As the last order I had from. them I left a message that I'm allergic to cheese and not to put in my Calzone and again came with it on. As it was after midnight no point calling them again. Can you please start looking at messages as over half my order went in bin. what a waste.

My order was late I ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks at half 19:30 and it did not turn up until 21:46 I tried to ask for some money back from my order but I’ve just been ignored, every time I phoned the shop I was told it’s just left the shop then said it’s still in the shop then told me it had left and nothing has still been resolved about it and I’m not happy at all

If you're gonna get a take away, don't order it from here. There donner meat is very thick, thin and tastes and smells disgusting, they put no effort into the food, and you'll maybe get a good quality order and a Pizza that isn't tasteless once in a blue moon if the staff care enough. It's not uncommon to find hairs in the food either. Good service should never be a gamble. The only positive I can say is the chips, they are usually pretty good. Other than that, this store has gone downhill considerably the last 2 years and is no longer worth the time or money.

Pizza tastes very perfumey. They have a sign in the window saying best pizza in the city lol it was gross. Also over priced. One to avoid.

didn't get cans that was ordered and didn't get any sauce on meal even payed for it, normally even thing is spot on

late on delivery just getting worse happening more and more if there busy don't take orders and say its delivered on the app within your time to make you look good

30 mins waiting to collect after notification

I put an order in at 6:30pm and I’m was still sat waiting at 8:30pm, said it was on its way at 7:30pm, requested where it was at 8pm was told it would be with me at 8:10pm, still nothing at 8:15 pm, requested money back and was refused as the restaurant has been busy, rang and they said it hasn’t left yet it will be leaving in 10 minutes but they have given me an extra drink. Asked if it’s been freshly made not just sat there, they said yes it’s all been fresh made,

took an hour and 45 mins from ordering to arrive chips was anemic. they must have been dipped in the fryer and taken out no spice. the pizza dough wasnt fully cooked felt doughy no crisp too it. overall very disappointed and for a weekly treat this was such a waste. it'll be a while before returning. hope you sort it out. We'd have preferred to wait a further 10 minutes then have undercooked food. the free Garlic bread was the most edible part.

Took over 2 hours!! Even though I had a notification saying my order was on the way I called 40 mins after and the very rude lady said she had paused the machine and that’s why it said it was on the way laughable really!?!? She has terrible customer service skills and should be sacked the way she speaks to customers

Love this place, food top quality and staff always friendly and polite.

Pizza was great, cheeseburger well grilled, not soggy and greasy, cheesy chips looked great but were inedible since the request of no chip spice was ignored. Would recommend, except to anyone with allergy concerns. Have had same issue ordering from here by phone, f2f in shop, and online via JE.

I ordered at 7.30ish, delivery time said would be an 45- hour do I ordered, after placing order it jumped to an hour to an hour and half delivery time which wasn't good when hungry, that it why I marked it late as took an hour and half to come. Also asked for less chip spice on the chips, still came loaded with the stuff and chips where scrappy and cold, disappointing tonight

We asked for a bbq chicken pizza with doner meat and specially asked for bbq base, it came with tomato base, no chicken and no doner meat. Secondly the order was expected at 7.30-7.50 and didn’t come till at least 8.20. We rang regarding the order an they said they won’t send extra drinks. Not only have they not sent the drinks they also missed things of the order. The thing missed of the order was a kids pizza so now our child is up past 8.30 with no tea. Food tasty, would use again. Forgot the tomato garlic bread which was annoying but just eat have credited my account. Asked for salad separately for a chicken wrap however came on it. Not the warmest but definitely not cold, didn't realise they were in HU6 when ordering which may be a factor, I'm HU8.

Everything was hot and tasty 45 minutes early got a free garlic bread that was lovely and fluffy could have a bit more garlic but everything was delicious

The food was really nice, however I spent over £13 for the free garlic bread but because i used a pizza offer - they deemed me invalid to use the free garlic bread (which isn’t stated anywhere on the JustEat menu) - The driver was actually on time and within expected, however he didn’t have the correct amount of change to give, and then when questioned upon they said they would bring the extra change (that the driver didn’t have) but never did!

Ordered donner calzone was worse one ive had from here ive ordered here years but it was absolutely disgusting so i left i review on just eat because i paid over 30 quid n didnt even eat it ,then to be told i didnt order it on my reply was pure rude i know wat i ordered and wouldn't complain for no reason when like i said ive ordered here years and every weekend ,but wont be ordering again for been rude and telling that i didnt even order sumut when i did.

We expected the free pizza with our food after spending £16.50 but got garlic bread, and we are intolerant to garlic and onion so wasted as cannot eat . The chicken had too much salt and too much pepper on it.

I ordered Top Taste as I am a regular customer, ordering Cheese + Chips most times. However upon receiving my so called "Scrumptious Food" I noticed the fries were not fries, instead they were peel looking skimps of Potato. Shocked and confused, I wondered what had happened to the original tasty and unforgettable fries given by Top Taste. Where had they gone? Would they return? I hope they do. I was left disappointed to say the least, this meal wont be forgotten.

Changed the chips to skinny chips instead of chunky chips.

Chips were cold when they arrived and they have been changed since we orders last time the quantity was very poor
