best pizza in the area by far, and always very friendly and helpful

This place is my go to for when I have guests over. The pizzas are amazing, the sides are delicious, the food always arrives quickly and is still hot (even in winter) and if you use one of the deals it is a really cheap meal. ~£40 for four of us. £10 each. And we are stuffed! Highly recommended.

They are my usual spot. And u used to buy pizza from there for more than 2 years. I had ordered olinie for delivery today. The food came perfectly hot and the pizza was absolutelydelicious. My family was able to really enjoy the pizza . Definitely recommend this place for pizza anytime any were .

Pizza was lush didn’t hold back on the cheese, did ask for half the pizza to have mushroom on and the other none, but mushroom did invade the other half not a problem just an inconvenience, friendly staff place could do with some music or background noise. Still a very nice place to eat and is open till late :)

Taste so good my kids were fighting over last slice, 🤣🤣🤣🤣after buying 2 large pizza, Is so tasty so yummy . The treak is eat it while is still hot. Less tasty when you take it home and warm it up the taste is abit different.

I tried their pizza a month ago, and have been a regular customer since then. This is due to their staff being very friendly, on-time order readiness, and of course the pizza is tasty. So far I have tried their deep-pan all meats, americano and pepperoni. All of those are nice, but I like the americano and pepperoni. Sometimes they do offer extra sauces, that is a plus.

Pizzas arrived steaming hot and perfectly cooked. Easily the best American style pizza I’ve tried in Chelmsford so far. Would be nice if they offered some more authentic Italian style wood fired pizza as well.

Incredible food and, although I was called and told the garlic dip couldn't be delivered I was pleasantly surprised to see six dips when I only paid for one. that's the sort of hospitality. appreciated it very much. definitely would recommend.

Went to order a takeaway pizza at the place itself. The vegan pizza advertised looked plump and had lots of fake meat on it and looked delicious. I asked for that one. I saw them prepare my pizza and they put loads of vegetables on it, and it was thin, crisp and a bit burnt. I asked if they could remove the onions, as I hate onions, but they said it was too late as it had already been prepared and the onions were right at the bottom. I didn't enjoy the pizza tbh. Not only due to the onions, but also it was crisp, too thin, and a bit burnt.

Just picked up a pizza here, and it was awesome! The staff was super friendly and made the whole collection process easy. We got a half-and-half with chicken and paneer, and both sides were really tasty. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavors were on point. Definitely recommend Tops if you're looking for a great takeout pizza spot!

Super fast delivery, food is always tasty. Much better crust on these pizzas than most other pizza places I've tried, and on a good day like today, they made, cooked and delivered my pizza's in 30 minutes. I'll never go anywhere else for pizza again, its my regular.

I've been a Google reviewer a long time my first experience with these guys was so good but my second was shocking. Ordered a meat pizza with hardly any toppings at all and I rang them and didnt understand them and from what I can make out were very rude and laughing. I've seen every one else's review and I look like a moany old git but it wasn't a great experience

For takeaway pizza this is excellent. Much better than the other offers on Duke Street. Was nice to get an anchovy pizza instead of the usual stuff. The pizza was nicely cooked, and tasted great. Plenty of toppings and not greasy. Also ordered a side of ribs, they were tender and juicy with a very generous helping of BBQ sauce all over. Decent prices too. The shop was very clean. Will order again from here.

It was our first time trying Tops Pizza this evening and we were pleasantly surprised! We’ve been ordering from Domino’s for the past 6 years and decided to try Tops Pizza due to being let down by the quality from Domino’s recently. It’s safe to say we are now converted and will be ordering from Tops Pizza going forward!

This place is fantastic. You must try them. The family and I are pizza lovers and regularly order papa John's, domino's and Pizza Hut (we enjoy in that order) tried Tops Pizza a few months ago and was blow away by their Pizzas. Fresh, tasty, hot, great service and always spot on for delivery. My family never liked stuffed cust Pizza but when we tried it here, they will not have anything else. You must try this at least once and I guarantee you will not go back to the main chains. Might have to ask the delivery driver what his name is as he is a regular now at my door 😂 Hint, avoid the just eat and other apps and go straight to the website to order. No delivery charge and you build up points. Just had my second free medium Pizza 🍕 😍
