Great place for people with food inflictions 😊. Separate menu for Celiacs, which was very impressive. Nice place, with seating inside and outside. Food very good. Service not that quick and had to be reminded that I'd ordered a desert. Would go again

On this occasion the food was very disappointing. Small and very dry burger. Brisket burrito too spicy and contained hard fatty inedible meat. No accompanying sauces to enhance and cool the dish down. Initially the service from the waiter was good. However knowing that I had left the majority of my meal he didn’t acknowledge us when we were leaving, consciously ignoring us.

This is, by far, my and my friends’ favourite place to meet up. Anytime we go into town for dinner and drinks, I can guarantee that 9 times out of 10, we’ll end up at Torello’s. The service is quick and easy, whether ordering at the bar or on your phone, and there is a great variety of food and drink that changes regularly so there’s always something new to try. Our favourite thing is the tapas though, it’s consistently delicious! And the 2-4-1 cocktail deal doesn’t hurt either! The only thing I’ll say is due to its popularity it can get quite busy and loud, and it can be hard to find a table sometimes especially around the weekends or holidays. You can’t reserve either unless your table has 9 or more people, at least in my experience. That’s why I’d recommend this place, but suggest you probably try and visit on weekday afternoons or evenings, or get there in the morning at weekends and holidays.

We love it here they have dietary requirements for allergies and a excellent gluten free option therefore we will be back thanks so much for taking dietary requirements seriously and for having an excellent gluten free menu we will be back in the future and we definitely recommend to all 😀😎😀

Solid Lounge. It's easy to find nearby parking, and dog friendly, though can be quite busy and full at times.

Top vegan burger. Staff all looked fantastic in their pokemon shirts and seemed like they had loads of fun on shift. Made for a great atmosphere and we deffo had one drink more than we anticipated because it was a fun location. Would visit again.

I've always been a big fan of this place and I've always been a big fan of dogs BUT it's gone too far. On my last visit there were 9 dogs there, 4 of which were big big ones, there was a newfoundland, 2 large golden retrievers and numerous varied size dogs. It was pretty off putting, there was a dog smell that hit as soon as you walked in. And hair. Lots of dog hair. I love that Torello prides itself on being a community asset, I love the food, the staff are usually pretty on it. But the dog thing has put me right off. Also the cushions on the seats need a bath or binning. It's a shame, I feel like I'm the only person who is calling it out. 😕

The waitress was very welcoming to us....we asked about recommendations and she was very knowledgeable especially about vegan options ....that is a good sign. As with most restaurants she was very aware of allergy issues. Food was completely finished so that was a good sign. Recommendations: Food needs to be more spicy and a bit bland. Need to offer some nando type sauces might take it up a notch as that had all the other sauces we have at home. Very happy to see the Vegan Mayo that was a surprise and I congratulate you on that. Portions needed to be 33% bigger please....the tapas or the side dishes like fries etc. Then value for money. The size is way too small for the price. The main dishes are if a good size. Overall a very good spot....and would visit again.

Staff is friendly, but food was drenched in oil which completely ruins the food. My partner ate the chicken of the bang bang chicken and said that was alright. But the rest was just not edible anymore, unless you like pure oil. Staff had no time to come pick the plates up, so no opportunity of telling them unfortunately. Sad, used to be better.

Fantastic selection of food including a large selection of tasty looking gluten free food. Went for the gluten free selection of tapas and was excellent. Had a bistro bar feel with some large settees to lounge on

Used to love the Torello lounge but we visited there yesterday, we had bacon and cheese on toast, the bacon was cold and greasy and the cheese just grated on the top which hadn’t melted a little due to the cold bacon. They have changed the menu and our two favourite dishes have been removed, there’s nothing on the new menu we like, so unfortunately we won’t be eating there again, which is a real shame because I used to love the place 😔

Lovely place , lovely staff, very friendly. Dog friendly! - stopped off here for some lunch and it was lovely as you'd expect from the lounge chain. Very spacious and accommodating - food was lovely and quick service. Reasonable priced. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Looked small and quiet from the outside. Went inside and was suprised at how large it was and how packed. Got seated quickly. Superb variety on the menu. Fast service. Excellent food and drinks and very reasonably priced. Will 10% be coming back.

Good food for the price bracket, have to go to the bar for ordering food and drink, which can lead to a bit of a wait, but friendly staff. Lots of choice for dietary requirements.

Amazing place, stopped by for a sit down, flat white and a breakfast muffin later, didnt want to leave. Staff and food amazing. Even the dog got a drink and doggy treats. Best surprise in Prestatyn ever!

We accidentally stumbled into this place whilst walking through Prestatyn. We were surprised to find a great selection of dishes on the menu, everything from burgers and loaded fries to slightly more obscure dishes such as Indonesian 'Nasi goreng' which I ordered and was very impressed with. Overall, a great little find and well worth the visit!

