I FOUND SOMEONES NUT HAIRS IN MY EGG FRIED RICE AND IT ARIVED FREEZING #NOTSIGMA

firstly the food. the food is ok when its not covered in tons of extremely hot chillis! chow mein is very good rice is good. ribs good... now the service! extremely rude woman (think shes owner) very short on the phone if SHE messes up the order which she often does she blames the customer never an appology, just very rude and argumentative! so many times our order has been wrong, but its close and convenient. never again! everything coverd in chilli's (we like heat but this is ridiculous) missing order but that was our fault some how?

My friend and me went for a take away, it was not recommended by anyone but it seem to be the only place open on a Tuesday night. The service was extremely rude but the food was equally bad, the worse, we ended up vomiting and having diahrroea all night, headache...clearly symptons of a bad food poisoning!! Definately, we will never go back!!!

Living in Skegness at the moment, had a takeaway, everything was excellent the food, taste size of the portions and value for money. Will be back again

Without doubt, the takeaway in the area by far. The food was amazing and I will be ordering again. The best food I’ve had from a takeaway, friendly staff and delivered on time, all dishes hot and I highly recommend you give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

In the past we have recommended and phoned this take away to say how good thier food was. Not now, we have just had the worst Chinese food for a long time and will not be using here again. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely delicious, friendly efficient customer service, great portion size, excellent value for money. By far the best Chinese food I've had in this area. Glad I don't live closer, I'd be here every night! Highly recommended.

Best Chinese by far great food never disappoints

Just had a takeaway meal, chicken satay drenched with salt, rice brown and greasy definitely not egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken freshly cooked and lovely, quality of food has definetley deteriorated, not the first bad experience but loved the Malaysian satay so kept going back in the hope it would improve, wont bother any more 😔

Ordered King prawn Chow mein and i found 4 prawns inside - is it thats how much needs to be in it? 🫠🫠🫠

Very disappointed with the takeaway from here. Ordered crispy duck, but sadly there was nothing crispy about it. Just a minced up mess of skin and fatty meat. Not at all impressed. Top Chef has clearly lost its 'Top'.

Food was hot on collection and delicious. I was also impressed the was the option of a vegetarian set menu as most chinese takaways dont do this. We wanted delivery but there was a 1 hour wait so we picked it up for a 20min time instead. Shop is a little tired with a broken fish tank and cracked tiles but enjoyed the food once we got it home 😊

Ordered sweet and sour prawn balls and bit into one and it was manky, put me off my food. I called the shop the next evening and they didn’t care, wasn’t bothered and suggested that I should had contacted them last night. Empty apology and told that she would speak to chef.

Never ever write reviews but felt like this place deserved it. First time ordering from here last night it was a late order half 9 food arrived within 25 mins and was piping hot, everything tasted great, portion sizes were good, satay sauce was AMAZING! Fortune house is our usual go to but we’ve just found our new favourite! Well done top chef 👩‍🍳

I've been a Top Chef customer for 10 years. Had the odd meal that was below par. Occasionally had a long wait. Now and again didn't get exactly what I ordered. But they are still BY FAR the best Chinese in King's Lynn, and I've tried them all. None of the others come close for quality Chinese food.

First order is absolutely awesome, quick delivery and the meat is newly cooked and tasty! But the second time i order, (it was 10 to 5pm) good conversation over the phone and says 30-45mins but arrived 6pm. Quite happy bout the delivery TBH, it's just the meat (chiken actually) is so rough (looks like from last day or evening that's been left), the sauces is thick and dry, and, for real, the opposite from my first order! Not gonna order before 5pm next time. That's why i only gave them 3 stars. This is just my honest opinion and im paying my own money to eat the food i deserved. Hope it won't happen to other customers in the future. To the owners, hope you listen to your customers.

Flavours good, not a long wait when have had delivered (6miles) .. very good value for money , iv recommended to several family members who have all used since and all in turn thoroughly enjoyed!! .. Lemon chicken is awesome!! 😋

Excellent food, best I've had in a long time

I've been using this take away for years & the food has always been top notch! I always have it delivered & there's never been any mistakes. I most definitely recommend them.

Rarely had a bad meal from them. Can take card payments over the phone. Quick delivery. The only issue I do have is they often make mistakes like asking for no onion etc. It wouldn’t be a big deal apart from the fact that I have an allergy. The staff can also come across as rude on the phone. Especially the young girl who has just started working there. South Wootton Takeaway is better with delicious food and incredibly polite staff but they don’t do deliveries.

We had a stay in kings Lynn hospital didn't think they would deliver there but they was more than happy too. Food was absolutely lush, we ordered for a few people on the ward as well and everyone was happy and it made a boring night into a Chinese party so the doctors said 😂 5* all the way, food, service and delivery thank you

After nearly 2 hours wait i called up to see where the order was! Very rude no apology nothing! Dont take on so many orders if you cannot keep up with them! I would of declined the order but i paid with my card over the phone!

Family meal for four. 10% discount for collection. Three chicken curries, chicken noodles, chicken fried rice, chips and curry sauce. All cooked very well and tasted lovely. Would certainly recommend.

Needed something quick after visiting someone in the hospital. First Chinese we came to was Top Chef. The food was ready quickly and was the best Chinese we've had in years! Will be coming back when we're next in the area. Thank you.

Wasnt our first choice chinese picked what we wanted from a different takeaway, wich we found out to be closed, so went to top chef who had different menu but still made what we ordered from the other place even though it wasnt on theirs, and it was better than our original choice, top customer service, top chef. Its now our go to chinese for sure.
