Consistently the best food served with a smile. No matter how busy they get, they are pleasant and promptly on it. Never had a bad meal and i’m there every week.

The worst breakfast burrito I have ever purchased. Gringo burrito . I grew up in East LA. I love in Portland since 1979. Never again

I have tried lots of burritos, usually from standard chain restaurants but as I am visiting Liverpool I thought I would try Listo Burrito at Baltic Market and OH MY GOODNESS what a great meal. The burrito was really well filled with meat (which I find is not always the case with other places), it was hot, tasted delicious and I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of food. I couldn't even finish it all it was that well filled. Tasted fresh. Very yummy and would definitely recommend!

Just the right amount of options. Burritos are pretty big. Had a half half Spanish/brown rice, half half pinto/black with grilled chicken. Seasonings were good, and the salsa options excellent. Service friendly and helpful. Will definitely return when in Portland

Fresh delicious food served up by friendly and efficient staff. Today , the Owner recommended some mango and pineapple in my veggie burrito, and the combination was really great! 😋 Swing by for lunch; this family owned business is worth it!

Had a great carne asada burrito. It was giant and well worth the price which was fair.

I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a chicken taco and it was quite large. It did quench my hunger. I will definitely be going back there to eat again. This looks like this is going to be my taco spot on this side of the city.

This is my third time here. Here's a good metric that I should have paid attention to: if you can't smell a taqueria from outside, keep walking. It's not that it's bad. It's just not good in ANY way. I got two carnitas tacos, a grilled chicken taco and a side of chips and guacamole. The meat was 100% bland. Like, white people would even struggle to make meat this bland. Both the carnitas and the chicken. It's supposed to be grilled chicken, but there's no char, no smokey flavor. How is it possible to fail this badly on grilled chicken when all you have to do is put some spice...any spice on it? They didn't have cilantro. Okay, sometimes orders and supplies get messed up. But there is a grocery store a short distance away. Unless there is a massive shortage in cilantro, eat the few dollars in extra costs and go buy some cilantro. Chips - I'm not expecting homemade tortilla chips or anything, but my Safeway $1.99 bag of tortilla chips is better than this. And the guacamole - again, completely flavorless. My own mother, who is scared rosemary might "be too much" can make guacamole better than this. I ate most of one carnitas tacos, half of the chicken taco and threw the rest away. Do yourself a favor and go to Papi Chulo's a few blocks away.

Have been coming here for 2+ years. Staff are always lovely and a joy to interact with. The menu is fully customizable and has a great variety of fresh items/toppings such as pineapple salsa, nacho queso, cilantro and pickled jalapeño. Their grilled chicken also has a nice char.

Fast service. Friendly people. I ordered a regular burrito and it ended up being one of the most messy burritos I have had in a very long time. It was super good, but I made a tactical error and had too many wet and juicy ingredients. The corn salsa and pineapple were awesome but it ended up a lake of juice on my table. Hot sauce was good and actually hot. I'd go back for sure but just be more selective with my toppings!

friendly service and decent food, but I wish they'd update their hours :( I tried to go here two Mondays in a row and they were closed both times despite their hours saying they were open.

This is my absolute go to for lunch. It’s super quick, reasonably priced, and sooo good. There’s lots of options to make whatever kind of burrito you want and get it just right. Service is super nice. I love this place!

Top shelf food. Many choices on everything that could come on a burrito. Even healthy "Stubborn" soda pop to drink that tastes wonderful.

The food is Amazing! You have so much to choose from for your meal. I got the large burrito for $12. It took me 3 times to eat it all. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the atmosphere. Recommend to everyone.

Done been to this place two times now and everytime i go the meats cold even though it's in warmers so I'm confused i don't pay to get a cold burritos i even asked for them to mix the meat to warm it up the meat is always cold won't b going here anymore sad because this place is really good but there meat in the burritos r always cold smh

Food: 4.5 stars Delicious burrito; a little light on filling (lots of extra burrito wrapped up on itself. Order ahead / pickup experience: 0 stars I ordered online, but they prioritize the walk-in customers over online so don’t waste your time ordering online. They didn’t make my food until after I arrived and I had asked about where to pickup online orders. There’s no signage for online order pickup so I had to stand around until I could get someone’s attention. I may as well have queued up with everyone else since even the people who walked in the door after me had their food in hand before I did. Their limited hours (9-3) make it difficult to eat here. Also, in their haste to get caught up, they made me three 10” burritos instead two 10” and a 13” and I didn’t know until I got home. I lost $1.50 on that. I could complain about it but given how infrequently I’m able to go there (see previous comment about the hours) I don’t think it’s worth the effort. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional; it’s just disappointing. Would I eat the food again? Absolutely. Will I actually order lunch here again? Maybe, but unlikely. If I ever have a day off during the work week and I can dine in to make sure they get my order right, then yes.