Came about 2 weeks ago for a meal with friends and it was gorgeous, nice friendly staff and food was outstanding. I highly recommend the lamb kofte’s

First time visiting this lovely cafe staff lovely especially the 2 males bringing the breakfast and teas . I had miami brunch it was delicious. We had a full English also a muffin .everyone enjoyed it . We will definitely be back when visiting prestatyn. Great staff great chef can't fault it

This is a lovely place to chill with a few drinks, the staff at friendly and welcoming and the place has a nice vibe with good music. I’ve been several times, and always seem disappointed with the food. It just seems a bit basic and cheaply done, with small portions for what you’re paying. A burger was nearly £15 and the plate seemed a bit sad, with a small portion of chips in a ramekin. I wish I could say the food is great, but it’s just not.

Visited with friends on Saturday afternoon. Always busy and a good atmosphere. Food was good, not great! Slow to be served with drinks but the atmade up for it. Worth a visit.

I can't understand how the boss over charge me then told me my dog as to sit on the floor after sitting at the side of me for over 12months on my coat and she is my emotional support dog why tell me now after 12months mmm I wonder

Been coming here for brunch/breakfast every time we will come visit Wales. Always good service. Today, 2nd of Feb 2025, I tried their Nasi Goreng and it is now my new favourite from their food menu! Really taste nice and I wanted to order another one! Another favourite of ours is their Shakshuka and their very fresh orange juice! Lovely staff!

I go there maybe once a week and take my friends dog as he injoys meeting orther dogs in a warm environment

A local gem. I know it’s a part of a chain but it does have a local and friendly feel. The staff are always friendly, the service is great and the food is good quality and value for money. You can order on an app so once you’ve eaten you can get up and go.

Was not happy that right infrony of us a customer let her dog up on sofa on cushions to sleep .I did speak to staff that said there was a policy not to do this they clean chair and cushions was good. I said this is very unhygienic they agreed .I think there should be more than one sign.borh enterances. And small notes in each table.and area including chairs cushions should be cleaned were dogs have visited torello lounge

Met friends for an evening meal and shared a lovely tapas. Very dog friendly - found us a table in a corner to keep dogs out the way. Free Dog biscuits at bar and water bowls. Good background music. Enjoyed it so much went back for lunch today

Firstly I would like to say I love this place! - I’ve been coming on and off for years with my family but the last two times we have been the food is no longer at the high standard it once was.. ( not all the food- certain items) For example the chips are delicious! The milkshakes are gorgeous! - a couple of weeks ago when I came I had buttermilk chicken and it was burnt and looked like “road kill” and was tasteless.. again the chips were gorgeous! - the milkshake was gorgeous! - my sister who also came said her breakfast ( which is normally our “go to” she said was “underwhelming” when I said maybe I should have ordered the breakfast.. and she then listed complaints about the breakfast to me. Disappointing! Normally delicious! :( Yesterday I visited me and my kids and I tried steak and chips and it was awful! For £19 something! - the steak was chewy ( altho I did ask for “well done” but I feel this was more the actual cut of meat..I even struggled to chew it the texture was just bad of the steak & then the sauce on top was awful and greenery on the plate with cheese on top that was also awful and not a good combination of items together. Chips again were delicious! - milkshake was delicious! - my son polished off his burger but my daughter who I ordered a burger for couldn’t eat hers and left her food. She said it “tasted weird” so I left without fully eating my meal and my daughter didn’t eat her meal.. it was only my son who ate his meal. ( and my son had his burger completely plain so I’m guessing her salad ect must have been tasteless and unpleasant like mine) it’s such a shame as I really did enjoy coming here and the food used to be the best in the area but the last two times we have been it’s Been expensive to not have eaten your meal! - the reason I didn’t say anything both times is the service has also been some what lacking too, very friendly staff but the time We came with my sister after waiting awhile for the pudding was then told we where being refunded as they didn’t have it & was then brought a spoon for the sundae and then a further 20-30 minutes for the sundae to arrive so you started to feel a little “forgotten” about, I’ve added this review in the hope they will see this and look into improving the food as we love the place! - my sister also came last night with friends and she had very “mixed reviews” about the food they had tapas and other things and she some was awful but the chicken wings where delicious! - you are onto a winner with your chips and milkshakes and the sundae was delicious! - my son enjoyed his burger! 🍔

every nice local bar .went for some food .was nice for a high street pub .you would ha e to park on the retail park to go there as no parking.but you do get 3 hrs on tescos car park so you can do some shopping then have a meal

Had breakfast here this morning and wow the food is soooo good. Every part of the breakfast was so tasty, I would highly recommend going.

Food was lovely and service was great! Topped off that it was our 2 boys birthday and they made it their job to make sure everybody knew and our server who we unfortunately didn’t get the name of, brought them out a brownie with a candle in for free! It was so thoughtful! Would highly recommend, and whoever the server was should be praised for being so lovely!

Found this place whilst on the way home from a weekend in Anglesey. The staff were welcoming and explained how to order. The menu was extension so lots to choose from. From ordering to receiving the food there was no excessive wait and what we ordered was wondrously tasty. What a gem of a place we fell across!

