The service and food at the Harrow branch was excellent. We went on a Monday evening to celebrate my son and daughter’s birthday. It was still busy for a Monday evening, but we were shown our table immediately, given time to Awdar, and once we ordered the food came out in good time. The drinks came with the meals which was nice. You also had a cake for my son and daughter, which we bought with us, and they kindly put a candle(the one that’s like a firework) on the cake for us. Friendly service great food, all good

Gutted as we were all looking forward to this .. all the food came out at different times. One starter came out 30 minutes after the others . The mains were hit and miss , steaks were ruined by one being so raw it was stilll mooing and the other was so overdone it was grey .. then at the end we were charged for meals we didn’t even order . Wouldn’t even risk visiting again . Shame as the adverts look so good .

So, the service was utter poor. When we ordered they were fine but they came back 5 minutes later and said they were out of stock! Why did they not tell us that to start with? They also didn’t take this off of the bill at the end. We was still waiting for a starter to come out after we had all eaten an hour later! Then we waited another extra 30 minutes after she got her starter for our main. The Mains were horrific. Food wasn’t cooked to the the right temperature we had asked. Someone ordered a well done steak and it came out blue (not even cooked inside). Chicken burger was rubbery, buns where cold, one was too sweet, Chips where cold inside Streak was cold inside of you was lucky enough to get that far, steak had far too much pepper on the outside. We had wrong drinks come to the table and we had to ask them to clear the table after the starter and also asking for knife and forks after the starter. All in all it was the worst experience all of us have ever experienced and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone, I am embarrassed that this is called a steak house and that this restaurant is in Luton. I am outraged!!!!!!!!

Came across Toros on a trip to Luton with 6 family members and what a find?. Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly and staff. We all had different meals that were easy to order and all served at same time. Great quality food, well presented with amazing flavours that was enjoyed by all. Returned the following day again for lunch and it didn’t disappoint! The best restaurant with the best food and professional service we’ve ever experienced. Just sad there isn’t one in my area. Thanks to everyone involved in making our experience of Toros such a fantastic one!

This once well managed steakhouse over the years has lost it’s way on so many fronts. The state of restaurant is now decrepit, the customer service is non-existent, the quality of the food is tasteless and by the time you get home, your attire stinks of smokey aromas that just leaves a nasty stench. When it opened many years ago, there was a real edge it had on the local steak out restaurant - now it has overpriced food which is poor in quality and taste, a cash only transaction process which means queueing outside the cash point and an experience leaving you thinking what happened to the quality this place used to deliver. A restaurant left in aspic which is tired, poorly managed and has lost touch with the basics. Other options local steak houses are more favourable…

The place looked very clean and well put together. Decorations and lighting very pleasant. We ordered the surf and turf, expecting grilled prawns and a nice steak. Our food arrived 3 minutes after ordering, which made us suspicious as to when it was made. The steak was not such, more similar to burger patties put together to create the illusion of a steak. The prawns were covered on a slightly spicy sauce that took away all the flavour of the prawns (and was not explained in the menu). The chips were frozen and the vegetable medley looked like one of these bags of veggies you buy in Tesco to microwave. Quality was terrible and does not justify the £27 we paid. Never again.

Terrible and intimidating experience. Owner waited for us to get back to our car and accused us of walking out without paying, saying he had Cctv. Stood next to the car and stopped us leaving. We were a family of 5. We telephoned the police. Fortunately we had our receipt after making payment, so he was dishonest of the so called Cctv, because it would have showed us paying. Then when he saw the receipt, he apologised not once, but twice for taking money from us for someone else’s bill and apologised for intimidating our family. Shows the lack of human decency in their general demeanour, which is to accuse someone first, without checking with their own staff. His explanation was that many people have done it to him and so he was sorry for his behaviour.

Main title I went with a group of 9 people. Service was very fast. Food presentation was excellent and very tasty. Each order was done with your name, so it was easier not to mess the orders up. Atmosphere was good. Some items that were on the website were not available at the restaurant, like the burgers, which were takeaway orders only. If you do go to the Harrow branch, they only take cash, no cards.

