The owner fraudulently placed an order with our company for £3,000 worth of acoustic materials using stolen card details. As expected, the legitimate cardholder disputed the charge, leaving our business to absorb the financial loss. This was a deliberate and deceitful act, and it has had a serious impact on our operations. Please be cautious—this business has demonstrated dishonesty and cannot be trusted. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t imagine what the foods like if they’re capable of doing this to people. ..

I'm absolutely disgusted with them . Their delivery driver just tossed his rubbish right outside my house. It's filthy and disrespectful. How can people trust them to handle food in a clean safe manner when they can't even be bothered to dispose of their own rubbish properly?

3 hour wait on delivery! Order incorrect on arrival- missing items, communication awful, hung up on us, food OK. Will not order again due to stressful process.

Please go somewhere else for a decent food!! Waste of money, chicken tikka was like boiled chicken!!!

Just seen the note from the owner re: Spend £15 online and get free poppadoms and chutneys but didnt receive these. The food we did receive was good and delivered quickly.

First time ordering from here, definitely will be ordering again, the food was delicious, fresh, tasty and generous portions 😋

The food was very good, arrived warm and as expected. We could have had a slightly higher meat:sauce ratio but generally quite happy with the food. Delivery time however wasn't good. Ordered 1815, expected 1900-1910. Checked at 1907, told would be 15 mins. Checked again at 1930, advised another 10 mins. eventually arrived at 1940. Not the end of the world in the grand scheme of things, however wouldn't order again based on that service - both late and advised incorrectly on wait times.

First time ordering from here off Uber eats, amazing food. Food came on time and piping hot.

I moved over from leeds 2 years ago been trying out different places to find a curry that we enjoy e.g. spicy. Then we found Balti Express, it was a long time coming we love their curries tasty spicy u get lots. One word (perfect 👌) ps watch out for the Asian style 👍

Originally tried Balti Express on a recommendation as I was looking for a restaurant that could cater for 15 people with starters, mains and a few extras. Was impressed with the quality so spoke to Khalid and he put my mind at rest and promised it would be delivered hot and on time. Did not disappoint at all, as fifteen satisfied people. Spicy Lamb chops, Makhani, Pathia and Vegetable and Paneer Biriyani were fantastic. Keep up the quality, you have definitely earned some new customers :)

Just had a lovely meal from batli express, my daughter recommended them and I agree the food was amazing!!

We have ordered from here a couple of times now and we love it, we had the chicken korma both times and I have to say it's the best korma I have ever had and such a quick and efficient service and food arrives piping hot. Will deffinetly be ordering again.

Unfortunately the masala that I had was the most flavourless I have ever tasted. The naan bread was also completely void of flavour or seasoning. To top it all off they forgot part of my order so I had to call back and wait for them to return the curry. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Amazing experience they took order delivered and we're quicker than the guys at the bottom of our road. Food is delicious very good value and have something for everyone. Please note that they even delivered to stacksteads which is 18 mins away from kitchen and food was still hot. Ordering is easy the website is excellent. I would recommend to try them

Had visitors for the weekend, we decided to give this place a try. Wow, so glad we did because every meal was exceptional. Very fresh, tasty succulent chicken and I recommended it to everyone.

We used these for the first time tonight. We were very happy with the food. We were missing some onion bahjis so we rang them and a lovely lady came to drop them off. She also gave us a slice of cake as an apology. A lovely touch which she didn't need to do. It was very nice!! Thank you.

Below average food. £4.75 for just 6 rubbery chicken nuggets and uncooked chips Kebabs really below par. Overpriced, poor standards. Won’t be using again and would not recommend

Best takeaway in the area by far. Great selection, me and the mrs can order a curry and our fussy eater kids can order something great like a burger or chicken from the kids section. Something for everyone at decent prices. Fast delivery and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
