Had an absolutely tremendous dinner with friends. It's as good as any of the high end Nottingham restaurants but had a really nice personal touch. Can't recommend highly enough.

La comida y el vino eran increíbles. Teníamos un menú libanés. ¡La esposa y yo no podemos dejar de hablar de lo bueno que fue! ! ¡No puedo esperar para volver!

Fuimos aquí anoche para celebrar nuestro aniversario y estamos muy contentos de haber elegido aquí. Cuando llegamos nos sorprendió que fuera una mesa grande para todos, sin embargo, no se desanime, porque esto es parte de lo que hace que este lugar sea tan diferente y se agregue a la noche. Dan, el chef, explicó con pasión lo que íbamos a comer y todos los platos. Luego, simplemente siéntate y mira cómo entran en acción. Puede levantarse de su asiento y pasar a ver cómo se preparan o cocinan las cosas, y puede hacer cualquier pregunta. Te encontraste hablando con extraños sentados a tu lado, y todos expresando lo delicioso que era cada plato. La comida era divina, pero nuestro favorito era el entrante shin ternera. Estaba tan sabroso y la carne se derritió en la boca. Creo que este lugar pronto terminará con una estrella Michelin en este tipo de estándar. Fue nuestra primera visita, pero ciertamente no será la última. Gracias a todos por una noche fabulosa.

Reservamos para la noche "Meet the chef" sin saber realmente qué esperar y tuvimos una noche fantástica. Nos ofrecieron bebidas a la llegada y nos dieron la oportunidad de echar un vistazo a la cocina, que está al lado del hermoso comedor. La mesa tiene capacidad para 20 personas, mientras que las personas se sientan y charlan con otros grupos para hacer una verdadera experiencia compartida. Dan explicó el menú y mis platos vegetarianos que se habían creado cuidadosamente en lugar de como una idea de último momento como en muchos restaurantes. Podrías hacer preguntas ya que los platos fueron enchapados y podrías unirte si lo deseas. Se recomendaron bebidas para acompañar los platos y los 5 platos eran deliciosos, presentados de manera hermosa y elaborados con productos locales o forrajeros. Disfrutamos muchísimo, pensamos que era de gran valor y reservamos para el "Mejor de los británicos" en unas pocas semanas. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar para uno de sus eventos.

TopFloorDevelopment combina un excelente ambiente con una comida fantástica en un ambiente que crea una gran ocasión social. ¿Dónde más puedes aprender sobre cocina, comer buena comida, beber buen vino y hacer nuevos amigos al mismo tiempo? I booked the space exclusively for my partners’ 35th birthday. In total there were 16 of us. We sampled a 5 course menu (predominantly meat version) although Eva was really accommodating in checking dishes for our vegetarian diners, including the wines! We took the advice from the team and organised meeting half an hour before being seated which worked perfectly and gave guests flexibility on exact arrival times. The welcome drink included in the price of the meal was a delicious aperitif! Once we’d taken our seats Leroy gave us an introduction to the company, menu and invited us to don an apron and oversee the preparation if we liked or just sit back and enjoy! The courses were all beautifully presented on different plates which added another visual element. Our starters were pheasant Kiev with a cauliflower purée - this was so light and fluffy and not overpowering in flavour whilst the salmon was fresh and provided contrast to the first course - but both were equally as tasty! The beef was cooked two ways; fillet and cheek. With the cheek being slowly prepared for hours it was oozing with a rich and deep flavour, it was a split decion on which everyone preferred as both were divine. This was followed with a take on a Waldorf salad with choice elements to balance the creaminess of the cheese. The portion sizes were perfect in that there was just enough room to enjoy the rich chocolate dessert without being overly full. Our waiter was perfectly attentive and both chefs a pleasure to watch as they worked harmoniously to create our menu before our very eyes. A great selection of wines to order by the glass or bottle to suit a range of tastes and budgets. All in all, a wonderful experience to share with friends, I can’t recommend highly enough. Been going to Tracey’s for a little while now after I was looking for a traditional cafe in Nottingham and I must say, I’m impressed. The food here comes out in good time and is all made fresh, it is by no means anything fancy but it’s a wholesome environment that does a great breakfast. I will be back.