We visited the venue, with a family and friends of 11 and so they joined a few tables at the back for us. Number one we visited on an extremely hot day in England and the moment we entered, the place felt like a sauna. Upon close reflection, they had no AC and just two tiny wall fans, which simply, were doing nothing! Back to the tables, mine was a wonky one, and staff should be checking tables. (When you are spending on average £25 per person, that is standard stuff now days) The food, when it arrived was extremely hot!! (I burnt my tongue) - The sauna made this very unbearable. However, the food, when you were able to eat, was very nice and a great portion size. The mock-tail was delicious too.. I think if they installed an AC or two, that would be great and fix any wonky tables...

Came here with the family. Staff were very welcoming and service was quick. The food is good, not amazing but you get what you pay for. Very cheap for a steakhouse. The steak came out in a few pieces instead of one big piece but was delicious nonetheless. The lamb chops were absolutely huge! The veggies could’ve done with some seasoning. I was really looking forward to the dessert but it was not nice. I had the brownie sizzler, but instead of a brownie, it’s a sponge cake, barely chocolate. That add a bit of ice cream and a tonne of whipped cream in a chocolate sauce. Tasted very bland. Ruined the evening for me. Another reason I was disappointed was due to the limited menu, with many items missing even though their online menu shows them as available, e.g. they had no burgers. Overall it was good food. I would come back here.

This is the worst ever place I ever been in London Harrow called Toros steakhouse based on 190 station road, we drove from south london to enjoy with family and guest was terrible food left over dry rice cold chips and pasta not 1 plate but all 8 and when we complained the guy is so rude owner and to make it worse in the end they over charged us lol shame cannot rate below 1 star and there cash only never go with family or guest you will feel embarrassed and worst experience ever. they did not realise who I work for and government bodies and hmrc, trading standard will soon visit them owners Mr Ahamad Khalid Rahimi, Mukhtar Rahimi, Najeeba rahimi.

Went here for dinner tonight, group of 6 of us food was okay nothing great! Came here because it’s only Hmc certified steak house in north west London! We ordered nachos with chicken but we got normal nachos Told wait multiple times and didn’t do anything about it and would not replace it! Steaks come in hot metal plate which is not great because your food is still cooking in front of you and it’s piping hot Your two side are getting over cooked in hot metal plate Next time I want my food on normal plate We wanted to order beef ribs ( not available) We wanted the prawns started ( not available ) The atmosphere was very cramped in my opinion. Nobody wore a mask, it felt like pre covid days in all honesty. Tables were very close to each other and the restaurant was packed. If you're concerned about covid, I'd strongly recommend you avoid this place at busy times. This is cash only Resturant which is a disappointing in 2021 shame to see place like this Plus side pina colada was nice but in small

Poor, poor, poor. From the moment I stepped in with my family I knew the experience wouldn’t be a good one. I can only guess the reviews on google are fake. We waited at the door for a lot longer than required to be seated even though a couple of staff members walked past us. Straight away the decor looked tired and dingy. When we were seated we weren’t advised on ordering or asked about drinks. We had to shout down a waiter to get someone to serve us after patiently waiting for 10-15 minutes for someone to come over. Then we waited another 10 minutes for each drink to come one by one as we reminded them of the order. There were only 4! Service aside of the food is good, you can get over it. The food is not. It doesn’t taste bad but it doesn’t taste good. We opted for the Toro’s special, and I’m sorry but there is nothing special about it. Just a hot plate with chips and a few slices of bottom grade steak thrown on top with no effort for presentation. The price was def too good to be true so I should have known this place would be no good when a sirloin steak and 2 sides is about £16.95. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but if that’s the only way a place will change its behaviour and I can help other diners from being disappointed then so be it.

The chicken wings still had fully developed feathers on them. They mixed with the sauces and when I picked the wing up it went lop sided. Absolutely revolting. The stake was alright but the chips were extremely soggy. Do not recommend this place to anybody

The food was disgusting, my rice was burned and tasted like burnt rice at the bottom of a pan when it sticks. The chips was burnt to a crisp and the steak was shockingly bad for 16 quid. Wouldnt have given a dog this food let alone human beings. This gaff is awful. Only thing i regret was not taking pictures.

