Great place for some tasty and well priced (especially in central London) pizza. Had the brilliant Jai serving us and made the experience that bit better

The atmosphere in this Franca Manca is very warm and welcoming, with friendly smiles everywhere. The staff even surprised me with a heart-shaped pizza—a sweet, thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care. Aurelija and Gabriele made the experience even better with their kind, fast service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was here this evening for dinner , I had a parmigiana and a pizza number 7 and I must say that it was very good , the service not very attentive as no one came to ask me if everything was OK . In addition, while people were at the tables the waiter was cleaning the lamps, causing dust to fall on the already prepared tables. When I asked for an amaro del capo the waiter seemed not to know what it was and brought me an amaretto di Saronno thinking I didn't notice. I think the wait staff and their manager need to be better prepared on how to serve and what they have on the menu . I did not refuse to pay the service charge simply because the pizza chef was very good .

Nice interior with lovely buzzy atmosphere. Good menu and pizzas are delicious. However £2.50 to add mushrooms to a pizza is daylight robbery!

We were a party of 5. We had really great tasting pizza; however, what topped it was the excellent level of service from Gabri. She gave us time, even though the restaurant was extremely busy, and even had time to assist us with the app, and applying nour rewards. We would happily return again. 10/10 all round. Had a pizza with my friend last week. The service was great. Especially Gabby and Oleg, they were very friendly and helpful. A pleasant place to sit down and have a nice meal with friends.

We came across this pizzeria by chance... it was raining, it was late, we still had dinner and we went in hoping we hadn't made a mistake, and that was exactly the case!! We ate an excellent pizza and a burrata as an EXCELLENT starter! The efficient service and the very nice and friendly guys!! Fair prices... considering we are in London!! Super super recommended!!! Well done guys!! Keep it up!! Carry the flag of Italy high!!

Good service, delicious pizza and great space for evening atmosphere

The food was bland and average, but the service was good.

As a coeliac, I looked at the menu before coming and saw that they had gluten free pizzas however when ordering the waitress told me there would be unavoidable cross-contamination with gluten flour. I asked if there was a way to avoid this but she kindly explained they have one oven for all pizzas that is covered with gluten flour so the gf pizzas are realistically only for those who aren't allergic, which was a disappointment. I ended up being able to only eat the salads, which wasn't what I wanted. I had the chicken salad for which I had to ask for an extra chicken side because of the lack of chicken in the chicken salad. Having worked in customer service I didn't want to be that annoying customer but they only seemed to have two waitresses for a Friday night close to Christmas, which may have not been the best decision because my table (five people) struggled several times to get a waitress's attention. However the food did come quickly and the vibe of the restaurant was very nice but I don't recommend for gluten-intolerant or gluten-allergy people as cross-contamination is guaranteed.

Ordered 2 pizzas at home with a delivery service. Arrived still nice and warm (12min journey). Fabulous pizzas to say the least. As an Italian I approve, the seasonings taste excellent

Very average pizza. Ordered a glass of wine which came served in a warm water glass. Was told they don’t have wine glasses! Offered an ice cube. Refused and had the only beer they had on offer instead. Had to ask for everything as they had no initiative. Also, Bhangra beats blaring out in a pizza joint!! Don’t bother, we only went as everywhere else was full

Never disappointing, my favourite place to have a combo of great food, friendly atmosphere, and the best Aperol spritz in town. I highly recommend to try the nibbles trio, the almonds are dreamy.

Came here to have dinner, the food was amazing 10/10 would recommend the burrata Nduja, didn’t want a large pizza so ordered a garlic bread with some toppings the staff members where a big help and really kind and respectful the service was amazing thank you to the ladies and the young man. Will return and highly recommend to others 👍🏻

Food was good but was forgotten about never came back to bring the bill we had to go up ourselves. Not the friendliest to tourist and a bit judgey. It was the brunette waitress with a ponytail and heavy makeup that served us tuesday night @ 8:29pm.

I've been visiting this Franco Manca regularly with my colleagues, and while it used to be a solid choice for pizza, the quality has declined. Our most recent visit on Friday will likely be our last. After finishing our meal, we were shocked to see the chef in the open kitchen vacuuming the worktops with a general-purpose hoover. The vacuum looked very old, with the hose held together by electrical tape. It was quite disturbing to witness such disregard for hygiene, especially in a food preparation area. I strongly believe that using a general-purpose vacuum in the kitchen is completely inappropriate, and it's unacceptable for this to be done so openly in front of customers. I won't be returning, and I hope others will consider the hygiene standards before deciding to eat here.

Cozy place, recommended if you lack wood-fired pizza, just like in Italy. The products used are also Italian. Our waitress, Michelle, was a plus in making our experience very welcoming!

Pizza base was soggy, looked like watery passata was the issue. My partner and family who visited this pizzeria had the same experience. Tasty food but could be better

One of my go to restaurants for pizza and catch up! Recommend the potato with stilton and the chorizo.

Pizzas are nice, however service is not great. We got charged for olives and extra cheese which we did not receive, and the waiters refused to issue a refund. On top of that we paid service charge for a service that was not provided

Decent pizza, typical of those in a chain of this nature. Nice starters. Given location we felt the prices were "sensible" and not excessive. We had to ask several times for tap water (although the purchased drinks arrived quickly !), and generally the service was patchy.

We visited on Thursday evening, and despite the restaurant being half-empty, the staff was noticeably unwelcoming. It seemed as though they were hesitant about seating us. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes without any service. When we finally placed our order, it was incorrect. The waitress hurriedly served a pizza and left without giving us a chance to confirm the order. Additionally, there was an error on our bill, and we were overcharged. The unwelcoming attitude wasn't just directed at us but appeared to affect other customers as well, creating an overall unpleasant atmosphere.

I am deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the service I received today. I went out with my 8-year-old daughter, my two-month-old, and my sister, hoping to enjoy some pizza and drinks in the nice weather. However, the staff, including someone named Andy, told us we couldn't be seated because of my pushchair. They claimed the pushchair would cause too much disruption for the staff, even though the restaurant was clearly not busy (as shown in the photos). This experience has affected my mental well-being as a mum. I felt humiliated and discriminated against, which is incredibly poor service.

Daje. desoite being a true traditional proud italian, i have to admit that this place has opened my hearth to tollerance and love toward the endless possibilities the world has to offer. Great staff, great ingredients and lovely food.
