Got my order wrong dident get what I wanted and over priced me and called them back and they dident do nth about it

Delivery order, 7 pieces of chicken on a kebab. Shocking, is there a shortage?

Staff are rude ,served a overpriced Donna and chicken mix kebab for 9.50 which kept me up all night as the chicken wasn’t cooked properly and pieces were undercooked so now I have food poisoning,Donna meat is undercooked and like rubber ,never ever go here go to gowara instead and see Karlos the man who was here before it all went to pieces

Overcharged, as I order 2 mix at 9.50 and charged 11.00. I didn't speak out, but was disappointed, as the meat was over cooked. I wouldn't advise ordering from here.

Orderd lamb curry .. and got house manure absolutely disgusting.. do not even bother with this place I live locally and every time ther food is below standard.. I will never use this takeaway ever again DO NOT USE

Great food, my partner and i order from here regularly and never been disappointed. The pizzas are the best, my partner loves the chickn tika madras curry Milkshakes/deserts brilliant!

I ordered a large chicken tikka donner, but it turned out to be the size of a small one. The donner tasted like rubber, lacked flavor, and some of the chicken tikka pieces were overly hard. Even the nan wasn't up to par with what I expected. Despite asking for salad, they only included cabbage. Avoid purchasing from here if you value your money! It's a complete rip-off and a disappointment. I'm genuinely surprised they're still in business!

Ordered a regular chicken tikka kebab with salad, cheese. Very disappointed with amount I got and the quality of the chicken it was hard and chewy.

Donna kebab it taste so nice with the salad, garlic mayo solvent, give me one star but give me the give me like a tiny bit of salad. I am not happy with my sister Eat and he’s not not happy.

Just being in to the shop I've used this place for 6 years won't go any where else the service was rude and disrespectful I tried to make conversation with no success this place has slowly gone downhill think it's time to find a new place to eat

Love the food here I always have chicken tikka kebab and the taste is amazing. Popped in to pick one up tonight and was surprised to see a lot less salad on it than usual. I'm also hoping that the staff might be friendly one day they never even say hello. We miss the man that used to be there he was so friendly and chatty

Nice friendly staff are really good quality food. Will definitely be ordering from there the next time I'm in Derby.

We ordered a large mixed kebab and chips tonight. Had to call to find out where it had got to after an hour and a few mins later, it finally arrived. It was cold, the chips limp and undercooked. The kebab was small, only had 3 pieces of tough and grisly lamb shish, the naan was undercooked and fell apart and the salad looked decidedly peaky. I called them again to tell them it was cold and much smaller than we'd had in the past. Their response wasn't very apologetic, no offer to replace it, just said they'd do better next time. All in all, a bad experience. Come back Saddlers, all is forgiven.

Kebab is dry and cold. Why every time you ask for certain things on your food you never get obvious that you don't listen. Pizza well same cold and dry and burnt. Last time I use this place food is no good

Avoid! Scam place. Took my order and money and claimed it was on the way but it never arrived and they never answered my calls. Don’t risk it. Avoid.

The hot meatpori was very lacking in meat and looked burnt.

went in to make a complaint about a delivery and the state of my pizza and got laughed at.

Terrible food, rang to point this out and all I got was abuse, would not recommend.

Food arrived late and subsequently was very cold. Was promised a refund on the night but 4 days later still not received the refund. On calling to rectify and give them the benefit of doubt was met with rude arrogance and refused to refund. Avoid these robbing cheapskates.

Food always amazing. All kebabs arrive in a fresh nan and the food is always hot and freshly made. Very tasty and very consistent.

Ordered shish kebab they just warmed up the meat instead of cooking it while you wait. As a result I got tough quite tastless lamb. At £8.50 It is disappointing.

I ordered desserts from this place for the first time and i decided it would be my last time ever. I ordered a ferrero rocher milkshake which had nothing but milk cream and choc powder in it. The milk was off i had to throw it away after 2 sips as i was heaving from it. The ice cream i ordered had no flavour to it and my fudge cake was dry.

