Order didn’t turn up. Saying it has been delivered on the app and it hasn’t turned up

Hi I ordered food last night and it was Not delivered to me, it says delivered but I never got it! This is not on I would like a refund!

on time but not what i ordered.

I have ordered here plenty of times its always been my favorite mexican but this time it came cold and soggy and got binned,

Vile. Hardly any steak in fajita and an inedible burger with 1 soft patty and 1 rock hard patty burnt around the edges. Money in the bin.

The food and service is always amazing at Baja. Can always rely on good quality food and service. The staff are so friendly couldn’t recommend enough. Feel like you have an authentic service regardless of if you eat in the restaurant or opt for takeaway. Always our go to.

First try today and certainly will never be the last. Had starters, mains and desserts with few cocktails and every part was moreish. Delicious does not even come close. Both me and my mate was pleasantly fed and left happy. Could taste all the Ingredients was fresh and paired well with everything in each dish. What was nice is no rushing during service Each part came after a little so had a respite between portions which was plentiful, even the salad was the right side. Look beyond forward to next time. 10 out of 10, and it's a very high 10

An absolute hidden gem. We came here on the way home, and were not disappointed. Incredible value and incredible taste. 100% a must-visit.

Excellent Mexican cuisine, I was surprised it wasn’t busier. Will certainly be making a beeline the next time I am in Liverpool.

Great food, and the guys were very helpful, they don't do Pizza anymore, but did their best to cater for my families "difference in tatse" my youngest doesn't like spicy chicken so they reduced the spice for his food. Made a meal for 4 in 20 mins. Food quality was amazing and reasonably priced. Would definitely go again.

Lovely little eatery. Friendly waitress and very tasty, (quite spicy), good quality food. Small cosy restaurant, we were a party of 5, and yes we got to wear the sombreros (although we did wonder if they were disinfected between each customer 🥴). Only real negative is the toilets. A quick spruce-up, new toilet seat and working lock on ladies door would make it ok. Would recommend for a casual un-rushed meal out.

We visited midweek 5pm just as the restaurant opening so it was very quiet I can imagine it gets much busier later in the evening & weekends. The staff are brilliant, really friendly & the food was gorgeous, great prices too.

Disappointed in the order today. Onion rings and chips over cooked and cold drink missing from order Nachos cold as well. Unusual as stuff in the past has been spot on. Must of been an off day.

Say they are halal but don't have certificate yet. Burritos did not come with rice just mostly meat. Nachos got very soggy and stuck to the box, probably be better served with sauce seperate. Chip portions were a bit stingy. Overall it was tasty but felt a bit cheap compared to the price point and due to unclear halal certification wouldn't order again.

Food was absolutely amazing. Hot and full of flavour. The beef burrito was lovely. Chips were fresh and crispy and the meatballs were amazing. Will for sure return.

Awful restaurant. Meal was delayed, then just did not turn up despite the app saying it has been delivered. Would not recommend it to anyone. The restaurant is not answering calls when contacting for an update. Not good at all.

Food was cold. Shame because it would have been delicious if it was warm. Restaurant refused to offer any refund despite the delivery taking 90 minutes in total to get to us.

Excellent cozy restaurant. The staff was super nice. He gave us all sombrero hats to take pictures in and made us laugh a lot. The food was brilliant as well with large helpings. I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant.

What a fantastic meal. Delicious food and excellent attentive service. Staggering value. People driving past this place to go to the Mexican chain restaurant two minutes up the road must be insane. Come and try it, you won't be disappointed. Be aware that there's lots of on street parking at the back of the shop - just turn down the side road.

