Moved from manchester to Rochdale. Lovely staff, beautiful freshly made food. 10/10. Cannot fault at all. Amazing prices. No issues. My number 1 to go to fish an chip place. Highly recommended 10/10!!!

Food is ok but for the price you best off paying that bit more and go to Shish Cafe for the best quality in Rochdale

chips wasn't fresh and had loads of small hard one in there and my fish was over cooked

Really nice doner wraps, good value for money

This place is a rip off, half the menu advertised at the chippy isn't even available. Expect hidden charges. I used to come here all the time but the last few years they've fallen off big time and resorted to penny pinching. Better to go somewhere else

We wont order again. The food was of such poor quality even our dogs wouldnt touch it. The chips were rank and it was days old. The fish was not cod as they advertise in the app. It was Plaice. The batter was thick soggy and rank. Also they need to change their oil it taste bad

Fish was nice and gravy, but chips were very dry, like warmed up from the day before. The pies were like they were microwaved and dry. I will never order from this place again. I will never recommend either. £22 FOR THE WORST FOOD I EVER ORDERED

The fish was beautifully cooked & batter really crispy & light. Not greasy. Chips were okay but could’ve been slightly crispier but not unpleasant. They were early on delivery & food was still really hot.

Nice chips curry cheese pie . Lamb Donner wraps are good too and so is the chicken dinner. Nice staff with cheap prices and good .

Not good they tried forcing me to buy something I did not wont and food is cheap for a risen food is not fresh and you will be on the toilet after eating the food

Not bad but doesn't taste fresh

I opened uber eats (hungover) and searched for fish and chips. I didn't have many options and seem some bad reviews for Javs Chippy. The price was reasonable so I gave it a go and was more than happy with the food. The curry was of the English kind though this isn't an English chippy (sorry no sausage here) and as other reviews have said the amount of sauce is limited. Salt and vinegar was added despite not asking for it so be warned but I enjoyed the meal and would order again (if they didn't decide I'm too far for delivery now).

Did I not review this already? It's one of those places where Irish people will never learn how amazing it is because they will keep ordering a burger and chip. Order Indian food.. It's an Indian place. They make amazing curry. Be adventurous though.. Don't order an Irish curry. Try a jalfrezi or vindaloo. Trust me. Or don't.. But trust they got Indian down.

Food was delivered late and some of the food items were missing. Chicken was not fresh and dry. Refused to admit their mistake. Bad customer service. AVOID if you don't want bad experience.
