Always wrong everytime we have ordered it has come absolutely wrong !! Pizza turns up cold every time. And there customer service is absolutely disgusting. The man on the phone was rowing with my partner when they sent the wrong order they wouldn't correct it when they should have!!

Inconsistent, tough overcooked pizza. Not fresh at all. Old ingredients & old out of date corn on the cob. And as a result most certainly over priced.

Very nice pizza but 3rd time very greasy and you just can not eat as make you sick as is so much grease normally love this pizza from that place but come on you should concentrate on each time and especially for regular client. Very disappointed today.

Ordered in store and the pizzas were prepared really quickly. Staff were good on the front desk and patient when the children were deciding. Very good service and good quality pizzas for a decent price!

We've now had two deliveries of extra thin crust double spicy beef pizza and got to say it's the best we've ever had. Lucky we have this in EG and hope locals continue to support it. Read current reviews rather then years ago as old reviews are not relevant now.

This has been our go-to pizza place for years even though we're 30 minutes away. Lovely fresh dough that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. With just the right amount of cheese and pizza sauce.

I spent £37 on 2 small Pizzas, chicken nuggets and BBQ chicken. We requested sauce,didn't get any. The chicken wings tasted disgusting, one pizza, just didn't taste right. 2 hours later, my daughter and I were so ill. The owner, refused any refund, and couldn't even return my call!!! Absolutely will not use again!

Best pizza joint this side of New York. It’s not Rome style, but US style. It’s very fast, very reasonably priced. You can customize your own pizza with no additional cost. Parking is limited, about four street parking spots but you can park on other streets and walk there. The guys are funny and friendly and the pizza taste great. Keep it up.

Was not impressed after spending £67 on food here while staying at Thorpe Park. Burnt, dry onion rings and jalapeño poppers. The curly fries were anaemic. Couldn't raise a request through Ubereats either, total waste of money.

Just been on the phone with a feeling of nostalgia. Was going to do a collection, but just had someone super short on the phone. Makes me worried what the food is going to be like ...

Ordered from village pizza many times over the last 5 years. Actually my favorite. They so a extra thin crust option, which makes the flavor better and less bloat. The sauce in the fridge is the best. Garlic I believe it is. Collections only £10 for the biggest which you can complain about. Fair priced

Quick and reasonably priced. Had a 12" pepperoni, took 15 mins to prepare and cost £8. A nice take away pizza, would definitely come again.

Not surprised of some of the really bad reviews about this place. Ordered a pizza and paid the restaurant over the phone and then was accused of being a thief by the driver who woke up my whole neighbourhood by shouting obscenities late at night. After a week I thought I’d try again (not sure why I gave them a second chance) for a collection order and was told my number had been black listed!!! This company is shambolic - don’t give them your money or business

Would not recommend this place . We live quite locally to this shop and we thought we would order a pizza . We ordered a large plain chicken pizza , large pepperoni mixed pepper pizza and a garlic and cheese pizza medium . Called through for delivery as we was self isolating and they had the cheek to charge £40 . We thought this was very bizarre as we ordered 2 large pizza a week before and it was only £23 delivered. Not sure how a medium garlic pizza would cost £17 . When we queried it they said okay £35 and then said angrily what do you want to pay ! I honestly can’t believe they dream up a price and just hope customers will pay . This was the last time we bothered with this shop as previous orders have been messed up before . Example ordering a chicken pizza and getting a Margarita. This pizza shop definitely needs to sort the staff and orders out . It’s becoming a joke !

Ordered a chicken pizza and received a pepperoni pizza an hour later than expected. Called them and said you have to wait another hour or more but it’s free. I’ve already paid Uber eats for the delivery. So I don’t get my refund from Uber eats as they have done their job. Village pizza says they have only one delivery driver and the pizza will be delivered when they can. Three hours later I’m in bed eaten and ready to sleep. I get a knock on the door with a delivery and it’s cold pizza. Totally disappointed

Great pizzas, lots of choice, cheaper than the market leaders and they deliver locally.

I have ordered Double pepperoni and stuffed crust pizzas I relied on reviews, but unfortunately not satisfied at all. Do not get trapped by unnecessary reviews for it. It could be bought from a local IT guy in Staines. Sadly speaking double pepperoni is less than a single pepperoni and stuffed crust was very badly done. If you order please be aware as they do not offer any replacements but £1.50 refund to compensate the evening.

Last night I was creeped on by three guys (customers) in Villiage Pizza who wrote down my postcode and generally harassed me. The guys in Villiage Pizza had my back and actually ended up kicking the guy out and refunding his pizza asking him to never come back. As a result I'd like to publicly say thank you. I was ready to just brush this off but they really had my back ❤

Best damn pizza I’ve ever had. I used to come here every Tuesday and Thursday when I would do stage rehearsals up the road, and I always found myself wanting to come back and get more. It’s a fantastic place with really great service and a delicious meal to top it off

Seems like the pizza changed as it used to be a thicker crust but the thinner crust is nice. The collection deals are pretty decent and beats ordering Papa Johns and Domino's.

It has been 23 years since I have been home to Gubbio in Italy. It is a sad fact that as time inevitably progresses, memories fade in the same fashion. I was losing touch with the sights, smells, tastes and essence of my home, my heart. As I trudged out of the Armstrong Gun (another great establishment), after drowning my sorrows over my waning cultural identity, I stumbled upon The Village Pizza. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and thought nothing much of it. Then came the taste test. As that first cheesy, tomatoey bite hit my mouth I felt like a plant being rehydrated. I could feel... ME returning. "Mama Mia!" I exclaimed! My body was quivering with the jubilation of finding my home. I was Marty from Madagascar 1! I remembered where I belonged. That night I took the 441 bus to Heathrow Airport and bought a ticket for the next plane back to my home town. It was all thanks to this pizza I reconnected with who I am. I found myself at The Village Pizza, and I am eternally grateful!

For over 6 months now The Village Pizza has sent us amazing food after more amazing food. Never anything other than 5 star, everything on the menu is good. Fast service, very friendly. Oh and the prices are great as well. Would recommend checking out the other things on the menu, salad, sides, it's all good.

Very tasty pizza and good prices for collection, but I won't suggest to order online because the staff will be a bit rude and extra charge you for everything. Call and they give you free sauces. Garlic one's good!
