On time. However the size of the crust was far too big for small and medium pizzas. Each slice before the crust was literally 2 bites…

If this was thin, i hate to think what thick was. I waded my way through this horribly thick base (even though i paid extra for thin) and funally threw it all in the bin. Total waste of money and false advertising.

Not what I ordered, the vegan pizza is tiny and I always order that size and I order onion rings and they gave me mozzarella sticks, vegan people don’t eat cheese

Pizza has no crisp to it at all. Completeletly soggy and inedible. Also charged me 10p for a bag which I did not ask for to put dips in that could have gone in the box! Very disappointed and unhappy.

Always fantasic everytime! Ive been using tops pizza for years and will continue to do so in the future! The Food is great everytime and im a regular! They always get it to me when they say and piping hot always, the drivers are very friendly too and deserve just as much credit as the food great food itself! Many thanks tops 👌

Pizza was overcooked and tough. It seemed like it was made a long time before it was delivered as it was cold when it arrived.

Couple of items missing off the order (drinks). I’ve clicked on the app and it says is given me sone kind of credit on my next order. I’m not from Cobham though so not much use to me. Pizza and side orders top quality and delivery guy managed to find the hotel easily which is more than can be said for me. 😂

Best pizza I've had for a long time

I would’ve given 5 star review but one of the drinks that I ordered and paid for wasn’t in the bag.

Food, as always very good. Restaurant customer service, excellent. Delivery time, well below usual standards. Should not be as late as it was.

The staff was friendly and I had my pizza in a blink of the eye, even more, it was also delicious. Well done.

My food did not show up, I waited till 1am i tried calling several times but no answer, when I called the shop the next day I was told it was my fault that the driver couldn't find my address (which was listed correctly) and that they would not issue a refund! Will not be ordering from these guys again

Food was rubbish… hardly any toppings but cheese, wedges weren’t cooked… and garlic bread well it was just bread that smelt of garlic… sauces were leaking…

I bought a Pizza for 13.99 2 medium size different flavor 1havaian and 1 peperoni. That was Feb 15 , 2023. Tonight at 23:40 calling to order same price that i bought before and the guy said we are mot offering that prive and he drop the call. Very rude staff that shift night February 15, 2023. That os my proof that i bought 2 medium size of pizza for 13.99. So confusing and rude staff. I always buy this shop all the time but not at all since this what happen.

Have ordered from Tops before but these - particularly the ‘meat feast’ - were awful. Soggy fat soaked floppy bases (they may have been thin but were never crispy) and with very little topping. Hardly a meat feast - a few meatballs and slices of pepperoni do not constitute a feast in my opinion. I never throw food away - this was an exception. The ‘meat feast’ had to go in the bin. Foul.

It was freezing cold and the pizza was soggy and not cooked 🤦‍♀️ won’t be ordering here again! Waste of money

I ordered my meal over an hour early for delivery at 6.30, at 6.45 I called the restaurant. I was firstly accused of screaming which simply was not true, I was informed my food had left 12 minutes before, so in fact already late when it left, because of the rudeness I was met with I asked to speak to the manager, he was too busy to come to the phone so I left my number and requested he call me, he so far hasn’t bothered. My food was not as piping hot and crispy as on previous occasions so I wonder how long it was ready before someone delivered it, all in all a totally disappointing experience and one I will not repeat.

The standard of Tops pizza is exceptionally high compared to other restaurants that are costly and advertise themselves as traditional Italian pizzerias. I really like their thin crust. This has been an upgrade. I think their next move should be having gluten free options. Love the offers and really like when their pizza is not overcooked. This time, we had perfect pizza. Yum yum! They are certainly value for money and really have improved their style over the years. From being a pizza place for munchies on the go to a high quality pizzeria which kicks a... to other pretentious brands (including pizza hut)

Piping hot, considering we are Walton on the Hill. Lively pizzas and sides. Delivery driver was friendly and apologetic as he had to ring to find us. We live in an awkward location!

Food was obviously prepared by topps immediately. By the time it arrved (1 and a half HOURS after ordering) it was stone cold and manky. Have used topps for YEARS and NEVER had such rubbish service. Very VERY disappointed.

Always a great service and delivery

It seems to be my last couple of orders of dippers and curly fries are not fresh but reheated. I’ve come to this conclusion as the last 3 orders the dips have arrived in the food boxes, hot, plastic shrunk and the sauce burst everywhere. Haven’t ordered in a while due to this but it happened again today!

Very good service and lovely food

I had been looking forward to my pizza for the whole day but when the pizza arrived mine was replaced with a double of another thing I had ordered. When I tried to call as ask for a replacement they just mumbled and said along the lines of ‘we’ll get you another one delivered…’ and now 3 hours later still have not received it.

The food came on time even five minutes early which was exceptional but the quality disappointed very much. The pizza was soggy and had no flavor, the nachos were dry and store brought.

Pizza was foul, very greasy and barely warm.
