Pizza sizes hidden online i got medium pizza which is 10.5inch that is not a medium size i rather say small sized for prices you need to mention sizes so people can see what they get for prices tasted ok i wasnt impressed at all

Just rubbish Made me wait nearly 30 minutes for a small pizza, And the shop was almost empty When I got the pizza it was floppy and unevenly cooked lady who serves customers is miserable and doesn't know how to talk , even saying "yes no" is too difficult for her I have been to the branch next to Southwark bridge Road and that branch was much better, the staff there were friendly and the pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes

The staff is incredibly rude, especially a woman named Preet at the counter. I called to order a pizza and was polite, but the way she spoke was very unprofessional. If management is reading this, please train her to speak politely on the phone and stop making rude sounds like ‘Reee Reee Reeee,’ as in ‘your pizza is cooking reeee.’ It comes across as very disrespectful

Pizza is always tasty and delicious but the lady at the counter is very rude and has a straight face whenever we go i was there at 11.39pm on monday 29th july so hungry and was hoping to get my veggie hot but somehow the lady in the front did not seem to bother to even smile or greet properly!

Today i tried tops pizza for the first time it was nice food and the receptionist treated me very well and love the music she plays in the last i just say everything was good food is good and staff is very poliet and shop is very clean.definetly i will come again to try the food.

Yesterday , I went at tops for dinner and I ask to add a burger sauce on pizza , usually every time they Don't charge for it , but this time I remember the receptionist ask for the extra charge for it , I don't know how it works. That is tge last time I eat pizza from tops sudbury. And pizza is not much better than before.

The service is very bad. If I called them at 1:00am in the night, they did not answer any of the calls and their phone was showing waiting for half an hour, so there is no such customer service.

Dusty driver didn’t deliver my food

I ordered a pizza from Sudbury and every time they are making fool me. I ordered spicy pizza and they served me very light even when I called them about this they transferred the call to one by one colleague and no one replied satisfactory answer. They told me bring that one back, we are not free for them to go again and again after wasting money.

The staff front desk girl is not behaving good and taking very very rudely… not respecting for customers….. I don’t like it I never come again …… Thank you

We ordered a pizza which had a human hair in it . The women at the counter was not at all customer friendly . They dint even apologise for it . Poor customer service.

We came yesterday for the pizza we order super large pizza because of zero customers and and worst behaviour by the front desk girl “TANIYA” is that correct name i don’t know but she told me that name I didn’t accept from your staff and the pizza she gave me super large with 1 dip in it and there was no sauce at the restaurant so we ask one more dip extra as per their rule when customers eat in the store their is unlimited sauce to eat but yesterday their was not sauce i ask just one and the way she behave she abuse to me and we also returned our whole pizza and came out. The manager or store owner has to take strick action on her

I ordered online through just eat. It came up with a notification saying they can’t track the driver but soon after I received a notification that my food was out for delivery. It was meant to arrive between 1:55 and 2:15am. I call the restaurant I ordered from, however I was informed my order had been passed to the Southall branch and I need to call them. I thank the lady, I hang up the phone and call the Southall branch. Right off the bat, the lady who answered the phone is extremely rude. Despite this I attempt to tell her I’ve ordered a pizza and it was meant to be here a while ago however it’s not arrived. Before I finish my scented she saying “post code!” In a very unpleasant tone. Me already frustrated I attempt to give her the post code, but due to the loud background noise she was unable to hear and I had to repeat myself multiple times. She tells me my post code isn’t in the system and I must have ordered from the other branch. I inform the lady that that’s exactly what I thought I did but after a conversation with them I was told to call you. She puts me on hold for a moment and comes back soon after to tell me my order will leave the restaurant in 15 min. So I ask if they’ve only just started to make the pizza now. She tells me no and tried to end the call. I stop her and ask why she’s lying. She told me they are very busy at the moment. I asked if that’s true because it’s a Monday at 2 am, doesn’t seem like the peak time for pizza orders if I’m honest. Right after this she puts me on hold again without a word, where I stayed for 6 minutes exactly and nobody came back to the phone so I ended the call. Tried to call again but no answer. Now I have no idea if the pizza will be delivered or not? Horrendous service, first and last time I’ll be using this place!!!

Food and dine-in service is excellent.. but your receptionist staff is behaving rudly. Because of them hearing mistake I ordered genuinely but they send me wrong so i gave it to back. And now if i order something they denied to take my order.

We ordered buy one get one pizza super size on call and they told us with in 20 minutes they are delivering pizza but they gave us large instead of super size pizza and when we complained about that they offered us new pizza. Also after 2 days we order another pizza and they said we are not delivering at your place because we complained! Worst hospitality

I have ordered pan base pizza but I got simple pizza. I told that girl to add jelepino but instead of jelepino she added green chillies and when I complained to that girl she ignored me and told me that this is what you ordered. Front girl was also behaving very rudly with me.
