I ordered from this place at 1:30 AM and ended up receiving my order at 2:50 AM - an unacceptable wait time for such a simple meal. The pizza was a tiny, four-slice affair that barely compares to what you’d expect from major chains like Domino’s or Pizza Hut, yet it came with a £10 price tag. Despite paying for extra toppings, none were added, and all the vegetables and meat were haphazardly stuffed underneath a heavy layer of cheese, leaving little to no trace of tomato sauce. To top it all off, both the pizza and the chicken nuggets arrived freezing cold. While the taste managed to be decent, the overall quality and customer service were shockingly poor. I couldn’t even track my driver, who seemed too busy juggling multiple orders. I’d strongly advise anyone to avoid delivery from this place at all costs.

Food is excellent, however the gentleman on the phone was very very rude, not sure what his name is but honestly very rude. Started shouting at me over the phone when I never understood what it was he was trying to ask, what kind of customer service is that, honestly it’s a shame because the food tastes so nice however his attitude stank.

Regular customer here, can honestly say this beats any of the other pizza chains - top notch pizzas and sides. Great quantity of toppings and cheese and they always follow the instructions and modifications!

My first visit here was today. I visited here during the lunch time and I was bit confused what to order as I am vegetarian and don’t know much of options. I asked the receptionist girl for help she guided me properly and politely as well. She told me all the vegetarian options and what topping are on them. She knows what she’s doing and I ordered Tandoori Paneer Pizza. Pizza Quality, Staff behaviour 10 on 10. Would Recommend everyone go and try for ones……

Unfortunately my pizza what I have ordered today isn't up to it usual standard its very greasy isn't cut right its also very soft its a shame because tops pizza is my go to place

Great Pizza for Vegetarian and Non- Vegetarian. Quality of food is at high standard. Dough is freshly made and staff behaviour is friendly and comfortable. They guide you briefly if you are allergic to some of the food toppings. Overall Great 👍 and Worthy of Time & Money …. Would recommend to anyone to at least go and try for one time for sure ….

Pizza sizes hidden online i got medium pizza which is 10.5inch that is not a medium size i rather say small sized for prices you need to mention sizes so people can see what they get for prices tasted ok i wasnt impressed at all

Just rubbish Made me wait nearly 30 minutes for a small pizza, And the shop was almost empty When I got the pizza it was floppy and unevenly cooked lady who serves customers is miserable and doesn't know how to talk , even saying "yes no" is too difficult for her I have been to the branch next to Southwark bridge Road and that branch was much better, the staff there were friendly and the pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes

The staff is incredibly rude, especially a woman named Preet at the counter. I called to order a pizza and was polite, but the way she spoke was very unprofessional. If management is reading this, please train her to speak politely on the phone and stop making rude sounds like ‘Reee Reee Reeee,’ as in ‘your pizza is cooking reeee.’ It comes across as very disrespectful

Today i tried tops pizza for the first time it was nice food and the receptionist treated me very well and love the music she plays in the last i just say everything was good food is good and staff is very poliet and shop is very clean.definetly i will come again to try the food.

Pizza is always tasty and delicious but the lady at the counter is very rude and has a straight face whenever we go i was there at 11.39pm on monday 29th july so hungry and was hoping to get my veggie hot but somehow the lady in the front did not seem to bother to even smile or greet properly!

Yesterday , I went at tops for dinner and I ask to add a burger sauce on pizza , usually every time they Don't charge for it , but this time I remember the receptionist ask for the extra charge for it , I don't know how it works. That is tge last time I eat pizza from tops sudbury. And pizza is not much better than before.

The service is very bad. If I called them at 1:00am in the night, they did not answer any of the calls and their phone was showing waiting for half an hour, so there is no such customer service.

I ordered a pizza from Sudbury and every time they are making fool me. I ordered spicy pizza and they served me very light even when I called them about this they transferred the call to one by one colleague and no one replied satisfactory answer. They told me bring that one back, we are not free for them to go again and again after wasting money.

The staff front desk girl is not behaving good and taking very very rudely… not respecting for customers….. I don’t like it I never come again …… Thank you

We ordered a pizza which had a human hair in it . The women at the counter was not at all customer friendly . They dint even apologise for it . Poor customer service.

We came yesterday for the pizza we order super large pizza because of zero customers and and worst behaviour by the front desk girl “TANIYA” is that correct name i don’t know but she told me that name I didn’t accept from your staff and the pizza she gave me super large with 1 dip in it and there was no sauce at the restaurant so we ask one more dip extra as per their rule when customers eat in the store their is unlimited sauce to eat but yesterday their was not sauce i ask just one and the way she behave she abuse to me and we also returned our whole pizza and came out. The manager or store owner has to take strick action on her