Booked a table 5 days in advance, made a follow up call on the day to make sure there is wheelchair access. Got here at the time booked. Waited 35 mins ti be seated after being told we are busy and can't sit you on top of people. Sorry but am I missing thr point of taking bookings? Secondly the disgusting mannered individual threw the menus on to our table with a foul attitude just because I said it was really ridiculous having having be spoken yo like that. Sat down and waited 25 mins for someone to come and take an order of just drinks! Would not come and waste money here again. And this is what they treat regulars like.

Wow, what can I say about this place. If I could give this place a 0 rating even that would be generous . The customer service is atrocious, the tables are sticky, they are stingy with serviettes when you are literally having sticky wings, out of the 5 individuals that went here we literally received two serviettes, even when we asked for more a normal server would bring a few, but this server of ours asks us “how many pieces would you like” as if there is a shortage of serviettes. Then came the ordering fiasco, we ordered 1 regular coleslaw and 1 large coleslaw, when questioning the waiter he decided to take back one quarter eaten coleslaw in exchange for a large one, which was fine, but then he comes back and give the quarter eaten one back and gives us another regular on top, which was a bit weird, as if they haven’t been trained to deal with returns. Then came the most annoying part of our meal, I ordered the PORTERHOUSE STEAK, upon arrival I immediately questioned the steak as it doesn’t look like a porterhouse as I’ve been eating these for many years now, upon questioning this the manager has the audacity to say “I’ve been running a steakhouse for 5 years I would know” I simply acknowledged that it could’ve been my mistake BUT THEN... we realised that there had been a mix up and that one of my brothers had gotten my porterhouse on his sizzler and I had indeed been given a T-Bone, when questioning the manager again he still was being persistent that my steak (The more expensive one) was actually porterhouse. I have attached a photo, the one at the top (which I received) and below it on the right look the same (TBONE) the one on the left is a PORTERHOUSE - you guys be the judge on which one looks correct. Then came the pasta, because I didn’t order a sizzler you can tell the pasta has been microwaved as the middle was cold but the top was piping hot, then the Rice, I seriously don’t understand how people can get the simplest dishes wrong, I am absolutely disappointed with this branch, THEN THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE they didn’t have any change in their tills so instead of letting us of 36p they made us fish for the change, looking back it would’ve been a funny story if we requested the 4p change from the 40p we gave them. This place has seriously gone down ever since the owners have become money hungry. Cash is King but not at the expense of customer service, that’s literally all they care about, I pray that this place sorts out there issues quick because for the meantime I will boycott this place. This review will be forwarded on to all individuals who where dining with me that day.

This has got to be one of the most let downs I have ever dealt with.Booked for 8 and no one spoke to us till 30 mins later when I chased up.Staff are very unprofessional, when speaking to someone about why it is that I booked at 8 and no one spoke or seated me, they mentioned sorry with no reason.The place is very very cheap that the plates cups I have at home are much more classier and cleaner.The glasses of coke that came had white finger prints which explains the hygiene is terrible.I asked for a started and it came 30 mins later.The place has no oxygen, no fresh air and it stank so bad that I had to instantly throw all my clothes in the washing machine.One of the waiters was very nice and lovely however, as I am a good blogger, I asked for the most commonly brought dish and he advised me to get the sirloin yet when I finished I was told my someone else that “I should of joy got that, what was I thinking, I should of got the sazzaling one.”No space or no social distancing at all - I was squashed and we had to all get up when trying to go to the bathroom or go withdraw money.I asked for medium rare and I received it medium/well done and when I mentioned it, they mentioned nah bro that’s medium rare. I mean I work as a supplier as well as I have a food blog, i know the different kinds and I have uploaded a photo to show you guys. We are in 2020 and they are still saying that they only take cars which is such a disaster especially when it’s cold and the card machine was a 5-10 min walk away.It is well over priced and seriously I wish I had walked out when as when I asked the staff the second time why has no one spoke to us or seated us yet, he replied “bro it’s busy, it’s worth the wait, if you want you can go somewhere else but it’s you that’s going to miss out”.When standing in the line to be seated, there was no space to stand and we kept having to move because a lady would come in and out of the door which is very frustrating.When lining up, people would push in and no one had a care in the world.Overall, definitely has to be the worse steak place I have ever been to in my life and I will never ever go there again.Instagram: london_food_hero