For the first time we had lunch at this place, we had a very good time. The food was TOP

The slightly older female (still young, but older than the other female serving) serving would need a lesson in customer service. We ordered pannis they were toasted on the inside, but the outside was soft bread, and thats how it came to us, this soft bread on a plate no garnish nothing, a pc of leaf and 2 slices of cucumber on the inside. We actually went to order coffee and dessert after our food, but we walked away after waiting at the counter for over 5 mins while the server slowly made 1 coffee for another customer. Previous to that, her attitude earlier stunk, again no customer service. Rude. Rude with other customers, too, while we were waiting to be served for our main. We went to the red in Dyserth instead where our coffee,cake & customer service was impressive. Shame as I went to terrello lounge often. We wont be going here again. Shame It's going Down

Had some lunch /brunch today. Atmosphere and ambience was great. Food was definitely to our liking and the front of house team were on the ball. Rob, our server, topped it off with just the right balance of friendly professionalism and hit all the right notes around customer service and the check back. 90 years experience in catering between the two of us at the table. Great pit stop today.

Torello has a really quirky menu in my opinion, if you're looking for your standard shepherd's pie, fish and chips, pasta etc, I wouldn't go here! Torello is perfect for people who love a unique but cosy interior, an interesting menu to try new things, and lovely staff. The staff know everything about the food, they know everything about different dietary preferences and needs, and how to avoid some allergic reactions! It's dog-friendly as well, which is always a plus for dog lovers!

Now this place is just fantastic the staff are fabulous from the moment you walk in all very knowledgeable on the menu had a dietary requirement of dairy and gluten was not a problem separate menu . The fact that you don’t have to explain the whole no gluten or dairy is fabulous. The food was excellent from how it’s on a plate to taste . Very very highly recommended just off the main road in the town parking not a problem car park around the corner. The breakfast is all day and brilliant i cannot rate this place highly enough.

Much better having waiter/waitress staff take orders and look after their own customers/tables - this would help make for better service, communication and customers more likely to tip their staff

Great restaurant, went for breakfast. The staff were friendly. It was easy to order, you can either be severed or order on phone. The service was great. The prices were reasonable. The-food was really enjoyable. Would recommend.

Never in my life had such terrible service as just experienced (Monday 12 August 24 @18.30 & it was fairly busy) for 2 simple coffees. Ordered at the bar & we sat outside - 20 minutes passed. Went in, guy recognised me & said 'oh yeah your coffees', pouring other drinks. I just said 20 mins wasn't on. Not a word of apology saying he'd get them, just made me wait behind another customer. At that point I thought right, sod it, & demanded a refund, we're going elsewhere. No eye contact, & a half-empty sorry. So we've come down the front to the beach Caf & 2 lovely young girls so nice & friendly served us, made me feel so much better. It's not always the trendy posh places... so go swivel!!! 🤬🤬 Thank you CWT Beach Hut Prestatyn seafront & £1.50 cheaper! 🙌🫶

We love this place. Staff are invariably excellent. Great service. Very good food. Been here a many times over last 3 years. Big plus for us is that our little dog is allowed to come with us!! When grandchildren are up we always live to go here. Lively, mixed age group. Great food and great service

We turned up for breakfast on the last day of our holiday. They easily accommodated nine of us and the food was delicious. Great choice for breakfast, speedy service and lovely, friendly staff. Definitely recommend

Came for breakfast. We had gone across the road but they stopped serving at 10.30am so we came here instead. We weren't disappointed, except the coffee machine was broken. BUT the food was delicious, as was the milkshake!

Started coming here recently on a Sunday for breakfast. Last week the coffee machine was broken and the breakfast wasn't very hot in fact the mushrooms were cold. Staff always friendly and tables cleaned snd sanitised swiftly after customers leave.

Have been here a few times over the last couple of years or so, always do when we come to Prestatyn, had a few different dishes and drinks, they have always been delicious, had the Philly Cheese and Beef Panini this time, wife had the Beetroot Flatbread with Feta cheese, both were yummy, also tried the Elderflower drink which was really tasty, defo will continue to come here again......

Beautiful I loved the buttermilk chicken with sweet potato chips and onion rings. I had it on Friday, and then I had buttermilk chicken with sweet potato chips and onion rings on Sunday, and it wasn't as good, but it was still good. I loved the mushroom from my friend's English breakfast 😋 so good. The free water jug is cute.

Shocking… never ever have I experienced such customer service.. food was cold and sausage still pink.. when my partner told the waiter he took the plate and come back and said chef said it’s cartridge.. this wasn’t the case.. we asked for scrambled egg and coke poached.. also we ordered latte and instead come with cappuccino .. they don’t listen here and will not be coming back.. needs better management and training..

Leaving negative reviews is not usually my style as I know how a bad review can proper reflect onto the tradings of a business but the service I received today was shocking. I run multiple hospitality venues myself so know how standards should be. - myself and my partner went for breakfast (full English) everything was basically cold except the eggs and toast. I was hungry so got over it I then sliced into my sausage and it was still pink! I asked the waiter to come over he took my plate into and then brought it back and said “the chef said it’s fine just cartridge”. However at this point my food was even more cold! Shocking service in my opinion, the customer is never wrong… I will not be returning. I also spoke to a lady manager before I left expressing this and she looked at me like I was stupid
