Received an alert to say food was being delivered, however it took another half hour after that. Food was cold when it arrived which was a shame as it would have been so nice.

Great place. Lovely staff, amazing food, huge portions, and family-friendly atmosphere. Our 2-year-old had free ice cream and we were offered a tequilla shot each. 100% recommend.

The best meal we have had in years 👌 totally recommend. We are already planning our next visit. Even my 8 year old loved it.

Food arrived cold and over an hour and half late

Only thing that was good was the food. Staff were…okay. But we were incredibly insulted as we just left. Literally 10mins or so ago. After we had PAID our bill once of the staff gave us this horrible looked and said “Have they paid” in such a rude tone. Won’t be going there again and will be putting in an official complaint.

Food menu looks great but it is awful! I did not eat and put bin! Do not order I should have choose hotel bar menu !

Food was awful I got a cheesy garlic bread to start with which took over a hour to come out and it was literally just garlic bread you buy from the shop with grated cheese put on top and it was also freezing cold, then I got a steak and chips which I asked to be medium-rare and it came out well done as gutted as I was I still ate it as the rest of my family had there food and I wasn’t waiting another hour for another steak to be cooked wrong, coming to the end of my meal I requested for another drink which took over 10 minutes to make and it wasn’t even that busy, the restaurant it’s self is lovely and so where the majority of the staff and they where nice to my family but I overheard one woman say to the waiter “we ordered nacho and cheese and it hasn’t came out with our other starters” which then the staff replied “erm well u clearly didn’t then” and then continued to go over to her other staff members and started talking crap about the lady which I think is very disrespectful just as much as calling yourself a steak house when you can’t cook a steak right

I had a truly disappointing experience at Los Amigos. The service was absolutely terrible. They were clearly understaffed, and there were no check-backs whatsoever. I ordered a burger, which arrived so burnt that it actually snapped in half. I waited for someone to come by so I could mention the issue, but after 20 minutes of no one checking on us, I had to flag someone down myself. When I finally got someone's attention, they offered a replacement, but I refused since everyone else at my table had already finished their meals. They did refund the burger, but the woman at the till wasn't happy about it and had a snotty attitude about it. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I won't be returning.

Great customer service here, all the staff were really friendly and chatty from the waitress to the chefs! The food was really good 👍 we had halloumi and nachos for starters followed by chicken and rice and the main star of the event... the mixed fajitas!! A mix of steak, chicken, halloumi and prawns with peppers and onions. They come with four wraps and pots of guacamole, cheese, salsa and sour cream. I already can't wait to come back.

We've ordered here 3 or 4 times now and it's always been lovely. This time though the order was 45 mins late, items were missing, items were wrong, the kids fajita meals were 90% soggy vegetables, swimming in grease, nothing had been seasoned so everything needed salt. I don't know what happened today but everything on a £80 order other than the burger was absolutely rubbish.

1st time I have visited Los Amigos, I went with my family who have been before. I really enjoyed my food & the service was great. The staff were great also. It is a little small inside but this will not stop me from visiting again.

I'd been craving sea bass for weeks an this place did not disappoint. The Prawns where a little over done but still delicious. The salad with the Prawns was lovely. Very happy. And shout out to the delivery driver (sorry I didn't catch his name) he was so polite and friendly.

Order was late however they threw in a free slice of cake with a sorry for your wait note on top. Great customer service and the food was lovely.

Very nice Mexican restaurant with a very friendly waitress who we had a good chat with. Really good food I loved my enchiladas and the loaded potato skins were also amazing. Nice vibe, lovely food and good prices, what more do you need. 10/10 and I'll definitely be back 💯

First time ordering. Ordered just for my children, they got the kids fajitas, sharing chicken nachos and free cheese garlic bread. Healthy take away, decent portions, tasty, quick delivery. What more could anyone ask for?

waited over 2,5h for delivery. fillet steak was an amazing piece of meat but way overdone, such a waste. on top of it they forget the drink. also don't order the grilled prawns, you get 6 tiny prawns. not worth the price

Gorgeous family restaurant! Fabulous food and atmosphere! Service was second to none. We had a lovely evening as a family of 9. Everyone cleared their plates! Would highly recommend the sea bass, fajitas, Nachos or mixed grill! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a salmon on just eat and they sent seabass and tried saying i didnt click the option of salmon. I phoned them to slove it but they made me out to be a liar saying they couldnt see the opition i selected on their side of the screen. Spent over £60 you would think they would get the order right. Also ordered chicken wings box meal and they sent 3 chicken nuggets and 3 chicken strips with chips. I asked for replacement salmon but they refused. Also when you order fish you can’t move forward with the order unless you choose which fish you want. You have to select which fish before moving forward. Update****** They phoned me back after i put the review which was 20 mins later, telling me sorry for the fault they can replace my fish. BUT it’s late now. You should think this in first place because i had to start to eat what i did not order because i was starving.