Then whilst we were still eating dessert, the waiter came to the table and asked if we could hurry up, as they had customers waiting, absolutely unprofessional and overrated. Also the tables were so close together, social distancing was an absolute shamble.

Please don’t bother! It’s 2020 and they still have not invested in a card machine! Let’s not focus on that, the food was horrendous, the service terrible and the attitude from the manager was despicable! I explained it’s not safe to handle cash during the pandemic to which he replied ‘it’s all fake’ and taht I should have thought about that before I walked in!The restaurant was full with no restrictions in place at all and the food was just horrible!Avoid at all costs

Really slow service. Takes a while to get the waiters attention as they are too busy chatting. The restaurant itself needs cleaning, very outdated and dirty.When we got the food it was piping hot and took a while to cool down. The presentation of the steak is very poor, everything piled up together with the steak and 2 sides and the sauce which made the chips so soggy. The steak itself was not how a steak should be cooked, I asked for well done and it came out very soft and mushy. Absolutely horrible. The only good thing was the soft drink which they didn't make.They don't accept credit cards and ask customers to use the cash point machine nearby which is an inconvenience.Obviously not declaring their sales to HMRC! Definitely won't be visiting again

I visited Toros yesterday and I was shocked at how small the meet food portions have become. One adult portion is suitable for a child. You need 2 adult portions to make it equivalent to one adult meal elsewhere. The prices are very expensive for the price. We paid £17.70 for a steak and 2 sides and left the restaurant feeling hungry. The restaurant was dirty and messy. There is no cleaning during this COVID. Service is very slow. Waiters stand around chatting giving no care to customers. The waiters became very rude and defensive. There were other customers complaining too. When it came to paying the bill I was told the restaurant is a cash only policy and there is a card machine outside to cash out money. During the COVID restaurants are going card only policy so the ones that are cash only is definitely not declaring true sales. Need reporting to HMRC for inspection.

The food was average but overpriced. Also I called in 20 minutes ahead for a table for 5 and specifically asked them if they do Eat Out Help Out scheme and they said yes, but once we received the bill we were charged the full price and they kept lying that they even told us while taking order that they haven’t registered for the scheme.They also don’t take any payments via card at night time which is more inconvenience for the customers. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone and would never go there again.

They practice absolutely no social distancing. They do not wear any protective equipment. Customers are all cramped into the same small space with no air conditioning. The food is very expensive for the substandard quality. They claim to be a steakhouse but they don’t know how to cook steak. The service is appalling. I have never written a review for a restaurant before but this time I felt compelled because I was annoyed that we chose to go there and that we wasted so much money (£120 )..... never ever again!!!Worst restaurant experience ever....!!!

Staff needs uniform.Food good but not value for the money.Try Harlem Soul, City Road Station. They serve Halal.What a filth in the toilet! The level of neglect should be punishable. If you want to place a bowl for ckeaning in the toilet then please install an indian toilet. If not then keep it clean and hygenic.Makes me wonder how they serve their food!I will especially go there next time to take photos.Come on, you are a Halal shop then bear in mind that CLEANLINESS COMPLETES HALF EEMAAN.I will definitely report to the council.If you're going there do your business at home.

