Nando's in Brent

If I could I will give 0 stars. I was with my mother and a friend. There, we decided to go for butterfly crispy burger whit chips.Instead of that we recived. Grill ckichen with chips and two pieces of bread.Staff is very unprofessional in taking orders. Thank you kindly for your horrible service.

Restaurant is filthy. All the lights have about 20 dead flies inside them. There are shades covered in dust. Waitress sat us down and was more interested in putting the 5 baubles on the Xmas tree than bringing us glasses for drinks- my husband had to go and get the glasses himself. Balsamic vinegar was filled with malt vinegar- cutlery was questionably clean. The staff literally couldn’t be less helpful. Food arrived quickly and tasted nice just a shame about cleanliness and staff lack of people skills

I went there and ordered food and a drink. I also ordered some food takeaway. The girl who served me at the till was very kind, after got my drink she pointed me the table to go and sit down. After sitting down a member of staff called Seun came to me and asked me 'Who told you to sit here, this table is taken' I explained to her that one of your colleagues told me to sit here. She said suspiciously 'where is that girl no one is here I don't see any of my colleagues' I told her many times but she didn't believe me. I had to stand up and go back to the till to find the other girl so Seun could believe me. Maybe Seun is seeing for the first time what a restaurant looks like or maybe this is how she treats people. Her attitude is unbelievable.I wonder how did she get the job?? Her parents must be very 'proud' of her.Never been treated so rudely in my entire life. Avoid this terrible place.

We are regular weekly customers to Nando's for many years. The management, the staff, and the food. We always greeted and welcomed every time. There seems to be a great rapport between management and staff. The food is always amazing. I can highly recommend this branch in Kingsbury. Well done to excellent management.

Went in to collect my takeaway today, very efficient and friendly staff, especially Onkel, the manager, will definitely be ordering from here again.

This was my 2nd takeaway during covid restrictions during tier 3 in London. The food was exceptionally good on this visit, the Halloumi fries were cooked awesomely on the grill. The beanie Pitta and wrap was also excellent. The chips were cooked perfectly. Another great visit. I'm happy with Kingsbury nando's, they have really improved this year

This was my first order from nando's since the lockdown in March 2020. We placed the order online and collected the order as we were redeeming our chillies. The food was pretty good and the reason why I've deducted 1 star from the 4 stars I intended to give was because the chips were over cooked. They need to pay more attention to the fryer, having burnt chips is not a welcome. Otherwise a nice friendly takeaway service.

Ordered a two meals for delivery, a chicken pitta meal and a wings roulette and the wings were burnt to the core. Totally inedible.

Been here before, now back again, quickly seated,food came within 10 minutes. Food Good as always, staff service average....will definitely come again to collect points for free chicken!

Came here on a Monday evening at about 9pm and were seated straight away. Our food arrived within 5mins of us ordering it. Only problem was that the ice machine wasn't working but, otherwise all good.

This particular branch of Nandos is very bad both with service and food The service is poor and the chicken is badly cooked I have to return the food because it is either overcooked IE burnt or uncooked or worst previously cooked and leftover and recooked Just a worst of time and money Horrible place

We've just been down to the this branch with a large order for 10 people to take away. We pre ordered to collect at 12pm and the food was almost ready once we got there which meant it was nice and fresh. The Manager Armir kindly individually packed it for each person and wrote their name on the bag making distributing it so much easier once we returned to work. He never forgot a single item either 😊. wonderfully seasoned and cooked chicken as per. i have travelled around to many nandos and though some not up to scratch as the others , maybe something to do about where the chickens come from but this one right here in Kingsbury road really is a gem

This was my first visit to Nandos. In my 5 day stay in London, I visited 4 times!! The food was a good price and was just so tasty! I loved how genuine the food was to my Portuguese heritage and how fresh everything was. The food was also great for my vegan, gluten free friend! Come to America Nandos!!!

As usual Nandos offer a good quality of Food, It's always a good place to spend the night with friends.

The food at nandos is always great. It is a normal go-to restaurant for us and the service is always good. During busy hours however, you might have to wait for reallly long before you're given a table and then wait in the queue again...

I love Nandos first and foremost, not all are great, this one definitely is. Always good juicy chicken always prompt service and always friendly staff. Love this site.