Staff are friendly and welcoming the room warm and cozy perfect for a date night be it a first time or for a long time couple as well as others in between that milestone. food packet full of flavour and portion sizes leave you very satisfied and the price is extremely fair. I myself am leaving a tip for this wonderful restaurant worth every penny and then some. perfect end to a perfect day you're looking for I'd say this is your place. take care all and thank you for reading and hope you enjoy the experience we loved we willnhappily come back for more

I’ve only ordered online, not gone in-store however the food was super delicious and looked so appetising would 100% get again

the portions were ridiculous for that price. the enchiladas had less than a handful of rice and beans together. i ordered extra sauce which was missing. for the chilli portion i would‘ve paid max. £4. all together i could’ve made the same meal for £6 at home instead of spending over £20. tastewise nothing special

The food from here is usually delicious so I won't stop ordering from them. Unfortunately this time it was stone cold and the cheese was solid! It was over half an hour late being delivered and I suspect it had been in the delivery driver's car for way longer than that! What is the point in giving an option of timed delivery if you can't manage to coordinate cooking and delivery properly. It's not even the weekend!

Great food and service nearly went home with the sombre

Baja It's a small restaurant opposite Lidl on Edge lane we booked a big table only a few hours before and they catered for us great The food is delicious The portions are huge & the staff are just amazing 18 of us went for a birthday so we almost filled it and the staff handled our big table really well this was the first time we had been will definitely be going again

It is a wonderful place to try good Mexican food at a good price, with a very pleasant atmosphere and good music. definitely a great place if you want to try authentic mexican cuisine

Ordered 2 times now and food has been delicious both times thanks guys.

Food took over 2 hours to get to the door, arrived cold and even after saying it was out for delivery was another 20 minutes late.

Excellent again. Disspapointed though that steak fajita was part steak and part chicken!! Whats that about.

Food was delicious as usual but they just can't seem to get the delivery time right. That, plus the fact that they don't seem to send updates to the JE app so you know they are coming early (or late) is irritating. According to the app my meal hadn't even started preparation when it was delivered and I got an alert about an hour after it was delivered to tell me it was on the way!

Lovely little restaurant on edge lane not far from the range and lidl so keep a look out for it. the food was gorgeous and presentation was lovely. thank you for a lovely meal out and fantastic service from the gentleman who served us and made us feel very welcome and looked after! we will be back again soon!

Food was late, when it turned up it was cold and soggy. Had to throw it in the bin and order from another food place.

Veggie enchilada was 90% sweet potato, very bland. Don’t get me started on the burrito - it’s got to be the worst I’ve ever had. Greasy, to the point where the tortilla was translucent, and basically all rice. No flavour at all. The nachos were crushed and the cheese on top congealed. The dessert was greasy. I rarely leave negative reviews but this was just really bad. First and last time ordering.

An hour late despite the app repeatedly saying that the food had arrived. Kept being told the driver was 10-15 mins away. Would have been quicker collecting it myself!

Ok food. Lamb was very chewy not great. Actually left most of it. Steak was ok. Bit tasteless. Pepper sauce was just that- peppery but no other flavour. Average . Wouldn’t order again as the quality wasn’t there

You know when you’re sitting there making cooing sounds of deliciousness at your food because you like it so much? This chicken burrito at Baja evoked just that. I grew up just north of Baja and Mexican food was a staple for me. Living in Britain I’m always out to find tastes of home❣️ thank you Baja. And for substituting tortilla chips for fries and giving me salsa. Heaven!!

Love the food here. Friendly staff and fast service. The side salad is always a treat on its own. I had peri peri King prawn fajitas. Nom nom nom.

Was meant to come within the hour, came within half an hour. Food was amazingly tasty, still warm and crispy, and nothing was spilt. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Right Ordered steak and chicken fajitas. 3 pieces of steak, 4 pieces of chicken. A ton of onions, great if you're vegan Meatballs- absolutely rock hard and chalky, inedible No where near enough dips, you get one of each even though I ordered beef tacos too, no cheese tho, strange

By far the best Mexican take away in Liverpool, absolutely outstanding, fresh hot full of flavour, meal deal for one is excellent value for money, this is absolutely our go to now for a take away

Absolute hidden gem, brilliant, authentic food at even better prices. £24 for two drinks, two starters, two mains! Much better quality than what you pay for. My only complaint is that I was much too full afterwards!

Could not comment on quality of food as it hadn’t arrived an hour and a half after the order. Called restaurant twice to be lied to about delivery time. Definitely shall not be ordering from here again!