Spotted this restaurant a week or two ago when going to the (great) Chinese up the road. My wife suggested we give it a go although she's not much of a meat eater. We like to eat early so arrived before 6:00pm. I thought it was still closed but it wasn't and we were pleasantly greeted and shown to a table. The restaurant was almost empty but it was early!The restaurant is quite big, probably over 100 settings, menu quite varied considering its a steakhouse. Our waitress was very well informed about the food and gave us advise which we wisely took.My wife had a mediterranean salad with sweet potato fries, my stepson had a massive full rack of ribs with a bbq sauce, I had a steak with chips, all food Halal,no alcohol served and only cash accepted but alcohol absence/no credit cards forgiven because the food was sublime!! Best steak I've had in years (perfectly cooked, I prefer mine well done and normally have to send my steaks back for further cooking as they are usually still pink but not today!!) Mine came on a sizzling plate with the steak on a bed of chips which was on a bed of onions, very hot and stayed hot for the entire meal. Food was served quick, waiters attentive without being intrusive, £50 for the 3 of us with some (soft) drinks.Nothing bad to say about this restaurant, give it a go!!

On hearing about a new toros my self and my wife went to try it out, we were made to wait in the rain for 40 minutes as the doors are always locked. Staff just don’t care about their customers. We then got in 40 minutes later we were seated in the tightest corner seats. We asked for somebody to take our order they kept saying 2 minutes, I’ll get somebody over. Nobody came to take our order for at least 30 minutes. We then waited over a hour and half for the food to come out we asked numerous times how long the food will take they said 20 minutes. After losing patience waiting for an hour and a half we received our food. Our drinks were open for so long that we had exchange them because they became flat. Food was we not worth the wait. If you decide that you want to visit torros free up your whole evening because it will take you at least 4 hours all in all. Such aweful service staff and management do not care.

I visited here last week - I picked the toros special, which was steak with two sides. I went for chips and mash! Not really much to choose from apart from carbs and more carbs. The portion was massive and the waitress did attempt to be helpful. I found my steak to be chewy and too hot. Because it’s brought out on a sizzling iron plate, it just wasn’t cooling down. Also, there just wasn’t enough space to eat comfortably off my plate. I had to ask for an extra plate just so I could cut my steak. The major let down for here is they don’t do card payments. I find it really annoying when places only take cash! I for one do not carry cash. I would go again but only if someone forced me. It wouldn’t be my personal first choice.

I heard so much good about Toro before and how it use to be. Today I went with my my wife.Took long time. Starter came with the main dish.Meat was cold.Starter tasted old.Service was bad Unprofessional.Just fresh drink was average and acceptable.Not recommended. Management need to take this business seriously.I give 2 Stars for the drink, aww also it expensive £35 for 1 person 3 course meal and drink. At Landmark 5 stars Hotel I pay £50.

I was so disappointed in my food. My chicken was tasteless and cold practically tasted like the chicken yoh would recieve in the super market in packets . I also found a hair in my food and the waiter was not quick to rectify the situation they only removed the food I had ordered no discount or nothing . All the chefs do not wear any beard guards or hair guards. My other families food were more than unsatisfactory frozen vegetable were given to them it was awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was so disappointed.

A group of us went to celebrate a birthday on recommendation from my god-daughter. Not knowing what to expect, and a little disappointed no alcohol was served, the food completely over exceeded any expectation. The sizzler meals are top quality; flavourful, pretty big and brilliantly presented. My steak Toro Special was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and sliced and piled on some lovely Peri-peri fries. The Brownie Sizzler Dessert was delicious, as were the mocktails and milkshakes. Cost worked out at about £20 per head which is very reasonable. All in all I thoroughly recommend a visit!

First time going to this restaurant - all I’ve got to say is that the food was so so soooooo good and the customer service was brilliant - the young boy and lady who served us were constantly asking us whether we were happy with what we got and whether we needed anything else. I am writing this to save your money, DO NOT GO THERE SAVE YOURSELF. Worst experience of my life. I ate two bites without causing a fight paid my bill to the unfriendly cold woman behind the till and left and went to eat somewhere else. Where do I start, the explosive shrimp, mayo mixed with curry powder my 2 year old could eat. I ordered medium steak, where was the blood, there was NO BLOOD I wanted a bleeding piece of meat instead I got something so so well done. Now you all know when you eat steak there is normally some sort of meat flavour, was there meat flavour NO. I thought maybe not enough salt. I added salt, and then I took a bite..... all I could taste was salt. My sisters disgusted face, and the look of disappointment on mine she suggested we leave and go to the local Chinese, where we enjoyed a meal full of flavour. Apart from the young waiter, whose face sank with disappointment when we asked for the bill, the cold woman behind the till who is clearly senior took our money with a contorted face without even asking how our meal was. If unfortunately you must take a trip down that way, walk past Toros and head to Taste of China where you will leave with a smile.

