Chicken biryani was tasty, good quality. Expecting a little more quantity.

The food came very greasy and smelly. Also I bought a bottle of Pepsi wich expired in September 2024 and my kid drank from it. The worst experience I had with a restaurant in my whole life. I don’t recommend this restaurant!

Service was too slow,food is very limited and expensive the lady who was there didn't care about the customers.

Food is usually good, but service has massively been let down recently . I ordered a delivery for vegetarian, non-egg items, and was sent the version of my order which had fish and egg - Was fuming! I only received a refund for one of the items via Uber and it was difficult to handle the situation over the phone with the restaurant. The food that was edible by my family was also rather oily unfortunately

The Food is Delicious; but Extremely Spicy for non-Asian!! Rice & Curry: Choice of White or Red Rice. 3 Veg & Fish/Chicken/Mutton 5 Veg (Vegetarian) It’s often busy and under staffed; so it takes a long time to get served!!

It's a takeaway only place. Food is good quality but the service is slow. Also prices are much higher than their website prices

Absolutely loved the chicken dum biryani. The chicken kothu could use more flavour and chicken pieces/egg. But I would definitely order again.

Expensive string hoppers, we can get them cheaper and better quality in other takeaways (for example, places in South Harrow sell 50 string hoppers for £6.50, but at Rice and Curry, they’re £9).

I didn't receive all of my order. Some swaps were mentioned on the phone after ordering, but excluding those, I did not receive the 3 Kingfish fry £12.00. Also I ordered 3x 2 fish roll - total 6 pieces, but only received 3 pieces.

Got Parotta delivered, it came in cold , like they are just taking it from the fridge and sending out for delivery, without even bothering to heat it. Very bad, would not recommend

I go here almost every weekend - this is one of my favourite places for Sri Lankan food in London. Great short-eats, fantastic flavours.

I bought a cake box just medium 4 slice of cake 3.50 not even price not displayed. Also in other shop vada 3 for 1pound but here 2 for one pound. I am very disappointed with the cake box. Not even price displayed. Too expensive. I never ever go any more.

Food was good but we ordered 2 mutton meals and 2 chicken meals but only one mutton meal and one chicken meal was delivered. So 2 people were left without their food !

I am a new customer and after eating the best food I’ve tasted in years will definitely be a regular visitor. The flavours were amazing and the food was delicious. I tried so many dishes that I had never experienced before. Would definitely recommend to order.

Omds!! I was so apprehensive to order as this place is unfamiliar to me. I am so pleased to have discovered it!! If you want proper home style south Asian food…this is the place for you!! I ordered mutton roti, mutton curry, potato curry & veg samosas my only regret is that I didn’t order more for work lunch tomorrow:-/

The crab curry was yummy...... Spicy 🔥 but yum!! Mini dosas were great too! Like the rasam and chutney! Will definitely order again.

Didn’t get the spinach curry ordered got cabbage instead. Trying to pick out the small bits of bone in the chicken curry made it an unpleasant experience to eat.

I ordered a chicken curry, which unfortunately was full of shattered bones to the point where i stopped eating it. I rang them to ask about it, and was told by a lady that that was the way it was served, and she couldn't help me. I have never heard of a chicken curry that gets served with bone shards and huge chunks of broken bone. Order elsewhere

This was the worst food. The chicken curry should be renamed 'bone' curry it was all shards and slivers of bone. Highly dangerous

The shop appears clean and tidy. They have some snack items and some drinks in cupboards or shelves at the right hand side and on the left is the counter where you can see various foods, rice, curries. Some items are sold by weight, £1.30 per 100g for example, some are just a dish, curry rice for £5 or £6. You can buy 3 vegetable samosas for £1.50, and 3 chipatis for £1.50. The prices are at the front of the shop, curries on one side, other items on the other . They don't take credit cards. Service is ok, there were other people in the shop waiting for food. This is takeaway only, no chairs to sit on whilst you wait.

Meal deal was missing the 2 poppadoms stated on the website to be included. Everything else was OK.

The description of the dish we ordered had been updated to show that it came with two poppadoms and a butter chilli.....it didn't. Not a massive deal but the description should be accurate!

Was not expecting the bones in the chicken but luckily dug through it to ensure I didn't swallow any it is not a massive deal breaker, flavour of the foods were good and the portion size too, they are also good at communicating they rang about an item they could not meet the requirements of because they did not have, it is rare for places to do that they just don't tell you/talk to you at all.

Most affordable and very good quality fresh Sri Lankan and South Indian food in town. I’m a customer ever since they opened and still keep coming.

I had a lamb Biryani which like a yellow rice with small pieces of lamb. Personally, i never suggest to others.

Restaurant didn’t read the notes, the Egg rotti only tasted of onions and green chilli. It was a good thing I checked before I ate.

Im not joking this is the absolute best takeaway ive ever had in my life. I drove an hour just to go to this place. The foods good the service is good and the price is brilliant. If i could give this six stars i would.

The first order was fine, two others ridiculous!!! In my carry I found probably the same amount of bones as meat!! I also had a nice starter- a cold, not even warm samosas! I'll never ever order from them again! I would prefer to starve to death!

Not been to this curry place for awhile in Queensbury for a takeaway so got a variety of things , Mutton curry with spinach , Dal , pumpkin served with brown rice & got some extras 2 mutton rolls & egg rotti all for £8.20 my mum treated me , left 1/2 rotti for my mum to try. A nice dinner for a change. Food bit spicy but just pass my level . The pumpkin is very nice & I recommend it . I would go again.

Quality isn’t used to how it used to be. The muttons rolls didn’t have any mutton, just only potato curry. Fish and mutton roti don’t look how they actually supposed to be.
