pm, not to many tables, it's more of a take away. Better resturants in the area, but food is cheap.

Up,out and about on a dull and rainy July morning, our summers are magnificent aren't they, my twin brother and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre to visit some of the great pubs our city is justifiably famous for, walking down Bold Street we thought it prudent to get a meal into us and this Taco Bell fitted the bill perfectly. A good outlet ,light and airy interior, great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this restaurant, its just a cool place. We ordered burrito's ,service was quick, burritos were amazing ,full of flavours, very tasty and very filling ,just what we needed to set us up for a few hours. We really enjoyed our burritos in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to this particular Taco Bell we had a great time. This Taco Bell is easy to locate along Bold Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Wednesday, 11am till 11pm. Thursday to Saturday, 11am till 5am. Sunday, 11am till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Staff helpful … food not so great …. All Luke warm … never been to Taco Bell in uk before … but portions very small … probably would not return £60 for Luke warm fast food

I decided that l needed to eat so ordered fried food. I happened to be looking at the page when the map came up so expected my food within 10 - 15 mins. Sadly, for the next 1/2 hour plus the image stayed stationary before suddenly starting moving and my horrible food eventually arrived. l have proof that it was cold on arrival. l couldn't face much of it though l needed to eat.