First thing is the customer service is really bad, secondly they use uncle bens rice which they have been confronted and we have seen with own eyes as we stormed in kitchen it was filthy aswe, we come and ate with whole family next day we was all ill with severe food poison me and my husband were admitted to hospital and the kids had it really bad, when we called up to tell them what had happened they denied everything and then got rude on the fone and threatened us as they said they had our address somehow , stay away guys try the new place sahara grill around the corner - thank you

If you come here knowing that the price point is lower than most similar outlets, you'll be satisfied. Come here expecting a lot more than £15pp worth of dinner then you'll be disappointed. The owners are lovely and it is a family-run business where they will accommodate your needs and be flexible with requests. Well-priced and generously-portioned, the food here is good old grill food. Steaks, prawns (recommend!), tilapia fillets (2 per portion, £9.99 including 2x huge sides), chicken wings and much more, there is something for everyone. Sides come in huge portions and are so good, would recommend the pasta especially. Spicy rice is nothing special and not too spicy in fact and the chicken goujons are nice but not goujons as you know them. More of a Nando's stir fry rather than breaded and fried as we expected but still good and a huge portion for a starter at £5.99. Drinks are so reasonably priced too, 99p for soft drinks, 3.99 for mocktails and around £4 for the huge milkshakes. Highly recommend the brownie dessert, which again is a huge portion for the price (£4-5 I think). Overall a nice evening out with family or friends. Halal approved too.

Several waiters just standing around watching, not taking orders, one waiter was just flirting with all boys and ignoring everyone else, food was burning hot and spitting oil all over my arm, the heat in their is suffocating and overwhelming causing me to feel lightheaded and ill, I think this place is overrated and the food is not up to the standards I heard. Seriously need some kind of ventilation in there the heat is seriously too much with no air con or open doors/windows. I seriously do not recommend this place to anyone.

My usual place is Toros in Birmingham, thought il give this a try. Steak was so tasteless, my friends rice had a smell when I complained and asked if they were made fresh everyday my reply was ‘obviously’, we asked to change to coleslaw and instead of apologising the lady said she would charge us extra to add coleslaw. I also asked for a table by the window and the lady made me sit somewhere else i dont know why. Service was crap Birmingham branch is 200 times better, original is original

Torso is such nice place to go to everyone there treats you nice and with respect also helpful . I ordered steak toros special with sweet potato and mash and cheese it’s was amazing and strawberry milkshake was nice . It was not expensive it was good price also the dessert that they have is 10 out of 10 m8 I would go back there and I recommend everyone to go there and you will see what am talking about .

Been here twice now, once before closing time 8 of us went and we had good service. Second time for iftar with a couple of friends and was fast & good service, they even called me back on my number to confirm reservation. Decent steak. Visited yesterday. What a let down. Lack of cleanliness - wood panelling caked in dust,cobwebs from ceilings and lights, torn and filthy menus. Can’t tell who the waiters are and who the customers are. No uniform/badges. Waiter who looked 15, arguing as to what we can and can’t have. I’m paying for it, give me the food how I’d like it please. Charge me extra....I don’t care! Never once asked by waiters if everything was ok. Didn’t serve serve starters, yet tried to charge for them. Didn’t want to mention as thought they’d just take mains back, keep them under hot lamps and send the same to us 20 min later. Friend ill all night and this morning - probably the coleslaw he ordered which didn’t seem to have been chilled.

