Domino's Pizza - East Kilbride - North in South Lanarkshire

My fiancé ordered extra chicken, opened the box to find about 6 bits chicken on what was a very sad looking pizza (really)! Disappointed. Basically paid £19 for a pizza base…

Ordered a cheeseburger pizza and cheeseburger fries. Both had none of the cheeseburger sauce on it... that's exactly why I ordered it and what was specifically advertised

Like an absolute moron I tried this place again because it's the only one open in town and I am watching Summerslam like a geek and i was a bit hungry, 45 minutes later, 20 minutes on quality check so of course a cold pizza incoming, and it hasn't arrived I'm not sure it ever will and if it does what's the point? East Kilbride has a mix of takeaways venues this is easily the worst.

Ordered via the Domino's App. Arrived within 15mins when it said it would. Food was piping hot and delicious! I used vouchers to get 50% off which was fantastic, it's not really worth it without Deals and Vouchers. Fantastic thanks

Two full orders lost in the last month, apparently delivered to the wrong customer. Someone is at it. Someone is getting free pizza from this. I will never take a delivery again. First time was 30 minute delay. This time 2 hours delay and we are still waiting for the remade order. Ordered 7.05. And no delivery at 9.15. Manager hung up on us as he does not need advice on how to deliver a pizza

If there were NO stars, I would give zero. Ordered food almost two hours to wait and no food Contact was made with Domino's, to no avail. Said refund will take 3 to 4 working days, WHAT 🤦‍♀️ They need to remove the tracking system as apparently they are understaffed with drivers, so what's the point of a tracking system? So disappointed Domino's.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had a Christmas pizza night and the service was great. Pizzas delivered were exactly on time and went down a treat with the 40 kids. Thank you

Ordered a pizza at 19:00 when i phoned 1 and a half hours later they said they made a mistake and would make it all fresh. I am currently still waiting almost 3 hours later. Update: pizza arrived at 22:00(3 hours later) and it was the wrong order. Currently now waiting on my order being sent out. Currently 22:17 and nothing yet.

Ordered 4 medium pizzas yesterday with various toppings and when they arrived they were barely warm, I've never been so disappointed in a pizza especially considering the price we were charged! Don't think I'll be ordering from dominoes again!

Pizza was missing the double decadence sauce so it was very dry had to take the bottom layer of dough off just to eat it. Did cost extra money aswell.

Food is good, however a little pricy - but delivery drivers are rude and tell us not to park in certain areas of the public car park so they can.

I love dominos pizzas, in all my years buying pizzas from them I've only had 1 pizza that made me a little sick from being undercooked. Consistently good pizzas, 1 in 100 ain't bad. I highly reccomend.

Ordered pizza online, they cooked it in about 10 mins. Domino's app said when it was ready. I went and collected. No hassle and pizza tasted great. 😋

Yip pizza wash great I only purchase from domino's with vouchers as I think there a bit OTT in prices. But i really like them and the potato wedges Good for a special treat

Staff are very helpful. Had a problem with a previous order and called up tonight and a young girl named Sophie dealt with my call and also I'm assuming a senior member of staff had authorised my discount. Very helpful very polite and my order arrived 30 minutes later.

Honestly just had enough of domino's everytime I think I'll give them one more chance I always regret it because for what you pay the food is way below par and overcooked. Never again.

Dreadful place staff did not know what they were doing. headless chickens is the best description. Wanted a 7" personal for my daughter and the wait would have been up to 45 mins. also they could have organised the queues a lot better as there were people coming in from both doors. There was one on the till and he was taking an order on the phone. People in one of the queues were standing 10 mins after there pizza/pizzas was ready.

Newly opened dominos place very good service

Waited an hour and twenty minutes for delivery, when it arrived both the pizza wedges were cold and the pizza had missing topping! Called to complain and was told a replacement would be sent out. It's now been over an hour and still no replacement! Very disappointing, we won't be using the Dominos in East Kilbride again.

Ordered a large Tandoori hot pizza for me and a make your own one for my nephew last night Saturday 1st April 2017. Been ill all night yesterday and all day today with food poisoning. Cant look at another pizza again never mind a dominos. Never been so ill!

Always made fresh with quick delivery. Items seem to get delivered individually so always arrive piping hot. Dominos over pizza Hut any day

Good food great deals and prices

Pizzas caked in sauce to the point they box went soggy and they were inedible as it was all we could taste. No garlic bread despite paying for it and then no one answeringredients the phone absolutely a huge waste of money

Ordered a pizza and wrong topping put on it. Ordered another pizza the next time and specifically said that the wrong topping had been put on and to make sure that it didn't happen again. Went to pick it up and the topping was wrong again. Had to ask to get it remade. Was offered "a drink of juice" while I waited.

Waited Two Hours on a pizza being delivered the other night, when I phoned to inquire about my order and why it was taking so long a very inexperienced employee informed that that was the wait time due to a backlog of current orders. I then told her that there was nothing on their website to inform people of this long wait time and had I known I wouldn't have ordered anything. She then took a further twenty-five minutes on the phone to locate my order and tell me when it would be delivered, all the while I could hear her over the phone arguing with another employee about a personal matter rather than trying to serve me. Eventually my pizza arrived cold and burnt only for me to find a huge black hair nestled in among the sauce and cheese - fair to say that was swiftly binned.

This is THE WORST EXCUSE for pizza anywhere. Tried last night with a friend the dough was terrible both side covered in semolina (over-rolled) toppings sparse, tom base watery, cheese rationed as if we were still in war time. This was my first an last time ever to Give Domino's pizza my hard earned cash. You are only as good as your poorest outlet. Shut the shop NOW, the staff at this branch are using pizza dough to old and have no food knowledge. A no star vote. Sorry the Domino's have all fallen here.
