Had to finish off cooking the chips at home in the air fryer as they were floppy and crunchy raw. Very greasy meat. Won’t be ordering again, which is a shame as it’s our local.

Delivered on time. Delivery driver very polite. Food was nothing spectacular, but compared well with other pizza takeaways in the area. Food was hot and well cooked. No complaints and would use again.

I’m sad to say if you are looking for Gelato then don’t visit this place. We visited at opening time, we gave it the benefit of doubt but the “Gelato” surface was stale and un paddled. When we started eating it became clear it was packet and grainy as hell, my wife’s wasn’t quite as bad but I put mine in the bin (normally would make me cry). You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover but in this case it’s correct. Packet flavouring. A pleasant man serving. It’s not Gelato!!

never again will I order from here plain rude I rang as a tub of garlic was missing I then get sent the garlic an hour later when we had already eaten our food with a note stating 'this time we have give you the tub of garlic next time its 90p' when it's clear as day at the top of my order receipt and paid for! they won't be a next time absolutely fuming.

The pizza I ordered didn’t even come correctly I ordered a Kiev pizza and I just got given a ham a mushroom. Disappointed because I never usually have a problem from you lot. Was no garlic or anything but ham on the pizza. Just completely was not anything I ordered considering I spent just over £10 on a pizza i should be getting my order correctly

My order was late I ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks at half 19:30 and it did not turn up until 21:46 I tried to ask for some money back from my order but I’ve just been ignored, every time I phoned the shop I was told it’s just left the shop then said it’s still in the shop then told me it had left and nothing has still been resolved about it and I’m not happy at all

If you're gonna get a take away, don't order it from here. There donner meat is very thick, thin and tastes and smells disgusting, they put no effort into the food, and you'll maybe get a good quality order and a Pizza that isn't tasteless once in a blue moon if the staff care enough. It's not uncommon to find hairs in the food either. Good service should never be a gamble. The only positive I can say is the chips, they are usually pretty good. Other than that, this store has gone downhill considerably the last 2 years and is no longer worth the time or money.

Pizza tastes very perfumey. They have a sign in the window saying best pizza in the city lol it was gross. Also over priced. One to avoid.

late on delivery just getting worse happening more and more if there busy don't take orders and say its delivered on the app within your time to make you look good

didn't get cans that was ordered and didn't get any sauce on meal even payed for it, normally even thing is spot on

took an hour and 45 mins from ordering to arrive chips was anemic. they must have been dipped in the fryer and taken out no spice. the pizza dough wasnt fully cooked felt doughy no crisp too it. overall very disappointed and for a weekly treat this was such a waste. it'll be a while before returning. hope you sort it out. We'd have preferred to wait a further 10 minutes then have undercooked food. the free Garlic bread was the most edible part.

I put an order in at 6:30pm and I’m was still sat waiting at 8:30pm, said it was on its way at 7:30pm, requested where it was at 8pm was told it would be with me at 8:10pm, still nothing at 8:15 pm, requested money back and was refused as the restaurant has been busy, rang and they said it hasn’t left yet it will be leaving in 10 minutes but they have given me an extra drink. Asked if it’s been freshly made not just sat there, they said yes it’s all been fresh made,

Took over 2 hours!! Even though I had a notification saying my order was on the way I called 40 mins after and the very rude lady said she had paused the machine and that’s why it said it was on the way laughable really!?!? She has terrible customer service skills and should be sacked the way she speaks to customers

Love this place, food top quality and staff always friendly and polite.

Pizza was great, cheeseburger well grilled, not soggy and greasy, cheesy chips looked great but were inedible since the request of no chip spice was ignored. Would recommend, except to anyone with allergy concerns. Have had same issue ordering from here by phone, f2f in shop, and online via JE.

I ordered at 7.30ish, delivery time said would be an 45- hour do I ordered, after placing order it jumped to an hour to an hour and half delivery time which wasn't good when hungry, that it why I marked it late as took an hour and half to come. Also asked for less chip spice on the chips, still came loaded with the stuff and chips where scrappy and cold, disappointing tonight
