I’ve been ordering from them (through JustEat) for years and I was satisfied, but lately I believe they have changed some things…for the worse. The last three orders were marked as cancelled, and I get texts that the driver can’t find me…although he comes here and gives me the pizza. Most importantly though, today the pizza was disgusting..The tomato sauce destroyed it in particular. Thankfully, it was only in half the pizza (for whatever reason the cook thought it was appropriate), and I managed to eat half of it. I leave the rudeness of the delivery guy last, since I don’t care much about politeness, but maybe other potential customers do. In the end, after so many years of ordering from them, it’s about time I say goodbye and order from somewhere else.

Worst pizza ever! Don’t order from here and got ill from pizza.

So so so disappointed!! First and foremost ordered a Spicy Tops pizza. They’ve sent the wrong pizza there was no halal pepperoni on the pizza which it should have come With! I admit I opened the pizza straight away because Me and my Wife was hungry and had a slice until my wife realised wait there’s no pepperoni! So I had my slice but wife put hers down so we had one and half of a pizza slice. Also asked for chicken kickin bites and gave us some ball looking things with strips of bacon on it!!! We eat Halal only. I called and informed the owner and he said well you’ve had a slice? That’s so wrong and disgusting! Yes ofcourse I had a slice because I expected to have what I PAID FOR WHICH WAS A Spicy tops so how is that my fault you should be sending the right order. On top of that he basically accused me Of lying it’s a shame because once upon a time this place was amazing now with the new owners they are rude and do not care what there giving out. Guys this is unacceptable! Honestly dave your money and order Elsewhere the worst!

Pizza was late an hour and a half. One of them was squashed as if the box was dropped. Wasn’t hot at all

Worst experience ever. It took 1 hour and a half. We phoned them plenty of times and when the pizzas arrived they were cold and dry plus they were like tortillas and not like pizzas. If you have a restaurant or whatever that is you have to be professional and not unprofessional. It was really the worst experience ever.

Where should I start. The employees gave me an utterly and disgusting service when one of their employees was screaming down the phone on with my elderly mother. We received the food cold as the crust on the pizza was burnt which made the pizza hard and stale. I would never recommend to go to this disgusting place where they cannot treat the customers in any good manor as we are solely the reason they are in business

Pleasant surprise! We don't tend to rate highly late-night-opening takeaway pizza joints, but I was so happy when I saw it open when I drove past one night, that I have already been there twice in two weeks since then! The dough is on the greasy side, "pizza hut" style, but the toppings are tasty and generously spreaded. The pricing is fair and there are good promotions. I recommend.

I have ordered pizza from this place first time more than a week ago. The pizzas I've ordered were fresh and hot when they came. Although, the delivery man was a bit lost on the way to my house. Overall, I was very pleased with the food itself. I will order again. The application for ordering the food is very good. Just I would advise that delivery staff are better informed about addresses where they deliver.

There pizzas are the best in my opinion it was my first time coming here and it was amazing everything was fresh there lovely workers and the manager was so nice if you can you should go there

Ordered from Tops at 6:54 on 02/10/20 via Deliveroo, never delivered after 2.5 hours wait and had to Force a refund via Deliveroo as the shop lied about delivering it. Avoid

Save yourself the bother and use a reputable pizza delivery company like (it will probably even be cheaper). It is very overpriced for what it is. 1. The delivery takes over 1.5 hours to come 2. Their phone is regularly engaged 3. The fries were not properly cooked (although this is a common issue with pizza shops)

My friend ordered pizza, called 13 times to chase delivery, very rude; no customer service at all, still didn't receive delivery, would not refund; very awful company, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, A BUNCH OF CROOKS

Awful awful service omg!! Ordered from here had appalling customer service after being hung up on over and over again after tops pizza in Finchley getting my order completely wrong only thing they got right was the thin crust. I ordered a “special” customised pizza after repeating numerous times I got delivered a pepperoni and fresh tomato pizza! Which after trying to explain I cannot eat fresh tomatoes due to an allergy. They decided to listen after saying why am I calling back again when they wouldn’t listen to what the problem was and just wanted to get out of there bearing in mind it’s 2:30am and they said they were shut and there’s nothing that they could do when they shut at 3am... the man was very aggressive and rude. He said that he would give me a discount after explaining my allergies that’s a whole large pizza gone in the bin and a waste of my cash and time and have left a voice mail to head office as this is not acceptable! I would like a response as soon as possible.

I'm not just saying this but for budget it was delicious had the large meat feast, my side was BBQ wings and they were delicious also. Very friendly staff gave me a free drink aswell 👍😄

I went to tops pizza after I seen it is now under new management the new manager has done an amazing job I have been a couple of times since it's been under new management and the food tastes amazing it is so fresh and hot and I did not have to wait long at all for the food the customer service was excellent very polite I have recommended tops pizza to my friends and family

Boycott tops pizza! Terrible service and the manager hung up on us when we called in to complain about our pizza being over an hour late!

I far prefer Tops to Domino's etc - the pizzas arrived exactly on time, tasted great and the delivery chap was so nice and friendly (sometimes a rare treat in London).

So I ordered my food, came an hour later ( which is okay) but when it got here, they sent the wrong pizza (sent margarita), drink and forgot the dessert. I call them up straight away and ask for the correct pizza (chicken tops), drink and dessert to be sent as soon as possible. I hadn't touched the wrong food sent so I could give back to them when they came back. The worker assured me it would be here asap, within half an hour. It's now been over and hour since that call, and I have called the store 9 times and they are not picking up anymore. This is abysmal service, food quality and customer service. I would not reccomend coming here if all the shops in the uk had closed.

We ordered two pizzas sides and drink. The hams in the pizza were off and spoilt the whole pizza, had to chuck them in the bin. Called the restaurant to speak nobody picked up. Really unbelievable. Restaurant owner - we expect a bit of fairness

What you expect for the price. Good service
