The pizza was alright just the spinach just looked burnt would of preferred for the spinach to sprinkle over it so it would be blanched on top of the pizza still remains the vitamins and minerals overall it was nice

on order status it says ‘enjoy your food’. I call restaurant they say that the order is on its way. It hasn’t arrived 15 mins past latest estimated arrival which is already 1 hour after the order time

The pizzas were not fresh at all this time. Usually they are good but could only manage eating one slice and the rest I threw away.

I’ve ordered a pizza yesterday evening. First of all pizza in this place is more expensive than others, but my favourite places were closed as it was Christmas Day. Expensive doesn’t mean good at Tops pizza. I’ve placed an order for a hot veggie pizza and when I received my order I was shocked. They didn’t use any tomato sauce for pizza base, but a cheap mayonnaise instead, it tasted absolutely disgusting. The garlic bread was so dry and not toasted at all on one side, not enough garlic butter and it was cold. The pizza base was not nice and the topping was average. Tops used to be good years ago, gone downhill. Will not be ordering again.

Food was decent but I asked for BBQ on the pizza and paid for extra which I did not get.

Pizza came dark clearly burnt round the edges, also smelt burnt and lastly as if confirmation was need it also tasted burnt. Very unhappy that a they was happy to let a pizza be delivered in that state. All you do is pizza how could you get it so wrong.Won't be ordering again.

The app was updated that the food was delivered. I went to my front door & nothing. I rang the restaurant & was told it just coming out of the oven & would be on its way. Terrible service.

Delivery took over 90 mins. Food was not hot especially the garlic bread & jalapeños.

The delivery drivers are always polite and cheerful and the food is always piping hot and the standard never slips. We have been getting our pizza's from here for many years now.

Ordered the ribs and they were £7.99 and I got three of the tiniest ribs you’ve ever seen that is outrageous for the price they were clearly microwave ribs and I was so disappointed wings were quite flavourless but the pizza was nice don’t think we’ll order again

The taste of the pizza was quite good, but not specifying the size of the pizza in the order in centimeters is misleading the customer because when I ordered a medium, I received a delivery with a very small box...

It was late, customer service awful, and tasteless.

Pizza is always good and I do not order from anywhere else. Had medium meat lover and it was wall cooked and plenty of tasty topping. Only two things let this down....it does not appear on the app when the delivery is on the way and sometimes the delivery is a little late but all good this time. I would highly recommend.

Shocking service! Over an hour late! I ordered my food at 4.20pm and it is now 6.37pm and my food only just arrived. The restaurant was less than helpful. Using many excuses… first the road was closed and then when I called back another 30 minutes later the driver had only just left… will never use this place again!

Food came over 1 hour 30 minutes late, I called the restaurant and they lied to me saying driver was on the way only for him to come 30 minutes later. Absolutely horrendous delivery time and service I’m heavily disappointed.

Took about 90 mins and I just wanted my bed at this point... Pizza was cold and nachos so cold that the cheese was a disgusting solid lump. And I paid for a dip that turns out was free... The nachos were so salty inedible it all went in bin... Total waste of money... Refund time

It was sent to the wrong house number at 106 (six). I am at 108 (eight), which is the default address in Just Eat and the address associated with my PayPal... so did someone at Tops retype the delivery address on the ticket? How did it change?? This caused the driver the waste time trying to contact me.

My pizza arrived early, it was hot and absolutely delicious we enjoyed every mouthful, the meat and veg were cut in small pieces, it was perfect not having big chunks like most pizzas have. Keep up the good work and will definitely order again from you. 5* :)

Terrible. Waited on my phone for the call from driver. Never did. The app didnt have a live tracker. And when I called the restaurant they refused to provide service and said it was my fault. Now I’ve spent 12 pounds and did get a pizza

It's the first time my family has had Tops Pizza and they all loved it. My kids preferred Tops Pizza from other companies. A little late then expected but its Friday which is a busy day of the week.
