The fried was really small but very testy. The reason I gave 3 stars. They thought I had taken it out. They put the smallest piece of fried chicken, one of them was just a wing. And it's not worth it to tell them, but I mention it in here hopefully it not happens to other. You should serve what you advertise for...

I genuinely disagree with some of the bad reviews below. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Toronto's and would definitely go back again. I tried the spicy chicken burger meal with cheese, for £5.50 and although I have had better burgers before, this one was still pretty decent for the money. The meal, was hot, fresh and tasty. By the sounds of things, you should go and actually eat at the restaurant, rather than rely on drivers delivering for the well known delivery companies.

I ordered and they delivered after 3 hours the food was cold and the wrong order I called them a few times and they started misbehaving and being rude, the counter staff don’t know how to communicate with customers. We had guests at my house and I had to waste my money and order elsewhere because they took so long. If I could give them zero stars I would. I do not recommend eating here.

It was horrible. The prices are diabolical, with a horrendous portion. For £4.40, I got a miniscule amount of chips and 2 chicken pieces that were either TINY or were mostly bone. Not to mention it comes without a drink, it just comes with arrogant teenagers that need to control themselves. I would never go here again.

Come cold and all out of the bag first time on the app and I’m not happy

The delivery time was a bit long although the restaurant was indeed busy at the time and the courier apologised too.

Disgraceful! Waited over 3hrs each time called up was told on it way was then told that they messed up my order and didn’t send it out to be sent again and then never showed up! And kept being told on its way! 🙁 i live in the same town.

The burger was not spicy as all and it was very watery. I asked for extra spicy for both burger and wrap but I was given normal.

honestly people who work with just eat need to use google maps cause it doesnt take 15 mins to get here i checked on google maps and it says it would take 9 mins to get here and there isnt any traffic.

So first I would like to start off with the customer service, I ordered on Uber which their driver make it, so I thought okay give them 25mins to let them get my food make to perfection, after 30mins no food delivered so I rang the shop and told the guy on the food, “hi, I just wanted to get an update on my delivery, I’ve ordered on Uber with my name” then I go the guy asking for my order and then he said no I asked address, after I told him he said leaving in a few minutes, after 25mins later received my food and the chips weren’t even a portion they just placed whatever they had left in the chip dump as there were only 10pcs of chips nothing else, burger was soggy and leaky and I ordered irn bru got Pepsi, and on top of that I asked for Ben and Jerry chocolate fudge and they just gave me vanilla for a cost £3.00, will definitely not be going there again, they would rob your money and show disrespect and the food arrived Warmest nearly cold, I would not recommend, they use their own driver too if they can’t handle don’t panic paying 30% for Uber drivers, Kind Regards Mohammed

Absolutely horrible business ordered food that never came, called up and the man said the driver is on his way waited for another 30 mins still nothing. Been calling up since then and they have refused to pick up my calls, I strongly urge people to never order from here again the service is absolutely terrible. I want my full refund back.

Burger was rubbery and chewy. One of my wings had some sort of a bite mark ? Chips were fine. The burger was very poor. I remember ordering from here years ago and it tasted fresh but today it was terrible. Rubber chewy. Hard to bite. Tasted off

waited an hour and a half. called the restaurant and told it on the way. The app claimed delivery 40 minutes ago. Just eat is not helpful. Restaurant just said its on its way. shocking service never using again. contacting my bank to get my money back.

I really like this place, yesterday I ordered and was missing an item I rang and was told to leave a note requesting the item on my next delivery so I did and when i got my order today I didn't receive my missing item. my order was cold and missing the sauce little disappointing

The chicken wing was more spice than burger which I got extra spice it was so dry the burger and it should have been more spicy which was more normal.

Ordered from this place for the first time. Customer service absolutely rubbish. I ordered over the phone the guy that took my order missed a meal out whentaking my order. When it was delivered. The ordered was incorrect. I called to let them know and asked for the correct food to vlbe delivered. The guy on the phone said it will take 2 hours as they are busy,mind you this was at 8pm and they said 2 hours (disgusting) when I argued this the phone was passed on to another guy he literally shouted at me!!! If you’re too busy then turn off just eat, stop taking orders if you can’t deliver them on time, apparently the boss has told his staff to never turn off Just Eat, no matter how busy they are, is the boss thinking about his own pocket or his customers….i wonder The delivery took almost 2 hours…what a joke!

Did not receive the food! The driver was rude on the phone and said he left it on the door step When I called the staff at the takeaway they laughed at me and were extremely rude and would not try to rectify the problem and said the food has been delivered.
