Had my birthday meal here. Very welcoming staff. Mia at front of house was very welcoming and offered outstanding world class customer service. The food was amazing. Great portions sizes and outstanding taste and quality. Thoroughly recommend.

Never going back, shit service 25 minutes wait between courses, cold when it turned up, do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned money in a decent restaurant

Menu is far too long. There's a zillion things on it. Burger was rubbery. Disappointed.

Order from here every week and always great!!

I don't know why but the bill is always more them you think it will be even dining using the offer menu. Anyway nice meal if you have an impromptu visit every now again

Mac and cheese was good but a little to salty the same with the garlic bread and the pizza

Used to be a nice place but it is going down every time we go.

I had risotto. Not impressed. It was taste lacking. No herbs on it. I asked for different options to improve the food tastes. Everything I asked for you replied with. Oh no we don't keep anything like that. We spent £100 and there were 4 of us. First time there. It was a big restaurant with loads of tables, booths etc really thought i would enjoy our experience. Very comfortable seating Very dark with no atmosphere whatsoever. It's definitely not for me or my husband who also expressed his opinion. Very disappointed Won't be a rushing return!

Always the best. My go to place! That pesto chicken pasta will be served at my wedding 😂😂 wish they delivered mocktails tho - I love their French fancy! Good service as always Tony Mac 🩵

Food was lovely but the service was very slow albeit polite and friendly.

The service was friendly but took forever. The bbq tasted like a frozen meal, the pizza was okay but the goats cheese salad was lovely and saved the day. The booth we were in wasn't that clean, stains all over the dividing walls which could easily have been cleaned.

My burger was cold and brioche bun was soggy. I love this restaurant but I'm disappointed with this order.

1 star as was told because we had not clicked some link online we would not get the 25% discount. A bit of a kick in the teeth considering we live local and have been here quite often, leaving decent tips. Wont be back now. I even mentioned that I wanted to buy a bottle of wine from there wine shop but because of the issue with the discount I decided to just buy else where. Also would like to add that twice now we have been the place it was far to hot inside. No air con. And no doors or windows open. Just a big greenhouse of heat with customers at different tables using there menus as fans. Not great guys. Not great at all.

The quality of the pizza has dropped significantly, won’t be ordering the pizza for a while as a result.

An Italian restaurant...there are delicious types of pasta. We tried the one with spinach and diya...the risotto. We ordered two types, and it was delicious...the service is fast...they are elegant and they welcome you with a smile. I loved it.

Visited the East Kilbride restaurant for dinner on a Thursday. Whilst the food was nice enough, the service was very poor and, to add insult to injury, a service charge is added to your bill. I always tip between 10-20% when the service warrants it but on this occasion, there was no way I was paying what is actually a discretionary service charge anyway. Upon arrival, we were seated in a booth within which, one side of the seats was soiled with ice-cream or something, which nobody had bothered to clean. Whilst the staff were pleasant enough, the wait for our starters and mains was too long. The focaccia with rosemary, sea salt and olive oil showed no signs of the latter two ingredients and we had to ask for olive oil as a result. Basics like 'enjoy your meal' and check-backs to ensure everything was to our satisfaction were missing throughout. No parmesan cheese or pepper was offered to my wife who ordered a pasta dish and I had to ask for cutlery for our mains.No offer of condiments was forthcoming for my meal either and overall, I felt like the staff were disinterested. Several members of staff walked by our empty glasses and plates on numerous occasions, seemingly oblivious to what constitutes good service and even when we ordered ice-cream for our daughter, it took far too long to arrive. Overall, I can only think that by automatically applying a service charge to the bill, there is a lack of motivation to actually earn that gratuity which, most likely, most people pay regardless of the service. Whilst the food was nice enough, there's too many negatives for us to want to return to this particular restaurant.

food is amazing the best around the pizza the burgers the pasta all awesome however whenever I order a drink it never comes and I have to always claim it back through just eat it's really annoying.

Said online order had been delivered with no sign of delivery. Map showed the driver was in another street! Then it arrived 10 minutes later and the pizza was stone cold. Restaurant not interested when I called them

Flavourless pasta. We had three past dishes and all was flavourless. The ndjuja pasta only tasted of bitter chillie, no lovely smoke paprika.

The food is normally great so was disappointed. There wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta and no Parmesan cheese. Would have preferred less pasta and a little more sauce. Time kept changing for delivery,

orderd a takeout that said it would come in 10 minutes then waited over an hour to receive cold food and pizza was not cut

Food was nice bit quite pricey for what it was. Staff were okay, but service quite slow. Don't go unless you want a leisurely lunch.

A very beautiful place to dine in on a sunny day. A well recommended place for family and friends to hang out. Nice atmosphere

Delicious, I ordered the lasagne and I am so happy with it, it’s so good. I was a bit worried because I read the reviews AFTER I had ordered but the food arrived on time / early and was nice and warm. Very happy with the service tonight. Only strange part was it was left on the door step but driver must just be busy.

