Phone at 22:23 which has least an hour I live 2 Streets up 50 doors That wouldn't take more than an hour to make and deliver a waited an hour and then the shop was closed when I phone back to see where's my order I finished work had no food or anything in my and dis get answer bCk they where closed don't go there

Disgusted 4 bits of chicken! Was told by staff on fone it’s expensive now and that’s the way it’s going they are struggling! No more pathetic excuses

So the food was lovely can't take that away from them. Service on the other hand was diabolical we ordered 25 pounds worth of food we had pop pizza and dips missing the wrap was I correct so rang shop to get it sorted and I got what do you want me to do about it I'm not very happy to say the least I think they need to sort out their attitude as they're gonna lose a lot of business

I have been here several times after a recommendation from a friend and have found it to be good quality and reasonably priced I like the mixed grill for a out £11.50 I think it is and an extra 50p to get cheese on the garlic bread and also a free 10inch pizza lovely food and good service and well priced yum yum what's not to like

Ordered in at approx 7:30pm. Told 45minutes for a meal deal with delivery around the corner, would have collected but my daughter is asleep. Called up at 8:45pm to ask, is there an issue, I was told, it has just left the shop. I rang again at 9:10pm to cancel my order. Very apologetic they were, but they claim, there is nothing on the computer for my order, and offers to make my order asap. To be told at 8:45 it's on its way, when they didn't even have the order i called through is ridiculous.

In the past toptaste has been great, but tonight 25\10\2018, I ordered over the phone a meal deal 1, at 7:30. 8:45 i rang back to see if there was an issue. The lady was apologetic, and I was told it is on its way. I call back at 9:10 not happy, and I want to cancel, I was then told, there is no order in the computer, so thank you for lying at 8:45 when I have my address. Again there was an apology, and it was offered for my order to be done asap. But after waiting 1hr and 40 mins, to be told there is no order, is very disappointing.

Grease grease and more grease. Was absolutely dripping with it. Not appetising at all. Would not recommend.

The pizza was nice. I wouldn’t order cheesy chips again as too soft and mushy. The lady on the phone was a bit snappy

Ordered food and was absolutely vile the chicken was all bone and the pizza was not cooked was all soggy un cooked dough worst ever waste of money and when rang back never got answer food was tossed in bin gone right back

1st time ordering from here will be the last, for my wrap I asked for No cheese they covered it with cheese my burger meal I asked for salad they given me no salad filled it with stale chips instead, also asked for no cheese on my burger yes they gived me loads of cheese again, also ordered diet coke they give full fat coke 🤢all went in the bin, I ordered a cheese cake and chocolate I got two chocolate, and you probably only eat the cake if your on the munchies, 🤣so all in all I wouldn't recommend

We’ve used top taste for about 2 year now , tryed other places but always come back here. Beautiful pizzas and kebabs with fresh salad and dips , ladies who answer the phone always helpful as well as delivery drivers , deffo recommend.

Cold, no explanation and couldn't get in touch with restaurant to resolve. If your too busy reject my order and I'll go elsewhere. Just do show up 30 mins late with stone cold food.

Ordered a chicken wrap which was barely warm. The chips had sweated inside the box and so when i opened the lid they were dripping in water/condensation. My son had pepperoni pizza and had asked for extra topping of barbeque sauce.....this had literally been just squirted all over the top of the pizza and was charged 70p for it. Disappointed as the food was not hot even though it came early and we live 5 mins away. For £15 i would like to have enjoyed it. Have to say ive had food from here in the past and its been really nice but one bad order can put you off.

I was meant to press delivery. when it said I had to collect the man on phone said that’s impossible and took payment from my card and barred me from the shop. I’ve been a loyal customer for four years. disgraceful really

I’m a regular at Top Taste, but have to leave a review after receiving my order within 20 minutes, and the food was absolutely outstanding!! My children shared the mixed kebab box (their favourite), and there’s honestly so much food that even between 3 of them there’s always some left. . always amazing quality meat, lovely pizza, and the potato wedges are fab. we’ve tried boxes elsewhere on occasion, and nowhere compares to top taste. wont go anywhere else now!

Food was freezing as well as late, donner wrap should of been called a donnerless wrap due to lack of meat and grilled chicken kebab was greasy. Avoid if you want warm, on time food.

The chicken nuggets were amazing, but the rest was a little bit disappointing. The Speed of delivery whilst good, was significantly earlier than advertised.

pizza was too greasy, the pizza base was full of grease and the meatballs tasted off.

delivery is always on time or early, food is always perfect and hot, my ‘go to’ pizza shop! FAB

Ordered 2 donner wraps. Prior to ordering i phoned to see if chips were included in the wrap as it wasnt listed on the website. Which apparently they were. I ordered them among other things. After collecting my order i realised both wraps contained no chips. Attitude of the woman on the desk wasnt good either.

Chips were cold. No chilli sauce Garlic bread was rock hard. Salad was a no No! Tasted vinegary Chicken was hot and ok Definitely gone down in last year

Orders at 6 and was told delivery 7.20, food arrived early, a pot of chilli sauce was missing which wasn’t really a big deal. Food was ok, chicken Kiev pizza was really greasy however the partner said the tandoori kebab was lovely. Don’t think I would order again though

Chicken tikka pizza used to be very delicious. Whenever I think of pizza, I think of your chicken tikka hotshot. But recently last two times, chicken was just coated with turmeric and cooked. No taste like before. U must see this. Very much disappointing.

Today I ordered thin pizzas as we dislike deep pan. I got deep pan (ate the topping & left the bread) and my Chips and Garlic didnt arrive with the order and have just been delivered at 22.24pm as I write this. (Wasted as no one wants them). I rarely order takeaway these days but when I next do its time for change. Sorry Guys.
