Great food generous portion The staff at Woody Grill are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasant and welcoming experience.

The food is good there, but the waitress has a short memory, so it's normal that you have to ask for your drink a couple of times. The chairs and overall seating are horrendous, it looks like someone reclaimed them from a junkyard. Also, the toilets are newly refurbished but have never been cleaned since then. It's a shame because they serve nice food but provide poor service and have an unpleasant environment.

Very nice restaurant. The food is delicious and the waiting staff are positive, polite, friendly and look after the customers very well. I had a lamb chank with salad and I enjoyed it. The bread was fresh and tasty. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I was served by this lady on 26/08/2024.i have visited this restaurant many times before and all staff is great but this lady is extremely rude. She served our food but didn’t give us cutlery or extra plates,I asked her for it and she shouted “I am only by myself and I can’t do everything” I replied I just need some plates and cutlery,you served my food and started doing other things,she then replied I don’t care go make complain. Other staff heard and apologised for her behaviour so I ate and left..

Nice place but too pricey for the same quality meal you can get for cheaper elsewhere. I had a strawberry milkshake and it tasted like the strawberry milk you get from aldi or lidl for over 5 quid, was really annoying, it took like 15 mins or more to prepare that and a cappuccino which in my opinion didn't make sense because it was just 2 or 3 tables to serve, also, no option to takeaway the "milkshake" and cappuccino.

Only go here if you want severe projectile diarrhoea - This place is a real life ratatouille with vermin everywhere, including the staff who try to charge you £5 extra to sit inside! I had to remind them that this is Kilburn not the French Riviera. Food is a 0/10, everything is old, stale and dry. I’d rather starve to death than ever eat here again.

Tried the new Turkish Breakfast, all I can say is amazing quality and variety. Went Woody Grill with the family and I can say that all of our meals tasted great but this Chicken Beyti was a stand out family favourite. 5* for taste and service.

I visited this restaurant after a very long time last week with my brother. It was around 1:30 am in the morning. However, I was thoroughly disappointed after we placed our order and sat down to eat. The hygiene of the dining area was appalling, one would expect in the early hours for everything to be spotless. The staff do not wear hats or gloves when handling food. The lady whom served us was wearing no hair net or hat. All fast food restaurants and outlets should adhere to strict standards. The Lamb and Chicken Shawarma was cold, no side salad or salad in the wraps for the little there was it was not fresh. It is very overpriced for average food, quality was not all that and it is nothing special. I have tried many Turkish food places , this lacks in every way. For two Shawarma and Chips with drink it is not value for money. Overall, I shall not be in a rush to go back anytime soon. The customer service needs significant improvement. The waitress needs training. The overall hygiene level needs to addressed. I would be very cautious, to0 visit again in the near future.

Horrible horrible service… We came in way before these other people and they still got checked up on first. The waitress would just walk straight past us despite us finishing our food for 40 minutes. Then she finally comes and I ask for the bill. It took her another TEN MINUTES to give the bill even though the shop floor was practically empty. I could’ve just walked out whilst waiting. And just when you thought that it can’t get worse. She doesn’t even show me the bill or the card machine when I pay. 0/10 service. Not coming here again 🤦‍♂️

Food is very good quality, so I’ll definitely come back. But be careful as they’ll bring hummus and bread to your table, despite it isn’t in the order, as if it was complimentary, and then charge you for it - a rather sneaky tactic of upselling

This place is like stepping into an alternate universe where everything absolutely bangs. The food ****ing slams and the hours are super convenient. You will never find a better dead of night feast. Nandos is across the street and I ONLY get chicken from here.

Delicious lamb kebab with a generous salad. Wonderful service. The rice was delicious.

Enjoyed their lamb kofte plus the portions were enormous.

Terrible staff, discrimination, when other customers order, they ask what sauce they want, but when we order, they don't ask, other customers only ordered 20 pounds and got 2 free drinks, we ordered 50 pounds and only got one, never going back!