The pizza was cold even though I live quite close to the restaurant. I had to heat it in microwave which was unacceptableu. The chips were overcooked and dark brown and seemed like they had been reheated in restaurant before delivery. I will not order a takeaway from you again. Very disappointing meal.

2 out of the 5 items were missing. driver was unhelpful to say the least said to phone the restaurant. Restaurant said I would need to go through Justeat for a refund or they would remake items but I would have to come and collect kind of defeats the purpose. There has been a steady decline at this site this was the last chance and they have blown it once again. order at your peril food is good but hit and miss if you get on time or correct based on multiple different times ordering.

Late and cold, the predicted delivery time kept getting extended. Original delivery time was 17.55 arrive day 6.35. And would have been nice if it had been warm. Tony’s is generally lovely. But cold on arrival. Disappointed

Driver was rude and late complaining our address was put wrong which is was not then argued for 5 minutes before handing over food. Address was correct driver needs new job if thats how he speaks to customers!

Have been coming/take out for at least over two years. Tonight take out was a joke. Arrived at 17:34 time as stated collection time, was told slight delay received food at 18:05. Four pizzas 2 of which were really sloppy and dough not fully cooked areas and mozzarella dippers (used to get 4 - now only 3) Im not wasting further time to drive back and complain Used to be worth the £47 but now not worth it due to this experience.

Went here for a work lunch. Excellent value for money and decent portions sizes. A large pizza and soft drink for less than a tenner. Bargain.

Had dinner on s very busy Wednesday evening. First time at this Toni Macaroni and will definitely return. The decor is very nice. They were understaffed, but that did not affect the service in any way. Staff worked so hard while being very friendly and professional. Our server, Mia, was so lovely. Food was very good.

Came for an early family dinner tonight 13/2/24. Staffing levels were shocking!! One sever, one charge hand and one working the bar. Table was booked for 5.30 , starters came promptly enough but mains didn't arrive until 7.15!! I can appreciate being busy at peak times but there simple werent enough staff to make it an enjoyable experience. Such a pity as it's usually decent but the last few times the waiting times for food have been unacceptable.

Excellent evening. First time in a tony mac and I was pleasantly surprised. Food exceeded expectations and place was spotless. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The driver did not have my order with him and tried to deliver the wrong order which I rejected. Have submitted a refund request . However, this doesn’t help as we have no dinner!

Second time in 7months I have had to go and collect an order that was for delivery. Staff couldn’t care less and when I get home with the order there was only have a roll for the cheeseburger.

Just wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Spaghetti carbonara was in a pool of grease or oil and the garlic bread was like stale bread.

Ordered two vegan pizzas from here to be delivered and one of them came with absolutely none of the toppings on it and they also left it with non vegan cheese on it . Very disappointed as this is not the first time this has happened

Went there on Monday night, place was quite busy but we weren't told when being seated that there are waiting times longer than usual for food which is not helpful, as we were siting there for a while and nobody came to take food order for ages. I really think whoever is serving you they should inform about the waiting times as time is wasted sitting and waiting when you could just go somewhere else. So we need up just having a drink and going elsewhere for food as we could see staff are struggling.

Enjoyed food and staff were really nice. They didn't have any coffee beans left we were disappointed that we could not get a coffee to finish our meal also they had no straws.

Pizza was excellent 👌 Lovely big Restaurant. I went at lunchtime and the place was quiet. Parking good but behind the restaurant and up a flight of metal stairs but there's a lift though I didn't see it from the outside. If mobility issues you'd be best dropping the person at the front door first

A nice comfortable place to eat, we always feel welcome by the brilliant staff and the food has been lovely every time whether it is to go or eating in the restaurant. The cheese cake is always amazing too!

every single time food is missing and food is cold, this just eat should be shut down and everywhere returns to normal order service were you phone the place directly so you can get your food you paid for hot and all of it, this get a refund for missing food rubbish, means a family member gets no food ,, its shocking, every single time with many orders

Mac n cheese had hardly any sauce mostly dry pasta. the chips were undercooked and hard didnt eat them, pollo picante hardly any flavour than usual either. Usually food is spot on but noticed few times quality isnt great as if theres a different chef on certain days but this was poor wont be ordering again.

Christmas eve. Ordered takeaway at 4.20pm, now 6.55pm. Wrong order arrived, sent it back with driver. Contacted restaurant to tell them, said they would sort it out and call back. Still waiting ,55 quid and no food. Hope you have a happy Christmas Tony Macaroni.

Ordered from here a few times and it’s normally great but this time was not good at all. Ordered 2x pizzas and cajun chips. One of the pizzas was completely tasteless, wet texture and too much sauce. The other pizza was nothing to write home about. The chips were barley cooked and really soggy in the middle. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Food is meh, and be sure to ASK FOR AN ALLERGENS MENU: Milk in vegetable stew. Cheese through an Arabiatta (tomato and chilli pasta, but they put cheese through it here...).

After ordering delivery was changed to 20 mins later. Food was cold especially the mozzarella fritta the cheese had started to congeale
