Ordered three medium pizzas at a cost of £56 they came up tiny, barely enough to feed three people. When we called to question it we were told it was our fault as we didn’t use the special offer.

Since I've moved back near to billricky i don't see pizza the same anymore. So long I've yearned for tops pizza, then a family member recommended this place and I cannot stop raving about it! Their pizza is soooooo great! Thin crust, not too much sauce or dough period. Toppings are fresh and they even have the option of creat your own. Prices are so fair compared to the franchised pizza out there. I seriously want this spot to be tried by everyone BUT at the same time, selfishly, i want it all to myself. We ordered a takeaway pizza as we were at the corner shop next door for a courier. The staff were very chatty and friendly and made us an excellent tasting pizza that we enjoyed, including the kids. They made it exactly as we requested it. Thank you

After a long evening of painting my house I sdecided to order a pizza. I admit the time was late as in 11pm so wasn't expecting 5 star. But what I got was unbelievable and not even something my dog could finish. I have called the restaurant to tell them I would be leaving a bad review and had nothing to do with refund òr voucher off next purchase. Please stay away from this restaurant full stop..... the ouzza is one thing and if your really desperate then try to eat toast The nachos really took the biscuit..... they tasted like something, Samantha once described on sex and the city as funky tasting sp**k. Now I have no experience in this but they were absolute filth so please do not bother wasting your money on this rubbish.

We had a terrible experience with this business I would strongly recommend that you either save your money, or to be honest just use one of the better known branded pizzas available in town. When the pizza was delivered the driver was very creepy which alerted my senses immediately asking that I must give them a good review, which I said I would, door shut dinner time, and wow, if presentation is key, this was not a good start, please see picture attached. When I contacted the company, they could not be more less interested- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I have not been on Tripadvisor for years and can’t remember my log in, but I have much experience all around the world and this service is unexceptionable anywhere. Needless to say there was no replacement, no refund and definitely no care, which is why I have taken the time to write this. All I can hope is everyone realises this and they close down soon.

After having to wait over an hour for delivery and then told 2 hours, I decided I was fed up with the rubbish customer service at Dominos. Called up Tops Pizza and a really friendly Australian guy took my order and said 25 minutes to deliver. Food was on time, My son enjoyed it. Great customer service, Polite driver. For us a good experience. Thanks guys for saving the day.

I've always collected and the Pizzas have always been freshly made and excellent quality. The price is also about half that of more mainstream restaurants for similar pizzas. In addition to this, the staff are always friendly. The only downside is getting a parking space outside as frequently busy.

Order a pizza at 6:30 online email says will arrive at 7:20 at 7:40 still no pizza so I Call up, driver says I’m leaving now will be 5min. 8pm and still no pizza Called back up again and the rude manager said sorry and hung up. Never again would I order from them. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered cheese potato skins with Jalapeños from the VEGETARIAN menu. Turned up with bacon in! Order was delivered 20 mins late. tried calling 25 times but no one bothers to pick up. This was Friday night so clearly they need to think about extra staff for peak times. During the week the food quality and delivery times are usually much better.

the pizza was amazing! thin, cheesy and not too greasy and the nachos were delicious (no jalapeño option brilliant) I also like the ice cream options as most takeaways only offer 1-2 flavours but this restaurant has more variety. the only reason I marked it down for delivery time was because i ordered it for 16.30 and they delivered it around 13.30 after they opened. luckily I was indoors but we kind of had to eat it then or else it would have been microwaved takeaway when we actually wanted it

I enjoy Topps Pizza's food very much, good service. Todays order did not go as expected. My delivery was for 17:25 ready for when my husband arrived home. I was supprised when I received a knock on the door at 16:45 a delivery man with my order. What's the point of putting a time. Seems they saw my order and thought we shall do it now, not looking at when I really what it.

We ordered for 10 pm much earlier in the day and I'd didn't arrive on time. There were items missing. Then when calling the restaurant they argues that we didn't order the extra 2 pieces of chicken. Food was less than warm totally disgusted with it.

Absolutely shockingly. Called me 10 minutes before my delivery was due, just asked for my address without introducing himself. Told me that if I didnt pay the delivery driver a delivery charge he would cancel my order. It got cancelled and im eating toast!

This is a take-away only establishment. I tried this branch for the first time two days ago. Tried ordering online and the web site appeared to crash each of the three times I tried. So I phoned the branch to order manually, asking them first to check their online ordering system to check if my online order had been received (so I didn't order again by phone and have it - and two bills - turn up by mistake!). They first said there was no trace, and then immediately told me my order had already left the shop and was on its way to me. They then put the phone down on me. I immediately phoned them back to inform them that my online order COULDN'T be on its way to me because 1) Their website hadn't let me finish my order - even down to choosing what kind of crust I wanted; & 2) The online order had been 'made' only a minute before I'd first called them so they wouldn't even have had time to COOK IT! The guy asked me to hold, put the phone down to the side, and I spent the next 5 mins listening to him chatting to someone else about something. It was at this point I realised that I wasn't going to get my pizza that night, and I hung up the phone. I'm sure this branch must be more efficient than this, but certainly on this occasion, it was not a first experience of their services I'd wish for others to endure.

Our pizzas looked and tasted like yesterday's cooking. I could tell they weren't fresh just by lifting up the first slice! Dry base, lack of both meat and sauce and cheese that was all but a burnt slither laying on top. When I called to ask for a refund the manager was rude and shouted over me, he wanted all the pizza back for a refund, not quite possible as there was four of us and we had all tried it, he was to send his driver to collect the remains, so far not seen anyone!! Wouldn't waste your money if I were you the worst pizza I have ever had...
