good pizza delivered in reasonable time

my nachos came with what looked like they had been half ate, my garlic bread didn’t come and my pizza was smashed on the top of the box

Delivery driver was rude ,and then there was plastic in my pizza won't be ordering again and id be careful if you have small children as it could of caused a major problem not impressed

Bad !I never have had a pizza margherita with garlic .Service ? Non existent . More than a pizza place ( I thought it would be like ) was more like a warehouse that was never decorated properly .Opposite the table where we sat there was a container ?!?!?!They do not take cash and I was not given a receipt .Why ?Will I go back there next time in Bristol ? Absolutely not ! Besides, I have already told my friends and contacts about that bad ,bad experience.Tops pizza (?) ,if you don't want my cash I will not be your customer .

Delivery driver didn’t give the right change and this was not rectified owed £4.00 plus was late

We got a 10" inch sized pizza for 7.99£ and that was really amazing in terms of taste. It was so creamy and soft😋

Driver couldn't find my house initially because he was looking at the wrong end of the road (which has a different name). He called me but I couldn't make out what he was saying. The pizza was Ok, but I asked for no fresh tomato on it. My request was ignored which spoiled the pizza for me.

I work all the way up to whitelaides road and i walk to this top pizza in the area . Clean and good price 10/10

Mediterranean Pizza had slid to one side of the box - Last time I had this pizza it had cubes of Feta cheese on it and was very tasty and juicy - this pizza dry and wasn’t very pleasant. I ordered a cheese lover pizza with pepperoni and sliced hot dog - there wasn’t any pepperoni. I used to love Tops Pizza but this order wasn’t very satisfying at all. Very disappointed!

Really good staff and amazing food

I ordered a dessert which upon receiving was completely different than what was pictured when I ordered (with no explanation or sign that it would be different from what would be received), I did not like it. I reported this, soon after, I was not compensated in any way whatsoever, nothing happened, I was just ignored it seemed and that was it. Would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

pizzas were ruined on arrival. driver has clearly dropped them. missing toppings that were requested too.

the driver arrived here and didn't knock on the door, he didn't make any attempt to deliver the pizza to me. He set the delivery clock and intended not to give me the pizza, but I went after him and got the pizza

Delivery 15 minutes late, food cold and struggled to see any food on my seafood pizza it was that bad even the dog turned his nose up at it!! And then the price - £19.50 odd for a 10" pizza absolute daylight robbery maybe could have overlooked the price if the food was decent what a shocking overall experience

Alwasy got great pizzas, Friendly staffs, I personally have delivered food from them and they've alwasy produced.

We were cross to start with as half the order was missing when looking into it we realised they must have been out & reduce the price of the sale. The food was so nice we bought a second 1. We will definitely stay with tops pizza compared to dominoes pizza hut & the big red pizza company this out weighs them all.

Did not like the pizza at all it was too hard and the chicken was not flavoured well have ordered before but wasn't like this did not like it at all

The Pizza was amazing. What ruined the whole experience was the delivery driver. I went out to meet him while i was taking an important phone call. The driver made a snotty comment about how I wasn`t answering my phone. I tried to explain that I was already taking a call but he continued to complain. Very rude individual!

Shocking service from these clowns. Accepted my order, took the cash just never turned up. Then closed - no one to contact. Avoid.

Delivery driver was so friendly and polite.

Pizza was delicious. Still hot. Packed with toppings and lots of cheese. I’m totally bloated after eating 4 slices of a large pizza. And so I have plenty for my lunch tomorrow :)

Way too early. I went online at 15;45 and ordered for delivery at 18:00. It turned up about 40 mins later - 90 minutes too early, I hadn't even finished work yet. Nobody was ready and it had to be re-heated when meal time came.

Ive ordered at least 3 times and gotten very fast delivery, very nice staff if any problems etc, and very tasty fresh pizza's. Their stuffed crust is also delicious and recommended :)

Terrible Delivery Service and They've Stolen Money Off Me. They could not find my address, despite delivering multiple times in the past. Their driver kept insisting he was outside, when he wasn't so I called up to cancel the order. The driver asked me to come and find him and said he was by a bus stop. I have no idea where he was. On the 5th attempt he found the address and my partner took the pizzas. He then phoned us and asked us to return the pizzas, as I'd cancelled the order. He took the pizzas off my partner. I then phoned their Bristol branch only to be told that we'd taken the pizzas and must have returned them to someone other than the driver. As we have not received any pizza they have effectively stolen £26 approx off me!

Really tasty pizzas nice amount of toppings my favourite pizza shop right now, also the cheesy potato skins with jalapenos were so nice will definitely order these again. Thankyou 5*

I ordered one pizza and was charged for two. I did phone the restaurant to explain and my one pizza came through but now I find I have still been charged for two. I wish to get a full refund and no doubt I will order again if this happens. I look forward to receiving my monies but if I don't I will never order from you again and go direct if need be. I am hoping you know who I am as I have previously ordered in the past. I have n issue with the food or delivery only the monies here.

the pizza is delicious. Lots of ingredients. Drivers always smiling and polite. On time delivery of fresh and hot pizza. This is my favorite. I highly recommend. 10 stars for me.

Order never turned up, manager called to say he was delivering food over 2 hours later. Same food turned up cold.. couldn't eat it! Straight in the bin. Awful place! Won't order from here again

Worst experience in UK. Very unethical and zero integrity. Ordered pizza for iftar in ramadhan on 26 April 2022. First ordered using credit card. They claimed it didn't go through and need to use cash to pay. They assured us that the transaction has been cancelled. We waited for 2 hours to get the pizza delivered after multiple phone calls and paid £20 for an £18 delivery including tips. Back in Malaysia, we found out that on top of the cash we paid during the pizza delivery, our credit card was charged for the full amount. What a scam, if it was done in full knowledge. As a halal place and in ramadhan during iftar, if you are a true muslim, you would know that what you did is very, very wrong. We leave it to Allah.

Thought the pizza would be larger than that and didn’t know it came with dips which I spent extra money on. Total order was £19 for a regular sized pizza :-(

Best point is the price, but there are not many options apart from pizzas. Pizzas are very well stuffed, even too much imo. Base can't hold so many ingredients and cheese, and I ended eating with a fork and knife.

Pizza had to much cheese and not enough other ingredients. It was hot though and delivered on time. Other ingredients were cut into such a tiny pieces all I could taste was cheese.
