Very disappointed, the crispy sweet chilli beef was off, when we opened the box it was in it smelt sour, on tasting a small piece it was off, we called the restaurant to be told we new customers, that’s how it tastes and then they put the phone down, completely unacceptable and obviously uneatable. Very disappointed

Quite possibly the worst i have had ..chips basically soggy wet potato chunks main course salty and cans of drinks hot! 2 bites and in the bin..rotten

chips were swimming in grease.. so soggy they fell to bits when attempting to plate up. curry sauce was thick and tasteless. will not return.

Food was not properly secured for delivery, resulting in it spilling everywhere in the bag. Not very hot either, and we ended up binning most of it.

Absolutely vile had to throw it away, soggy chips, food really not edible. Do not waste your money. Cannot say 1 things was nice.

My order was £85.80 and we use this Chinese regularly, not had a problem before. I have to say we threw most of the food away this time. . It was over cooked, greasy and tasted awful. I got pineapple fritters that looked disgusting tasted inedible. It’s the worst meal we have bought in a long time. Disappointed to say the least.

The crispy salt and pepper chicken and spring rolls are 10/10. This is the second time that we have got chips from here first time plain chips these were not great this time salt and pepper chips. The chips seem to be really plain and have no flavour and also soggy.

Not very much flavour for a Thai red curry

We love the Chinese from here - the food is always amazing. However, tonight, although the food was delivered early and the taste of the food was gorgeous, it was freezing cold. The curry sauce was ice cold. As we have never had issues before, we have put it down to the weather outside and the fact it was delivered by a guy on a bike. Of course we will order again, but it was disappointing.

Terrible everything was pretty much stale the chips stale crackers stale ribs in BBQ sauce where really bad I leave 2 star so you may improve your skills for your customers family was disappointed and took a risk to try somewhere new won't be back in a rush unfortunately :(

The chow mein was disgusting actually made me heave when i tried it, wife and kid tried too and said the same - disgusting.... had to throw it away, the egg foo young had far too much egg in it, not bad though

Food was amazing, very hot and tasty. Delivery was excellent, very friendly older gentleman.

The food was massively disappointing. While the rice was tolerable, the chips were inedible and tasted like chemicals. The sweet and sour chicken was 90% batter and beyond soggy.

I ordered this Chinese with the expectation that salt and pepper chips were a fairly simple dish that I have enjoyed from any Chinese I have been to. Apparently this is not the case. The chips were pale and hard. No seasoning but just some onions added in. The salt and pepper chicken was also pale and soggy. Again no seasoning but some onions. The only good thing about this ‘chinese’ was the consistency of the curry sauce. Too bad that also tasted horrible. When I rang up to complain they asked if I was a new customer and that is just the way they make things. Love a company that can take feedback and learn from it.

Salt and pepper chips were tasteless. Vegetable vermicelli was nice but Singapore chow mein was inedible. Lumps of curry paste clearly visible, chicken that looked undercooked. Rang to complain to be told that was how they made things. Would not recommend..

Didn’t enjoy the food at at all. Had to bin them cuz the fried was very wet and soggy. Salt and pepper king prawn was bad not fresh. In fact, I’d love a refund

We also received a free portion of prawn crackers which was a nice touch The driver was pleasant and respectably dressed for his role and I couldn't ask for a quicker delivery time than I got, bearing in mind that I would like my food freshly cooked rather than pre prepared and then reheated for the order Well done again Torsway Chinese takeaway you deserve to have credit as you are obviously one of the best Chinese Takeaway Companies in the Blackpool Area for us to get a good deal

Good delivery and service but food was disappointing. I ordered the Pad Thai Box. It was a huge portion but mostly noodles and very little sauce, chicken and veg. Made the meal quite tasteless. The chicken and sweet corn soup and the chicken fried rice was lovely though.

First time ordering. Will be the last. Poor quality ingredients and beef was like rubber.

Excellent quality of service and friendly staff The only thing that I had a slight problem with was that I would have liked a bit more sweet and sour sauce with my dish. But it was definitely not a reason for a complaint. The food was delicious but then we have been using Torsway Chinese Takeaway for a few months now and we have NEVER had any real problems even with the delivery service and the quality of the food has been amazing. Thanks for making our takeaway nights great nights without us having to leave our house Xx

The food was nicely cooked and tasty, but one of our dishes was incorrect. It should have been a vegetarian dish but arrived with pieces of shredded chicken through it. That dish was ordered for someone who cannot eat any meat or chicken, so it was a bit awkward. The food was well cooked and nice enough though.

My husband loved his meal. I made the wrong decision to get something that I didn't normally have and I was a little disappointed as it was a lot spicier than I thought it would be so as I don't usually go for spicy food I am afraid I didn't eat much but that's my fault NOT the Torsway Chinese Takeaway's fault. The pineapple fritters were the best I have ever had I will be ordering again from Torsway Chinese Takeaway I usually love the food ,like I say it was my mistake but overall a great meal Thank you xx

The food was fantastic and the portions was big...can't eat them all straight.

For a Sunday treat my family wanted a chippy tea and chose this as a takeaway. I have never been so disgusted with the meal we brought home. Two sausage and chips, steak pudding chips peas and gravy . Chips were pale, greasy and totally inedible. Steak pudding was overcooked , stale and was as hard as a rock. Gravy was lumpy and easier to slice than pour. In contrast the mushy peas were liquid, tasteless and contained either a three inch piece of manky cotton or worse a worm. Nothing was edible and definitely not worth the risk to life

Enjoyed it very much. We had a good variety of dishes and they were all very nice. We will definitely return for more takeaways from Torsway Chinese Thanks for making our New Year's Eve a great evening

Was unfortunately uneatable was just a mess of gravy soakey chips steaks was small tried to report it but no help on there end avoid 😢

I ordered the steak meal which when arrived was terrible. The steak was full of fat and a very small piece, the food was in a tray altogether and concealed. The gravy was pouring out in thick blobs. The meal was unedable. I contacted just eat sent photos and they emailed me back saying there is nothing they can do and refused me a refund. Would not recommend ordering from this restaurant if you want nice food. Avoid!!

The food arrived hot and on time, a very nice meal with pineapple fritters,cheese and onion pie, 4 vegetable rolls and mushy peas.

Disappointed more than ever. The chicken, the batter, prawns everything wasn’t fresh, it was soggy and very hard to chew. All the food went to the waste.

Lovely lady in the shop, really fast service too. The food however is not the best. The duck is fine, the chip are a no go. Undercooked chippy chips with barely any salt and pepper mix, the satay is watery and the crispy beef is bouncy beef, not crispy… I’m sorry, but it’s not great I’m afraid.

First time ordering from here and I must say the food was amazing. The salt and pepper chicken was the best I had ever had. Much better than previous takeaways. Food arrived early, driver was polite and nice have to say I will definitely be ordering again. 5* from me.