Ordered a shish donner mix only 5 pieces of shish, asked for sauce and salad hardly any on it. Was also cold when it arrived definitely not worth the 7 quid I paid for it usually always order from here but has gone downhill lately will not be ordering again.

Tasty and really reasonably priced food (especially when you use their own website with the 15% off discount), and both collection and delivery are always quick as well. I would recommend you try here.

DESPITE WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS THIS IS NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY! I am coeliac and followed all the instructions online and I was up all night being sick! Do not order!

Had a pizza delivered recently which was like a sponge saturated in greese. It was undercooked. I'm not a fussy person, especially when it comes to pizza, but it was seriously gross

It use to be a must on the way home from the pub years ago but no longer the food quality varies on daily basis. Come on sort it out after all its the only Kebab open late on the Allestree side of town and near the uni !!!

Ordered a kebab for our daugter to be sent the wrong one . We rang top chef and was told they would be sending another one out . Waited an hour for this other kebab but near came . They got the order wrong as they can't be bothered to read the order when you order online . Wouldn't off been bothered if it was for myself. But when it's for my daughter who been waiting .In the end I gave up . Waste off time and money .

Proper nice place to buy curries. I have tried different takeaways n they always seem to keep the notch up. I believe in my prospective that it's better than take aways like Punjabi spice. The reason I say this is because the curry from Punjabi spice is done lazely n hence it ain't taste n perhaps u wouldn't bother to order back.

Lamb shish? You got it. Doner kebab? You got it. Kebab pizza? You got it (although you shouldn't get it.) Top chef is my go to takeaway for kebabs. Lovely fresh naan, good quality lamb shish and chicken tikka (no gristle). Delicious.

My partner and I love this place. Even though we now live half an hour away we still get our kebabs from here. Whenever I ring up to order, the man who answers the phone is officially the nicest person ever! He is so polite, unlike most (for instance charcoal grill in Derby, avoid at all costs). Love Top Chef!!!! Thankyou.

It's very bad company they bring wrong order.And they shouting on the phone that is not respect no good customer services than never give order after this time even they're not TOP CHEF 👎

Ordered lamb pasanda and recieved a random spicy chicken curry

Can't go wrong. They've delivered and I've also collected. Prices are good, pizzas, esp the bbq chicken are great. Parking not the easiest. Definitely worth every penny and will be back for more.

Excellent, the guy is really friendly and the food is brilliant!

I found top chef great value for money as they don't scrimp on portions but the quality of the food is really good. The chicken is one to recommend and the pizza. I will certainly try more off the menus soon. Real good.

Absolutely fantastic service. My better half and I are regulars there. The staff are friendly and prompt. However I do have a special mention for the one dedicated member of staff who works tirelessly there: Carlos. His passion and enthusiasm is something I see 100% of the time, everytime. His demeanor is very approachable/welcoming and whatever your taste, he never fails to consider what you like. He is someone that anyone and everyone would have the pleasure of knowing. Great food, chirpy atmosphere and also reasonably priced. Sunil Vasquez

Very poor. I ordered a pizza which was actually decent although the burger, chips and chicken were not nice at all. All very plain no flavouring. Would only recommend their pizzas

Ordered a large Donner shish kebab and collected it as I live locally, got told it would be ready straight away and waited 30 minutes once I arrived, once I got my kebab home it was only shish meat (no Donner) I phoned up and spoke to the manager and all he said was, oh right sound mate busy bye! No bring it back or I'll see you right next time! very rude. I have recommended at least 15 people to top chef (Derby)I shall recommend they take there business elsewhere and I will make sure my neighbours know of my experience! I can't see this ignorant take away lasting if thats how they treat there loyal customers! Shame really as there food is nice when correct.

This is our local take away, although the food is nice, they portions are tiny, I ordered a large donner kebab on a few occasions and they are sooo tiny they wouldn't even full kids up and a few issues with orders being wrong too, think I will go some where else in future