Came to for dinner last week at Toros for a celebration meal and celebration IT WAS NOT. Was advised on the premium rib eye steak which I was really looking forward to. The steak didn’t taste fresh and was so chewy I had to spit some mouthfuls out- and then I just gave up. Some of those I went with ordered meals from the sizzler section of the menu- never thought in a million years chips would be served on a sizzling plate- needless to say the chips got burned. They had to wait a good 15 minutes for the food to cool down as it was so hot on the plate. The food was dry, chewy and presentation was missing completely. We ordered soft drinks and were served them in cans with straws and NO GLASS! The hostess was far to touchy feely and was lunging over us when talking about the menu. Not a pleasant experience at all. After a very very disappointing meal we were then given the bill- when we wanted to pay we told we could only pay with cash. In 2018 seriously. Toro’s sort it out!

I came via recommendation and had high expectations. What was disturbing and disgusting is that the Chef went into the toilet with his gloves on and came out with them on afterwards. I saw him in the kitchen after that,I can only imagine he was wearing the same gloves. I was shocked as I have never seen anything like it before. What a nightmare experience. I really hope that I don't get sick. I did tell the guy at the till who was shocked himself and said sorry. Foodwise I was the first costumer of the day and it was very quite. My food tasted like it was yesterdays meat reheated, it tasted rubbery and old. It's very obvious when restuarant do this as the meat is like rubber. Such a shame.

Chicken wings were raw. No tap water served. Steak with pasta? burnt rice and the chicken main course raw and comes with extra hair. side orders never arrived and service staff are under 16 years old. The handmade burgers are Tescos own brand. I struggle to find out what is the concept of the restaurant? is it a steak House, Italian or Mexican? Waste of money never again. £70. Cash oly to avoid tax. Visited the one in Dubai no comperison.

The restaurant does not serve tap water as a policy and forces you to buy bottled water, when it came to paying the bill,£95, we were told they only accepted cash as per the sign on the till, no mention of this on the front door or while placing the order. We were then directed to the ATM outside the restaurant,which incidentally was out of service, I then had to go into Harrow town centre while my family waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes. Would I go there again, absolutely not.

So went to Torros with a friend. Was well disappointed. We ordered a strawberry mojito which tasted like sugar dissolved in coloured water. It was awful. The steak was also quite tasteless as was the rice. The brownie sizzler was another huge disappointment. It’s just chocolate cake with rather cheap ice cream smothered on top. It’s just presented as a sizzler to make it look fancy The only thing that I enjoyed were the chips! So don’t waste your time here

We went during Ramadan, so to be expected it was packed out with hungry people. We arrived about 45 minutes before it was time to eat and unfortunately we hadn't booked a table. We were seated close to the door in seats which were very close to the tables either side, this is my pet hate in a restaurant as I don't want to be party to my neighbours conversations and they most probably don't want to hear mine! The service was very average, with a few eyes rolling (but we can forgive that due to everyone fasting!). Upon ordering my partner wanted the Porter House only to be told "we don't sell it"... Odd, as its clearly listed on the menu and on the chalkboard, if its out of stock just say that or remove it from the menu. They provided prayer facilities which is a huge bonus, 5/5 for that. The steak and food arrived a little late and it was okay, no real complaints.

I went toros steakhouse in harrow for an eid meal with the family, and we were all extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service that we received. Firstly the kids didn't receive all of the set kids meal, we had to continuously remind them to bring stuff. My lamb steak arrived cold and overdone, and on complaining I was told that lamb steak is supposed to be like that. I have eaten at other steak places, and have always been given an option on how I would like it cooked. Two of the family members ordered chicken fillet, and that was not cooked properly either, the chicken fillet was still pink and undercooked. Due to this they are now suffering from an upset stomach and diarrhoea. On complaining we were simply given an excuse of being very busy, however at the time of us ordering our food the restaurant was not that busy. It didn't seem that they were apologetic, and were just in a hurry to get us out of the restaurant to accommodate other customers.

The premium toppings are amazing (melted cheese, sautee'd onions, fried eggs) and the food is always fresh. The staff were all very polite and respectful and they kept checking on us to see if we are ok and happy. Definitely recommend.
