Excellent fresh food. Generous portions, lots of beef brisket in the soup, spicy chicken rice was Smokey, some of the best chicken wings I’ve had, all delicious

The worst Chinese food I've ever had in the UK. The chef probably didn't have a sense of taste and put in a lot of salt.

We were planning to go to a restaurant around the corner but it was closed Sunday evenings so we popped in here for an eat-in on the off chance. It was very busy with students being freshers' week, so it took a while for the food to come but when it did, it was excellent. The portion size was generous and the ingredients were good quality. I'm surprised to see a review saying Kung Po was not spicy. That was not our experience, in fact it was so spicy that my wife couldn't finish it. I had Sichuan beef which was full of chopped fresh chillies, and the beef was nice, not fatty at all and very tender.

Nice spot for some Asian food, no complaints with the beef fo fun, nice authentic feel to it and not too pricey. Will be back

Poor service, overpriced food of questionable quality.

Ordered salt and pepper chips from here in the the evening, it cost £5. The wait was short and the portion size was as expected but the flavour was very disappointing, it wasn’t strong enough.

Do not use Uber Eats when ordering from this restaurant. This restaurant allows the delivery riders to pass their orders to their mates while they deliver through another delivery company like Deliveroo. The staff was unhelpful when my order was 2 hours late on Uber eats and refused to give me the number to call to complain against the driver. Terrible service! Will never go again!!! I recommend that all Chinese Foodies go to Chengdu Guoguoyan instead!

A really nice place to chill after a few drinks with good foods, the duck is crispy and flavourful and paired well with the white rice

The latest experience was a disaster- ordered and paid for soup but after 30 minutes gave up and left without requesting any refund- i tried to speak with them but they were too busy laughing and chatting amongst themselves in the kitchen. only two others in the restaurant- last time i am going there.

Really nice family run Chinese restaurant. Simple food but very tasty and just what you want for a takeaway or a quick sit in lunch

Ordered some food online from here. The bbq pork and corn soup. The bbq pork had nothing bbq with it. The sauce is literally sweet sauce and the pork was just fried.... nothing bbq. I would not recommend it.

Made an order for food ahead of time to be delivered a couple of hours later. They definitely just made it immediately and then microwaved it before delivery. It was mushy and the beef was inedible.

Holy moly! Walked into this restaurant mistaking it to be a similarly named chain. The clean open kitchen and calming atmosphere led us try our luck with the menu - and were absolutely blown away by each and every dish we tried!! Def recommend 11/10

Found a tiny metal string from what i think is from a kitchen scourer in my takeaway rice meal. Although, it might be rare, neverthless showcases carelessness and places doubt on the use of chemicals and disinfectants around the kitchen while preparing fresh food. Wouldn't risk buying here again, especially late night dinner .Luckily hadnt swallowed it, have posted images below

The food was incredible best Chinese food I have ever had. Food was all cooked fresh could tell will 100% be going back.

Really disappointing. The menu items suggest this place can do some Sichuan style dishes, but instead the food is bad 'English Cantonese' takeaway. The Kung Po is especially awful.. just sweet sticky packet tasting sauce with no real spice or flavour at all. Maybe OK for a dirty chao mein, but this is not Chinese food.

Best dishes are the pork tongue, spicy chicken and curry.

Best Chinese in bristol. Seems expensive, but the portions are massive. Get the beef brisket rice! Also best Chicken Balls I've ever had!

The food here! Omg. I've had chilli shredded beef and a chicken chow mein so far. I've also tried my friends roast pork in black bean sauce and the crispy duck. It's the best around the area by a country mile.

The food are very tasty and the staffs are very friendly. Is an open kitchen so you could be able to see how the chef cook. 甜酸炸蝦,椒鹽鮮尤,薑蔥蟹,蒜泥白肉 味道一流！

I have eaten here countless times and really love the branch. However today I was totally appalled when being served by the mostrude staff I've witnessed. The oriental man who served me ( was young with a small black moustash and long hair - no name badge) was speaking to another staff member when he served me and was swearing like a sailor. He also shouted at the other staff to stop cooking as he can't be bothered to serve anymore. Tables were messy even though there was staff sitting around, this was all at 4.30pm.

Probably the worst chinese ever!! £25 for duck and chicken wings they left out the shredded beef and rice and then argued and refused to give back my money. Thiefs!!!

Duck noodles were delicious! I wouldn’t recommend the salt and pepper ribs the portion was tiny and what meat was on the rib was disappointing.

The driver came and was very rude and threw my food on the ground. when I asked why, he showed a threatening behaviour. im a uni student as do we have security on campus and the security interfered and got rid of him. do not order from this place my food was out in the plastic bag because he threw it

Really tasty green thai chicken curry with equally delicious egg fried rice. Not greasy and fresh tasting

Disappointing. Ordered lemon chicken and it was dry and rubbery. My partner had called earlier to check an item on the menu, was given details but when it came to it was totally the wrong thing. The duck has little flavour and was all a bit MEH. Wouldn't recommend, won't be ordering again.

The chicken balls are amazing!!!

After seeing that the restaurant had received 4.1 stars on uber eats, I decided to order from Chopsticks. I ordered salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken wings. 2 hours after ordering, the status of the order was that it ‘may arrive soon’. I then called the restaurant numerous times, with the line constantly being busy. When I finally got hold of them by phone they updated me of the status of the order and it arrived around 20 minutes later. When it finally arrived around 3 hours after ordering, the order was wrong. I received 2 portions of salt and pepper chicken wings rather than 1x salt and pepper chicken wings and 1x salt and pepper chips. We did, however receive a bottle of milk tea in order to compensate for the late delivery and the quality of the chicken was quite good. It did not make up for the poor service though.

Food arrived quickly but the sweet and sour chicken was inedible; it tasted like unburnt fuel so I suspect it was held too close to a grill or flame. I tried to get in touch with the restaurant before the order arrived for a separate issue and they wouldn't pick up the phone so the customer service isn't great. The dumplings were pretty good though.

ordered food from here and it was delivered quickly, the delivery man was very cheerful and friendly! The food tasted very nice and had good flavours, I really liked the sweet and sour sauce. It came with 2 fortune cookies which I think was a lovely touch.

I kept walking past this place and didn’t really pay much attention. But tonight I went in, I always test a Chinese by asking for a chow mein (it’s the most easiest dish to ask for) I will 100% be using this Chinese from now on. I decided to eat in, I was asked to take a seat and could see the open kitchen, in 10 minutes my chicken chow mein came, on a plate, generous portions. smelt fresh, looked fresh and tasted fresh. Tiny bit of oil but it complimented the flavouring of everything. I will be back and will order online too! Glad to see a family business that actually is decent! Well done team.

I was surprisingly impressed with this place which seems to have opened recently. I got the lunch offer, and the food tasted much fresher and had better flavour than your average Chinese takeaway. Unfortunately was only visiting for the weekend as would go back otherwise.

One of the worse meals I have ever ever eaten! the chips were a weird grey colour and soaked in fat. felt physically sick eating them. The chow mein was dripping in grease and all sorts. Had a dodgy stomach all night/day following. Staff were sort of helpful but had no idea what they were doing and kept getting my order wrong. Gave me can of coke instead of a rio too. Go to Dragon Fountain around the corner, its a million times better.

Lovely food, very friendly staff and always spotlessly clean! I've been about 3 times since it opened and will definitely be going again in the near future!

Great food and good fast service. Very affordable too! The open kitchen looks very clean.