Good food but a lack of options to have on burrito. ‘Nachos’ are actually just a bag of tortilla chips so be warned, they’re not the kind which have cheese and salsa on top.

$10 for a large (and I mean LARGE) burrito. Pretty amazing for the amount of food you get and the freshness. This is my favorite spot so far. Super friendly staff, and better tasting food. ✌️

i got nachos here a few days ago they were amazing! always feels good to support a family run business! the ingredients looked fresh and the restaurant overall was clean! as a vegetarian i had no problem at all with my meal, they had so many options! overall highly recommend checking out burrito bar!

I just had the best burrito I've ever had in Portland. I wish they had longer hours so I could have tried it sooner.

Excellent value for money, generous filling portions (a lot of places skimp on the meat) and delicious sauces. They're a bit messy so I'd only eat at home but I'm a bit of a weirdo. Can't fault: 10/10

This is an amazing fresh Mexican style buffet if you will. You can create your own tacos 🌮 or salads the options are endless. I highly recommend this restaurant.

If Rachel Ray opened up a Chipotle this would be it unfortunately. I really don't understand how everybody raves about this please. Reminds me of "fiesta day" at the hospital. I see it's a favorite for travelers and such on the go; but this is the furthest thing from authentic Mexican food. Stick to chipotle, (actual chipotle).

I walk by this place all the time but never had the opportunity to try them until today. They're DELICIOUS. Got an asada burrito with all the fixings and it was so satisfying. Well seasoned, well portioned, exactly what I needed for a late breakfast. Highly recommend 💖

Similar format to a chipotle but far better flavors and seasonings. You can always taste love and care that goes into food, which is noticeable here. Good to go container.

I ordered burrito bowl from here for the first time today and it tasted horrible!! All the bowl had was bunch of dry shredded chicken(97% of the bowl was dry shredded chicken), handful of rice, stale black beans and everything was tasteless. Never ordering from here again!!!

Got take out our first night here in Portland. I got a large burrito and picked what I wanted inside. My daughter got a small with chips and salsa on the side. She is vegetarian. I ordered pork, sour cream, and a sauce that had anchovies in the recipe (no, you don’t taste the anchovies). The server caught on my daughter doesn’t eat meat or fish, and she told her about the ingredients. Food was delicious and I did not get the normal heartburn after eating Mexican-type foods. Delicious!!!

Changos are brilliant and the staff are amazing. We placed an order via just eat and then order was cancelled by just eat with no notification or apology. I called Changos and explained they did not cancel it. Changos were amazing. They made the full order there and then and were fantastic and friendly. I'd definitely recommend it. They fixed an issue for a hungry office that wasnt even their fault.

Hey I have been here before and it was good, but today not so much. The 2 tocos looked great but everything was cold.

This is seriously the best burrito I've ever tasted! Came back for more. The price is a bit high but it was worth it! All the ingredients were really fresh and I especially liked the taste of the guacamole and their sauces. The guy who works there is super friendly and was helping with the choices, when I came back there were 3 girls working and they were not very friendly or helpful so that was a bummer, but the taste of the burrito and the service on my first visit made me forget about that :)

I think I may have found my new favourite lunch spot. Bit of a queue but well worth the wait. Large Burrito nachos and drink for 6.99 not bad. V tasty food and good soft tortilla. Nachos a little salty. Can of vimto of course ! Nice seating upstairs with good free wifi. Might well be back.

Sadly, this was my first meal in Portland (4 years ago) as it was recommended to my husband and I by a local. To say the least, the food was TERRIBLE. Meat was very dry and flavor combination was just weird. Only finished 1/4 of the burrito and threw it in the garbage. We still make jokes about how terrible the food was to this day.

The food was delicious, however, the person in front of me ordered the same thing I did but there food was made by a different person, and they got much bigger portions than I did. Kind of frustrating, and I should have said something when they were making my food, but I didn't so I guess it's partially my own fault.