Have soo loved this place in the past but NOW, I couldn't find an up-to-date menu on-line and NO wonder. The prices have seriously escalated . I know everywhere has gone up since Covid but this is out of line. And to boot the food which we had always loved didn't seem quite right yesterday, the lamb shanks had little flavour and my lamb donner meat didn't seem as tasty. Disappointed but there are now better options on the High Rd.

Overall it was good. The staff were friendly. The hot chocolate was to die for, I really enjoyed the hot chocolate.

Everything was so bad , the chef messed up the food, that’s no problem, I can take it, but I spoke to him before , I asked him please don’t put donner kebab in our family mix kebab , I didn’t ask to change it for something else, I said please We don’t want donner kebab, he agreed fine , So the same menu without donner kebab at the same price , thanks The chef send the food with donner kebab My wife wasn’t happy, I told her fine , I keep it on my side, I didn’t even complain, At the till , I told him sorry chef , you’ve done that mistake, he answered me so rude , He is very very Rude person, The service is same, I felt so bad, he couldn’t even say sorry. Disgusting I use to eat for more than 10 years at this place, use to be okay, and because I live just around, but no way to go back there. I do recommend people NOT to go there, Bad service, rude chefs ( expect one chef, his name Aziz when he’s there ), the food not as expected. Guys if you fancy Turkish food next time, Less than 5 minutes drive to Willesden, Lovely place there, name LEZZIZ RESTAURANT, very good place , nice atmosphere, experienced staff and the food tastes 100/100 better, you can’t compare it at all, at the same price or less.

It's been a while since I went there to have a Woody Special. Service was really good with a friendly waitress but the bread was too salty, salad was not tasty, the portion for the £36 dish was much smaller than before... Meat tasted good though..Bit disappointed and not sure if I am going back to Woody again.

Ordered the he 2 nd time via Uber ears as I was so happy the first time . So disappointing. Bread was different . Salad was different. Everything was cold . Where is your consistency ?

Went a year ago and I must say the quality of the food has gone down. The meat tasted old and the salad was very dry. I was super looking forward to having a fresh meal only to be disappointed by how microwaved the food tasted and i spent quite a lot. I tried again on another occasion and it seems it's a hit or miss. Hence i wont be dining here anymore.

Portion is huge! Sides are good. Main dishes and meat is terrible! Takes a long time to complete order. Staff can't speak English well enough. Ordered a chicken Döner roll. Didn't follow the instructions. Wrapping was a disaster! The two cuts couldn't be sperated by the paper. Bread was sticking to the paper. Had to forcefully remove the paper and roll just completely unravelled! Contents spilling on both sides. Was a mess! Just took one bite and it was tasteless. Was an awful experience overall!!

An impromptu dinner for 4. Nice and clean, staff very nice. Delivery of food to table a little jumbled, for example the chips we ordered to go with the platter (that came with rice) were delivered with the meze that were the starter so we ate them as a starter to prevent them going cold. A bit pricey for what is essentially a smart kebab place but generous portions. We ordered a platter that said for 3 - 4 but could have fed 5, maybe 6. That's tomorrow's dinner sorted!! 😋

Ordered the seabass and a mix grill. I paid £28 After a while, I felt sick, when I had the seabass, I threw up all the food. I then had to go to hospital which I had food poisoning from the food ordering from this place. Please do not order from this place. The food is disgusting.

I’ve made an order on the 18th of may and my order was made 10 minutes before closing time but the restaurant said I’ve called and canceled my order on Uber eats which is a lie. This restaurant lies a lot, I want my refund or I will do something to this restaurant.

I ordered a lamb shank which means to be served with bread as mentioned “served with bread” But, they didn’t not add the bread at all which is the main parts of this meal. When I called them the guy was like you did request us in the note “no bread” then I told him Double check the Note, he was like oh we forgot to add the bread. And was offering me to go to his store for a bread which is 2 miles away from me. So, beware before ordering anything from this place & as I believe they are not professional service providers & are not experienced workers too