Burritos were soaked in mince run off. The cheesy nachos had solidified. Chicken extremely dry. Garlic bread inedible.

what a lovely restaurant food is amazing

The burger and chimichanga were werm but the chips, garlic bread, chicken strips and nachos were stone cold. The delivery time was due at 8:05 pm and arrived at 8:45 pm, I called the restaurant at 8:20pm and they said it had already left and would be with me shortly. The restaurant is 5 minutes away!!

This is the second time we have been and both time we couldn't fault the food and service the chef took the time to come and ask how everything was which was a nice personal touch

Really nice food. Nice atmosphere. Had a bit of a mix up with the bill but that got sorted straight away. Service was abit slow but there was a party of 17 with birthdays. But overall very nice. Deffo coming back

The chicken strip box consisted of nuggets. Drink was forgotten. And the quality of the burger was pretty poor unfortunately. Definitely not worth the price

simply love, love, love this place. The decor, the atmosphere, the staff and the food is off the scale. Everything is 10/10! My all time favourite cocktailis perfectly mixed. The steaks are simply the best, perfectly cooked and I’ve eaten in many steakhouses among all I found best in this restaurant . The side dishes are perfect accompaniments, and the los amigos mix grilled is just wow! Easily the best sauce I’ve had with a steak. The prime rib which is my favourite cut with lots of marbling is so flavoursome. Fillets are fabulous , everything is consistently good every time we visit. Never disappoints and I look forward to the next time.

Ordered from here a while back amazing food on that first initial order. Second order was alright, they forgot the sides, food wasnt as good as first time but still satisfied overall and I never contacted them as was a busy time and everything else was there. Our order Last night was different story - over an hour late, food wasn't even hot when it did come, very greasy and just overall very disappointed. Expressed that I was unhappy to he told claim on just eat for full refund, then that changed to an offer of discount on next order... not what I expected at all. And no refund from just eat either!

Rubbish! Nachos only had a bit of mousetrap and tomato sauce, no jalapeños, no guacamole, no salsa. Burrito no salsa, no guacamole. Just mushed up rice in tomato sauce (ugh) and a few bits reheated chicken. Not even received beans, not even in layers the way a burrito should be, no coriander. Just bland mush!! Worst I’ve ever had. Most went in bin! Lacking care, lacking good chef, lacking authenticity. Cost £22 never again. Avoid!!

Over priced orderd med rare steak on my mixed grill came out wekk done and fatty waitress was over worked and only one chef over not impressed won't be returning

First time we have ordered from here. Really enjoyed the food, but unfortunately on the sharing platter the grilled corn was missing and also the chorizo which was disappointing and the garlic bread was more like croutons 😯😞 on a positive ribs, chicken and calamari was yummy 😋

First visit and will definitely not be our last. Was recommended by a friend. Great value for money.

Order was delivered late which was fine. Part of our order was missing, the restaurant did drop off the missing meal but no chicken on the chicken nachos also no jalapeño on the nachos or burger as stated. Sauce pots where really small and Other food (burger special and chicken sharer, potato skins with bacon) all was edible. Would not recommend.

Found this little gem on Google. The 2 staff were lovely and helpful. The portions of the starters were huge and very tasty. Colette then went out of her way to order us a taxi when leaving. Highly recommended this restaurant.

Disgusting! The food came late and the standard of the food was disgusting. The garlic bread with cheese was all soggy and stuck together. The calamari was vile. The burger was soggy in the middle. The chicken burrito was just bland. I ordered spare ribs and got chicken wings. The chorros were not fresh. I foned and spoke to the manager who said the quality of the food is not the same if you takeaway and not dining in. Which when you spend £71 for your order, is a slap in.the face!

Unfortunately because the food was so late it was horrible by the time we got it. The nachos were just mush and the steak was like rubber. We spent £40 and it was very disappointing.
