The food was absolutely lovely,and the service was on point,but my son was planning to go to the playroom and instead found a creepy yellow rabbit suit drenched in some sort of strawberry jam

Very friendly service. Quick aswell for collection. Food was very tasty n good value for money. Ridiculously fast service, you'll get piping hot food within 5 minutes

The food was great but I saw these guys, is this normal? (just kidding!!)

It's really a nice place. Unfortunately, my nephew was taken into a back room with some other kids by this guy in a bunny suit and I haven't seen him since. Great food.

Food was good! The first thing a waiter said to me was "Hello? Hello, hello?" The place was a bit creepy, and the animatronics kinda smelled... ALL JOKES

Food was lovely, portion sizes are more than we could eat but have what's left for lunch, reasonable prices, service was great from ordering on line to being delivered

The salt and pepper chips tasted like plain chips and I ordered a bottle of irn brut but it didn’t come in my order and the food was a bit cold

Exceptional quality for any restaurant. Every order I’ve placed has been consistently excellent. Singapore fried rice is packed and tasty, chicken balls are juicy, large pieces of chicken breast cooked perfectly, the batter is never heavy or greasy, prawn toast is light and well cooked. Delivery is on time (or early) and food arrives hot, delivered by friendly drivers.

Love this place, food is always ace and it comes really quickly and is roasting. Always a surprise freebie in the mix too. The Satay on skewers has had an upgrade and is incredible. Massive portions too.

Absolutely shocking the service and the rudeness when you phone to advise they made a mistake and made me very ill with a reaction to they’re ingredients that are not meant to be in the dish not even on the menu and then when calling she hangs up doesn’t care or acknowledge

ordered mini spring rolls (10), sweet and sour chicken cantonese, fried rice and banana fritter with syrup. Although delivered 10 mins early, food was luke warm and not hot. I got 9 spring rolls instead of 10 and they tasted a bit oily. Chicken dish tasted over whelming of vinger. Fried rice was OK, as was the free portion of prawn crackers. Fritter was OK and syrup tasted of burnt sugar. Overall although freshly made, it was look warm and not to my taste, doubt I would order again.

I think it's disgraceful that just eat is charging customers more just to order and the prices on this app are much more expensive than ordering in the shop. will not be using just eat again

it’s not been delivered to my house so didn’t get my food so i want my money back.

part of order was not what was expected. singapore fried rice dish which should have had various meat and prawns with extra onion. Received nothing more than fried rice with onions and small amount of chicken and a couple of prawns. Extremely disappointed as usually receive very decent portion size full of meat and prawns.

Ordered just after 7 a family meal and it didn’t get delivered until just before 10. Definitely not good enough.

Order was way too late - took 4 times to get through to the restaurant - not much in the way of an apology - more of "we've been too busy tonight". Asked why they hadn't updated the Just Eat app was told again too busy. Was 40 mins late and half of it cold.

Great service and generous portions.

Food was mediocre! The biggest disappointment was the size of the sauce it was half the size of a soup tub which I had to compare too and was half filled at most! To have 10 chicken balls a full fried rice with that tiny amount of sauce was a wasted meal! If I had been told when I called I would have gladly paid an extra £2.20 for more sauce as the amount isn’t possible to cover a third of rice! Meal ruined far too dry to eat or enjoy! But to be told I was a moaning customer was disgusting

the food is great, I don't have any problem about it but it was too long to wait for my order to be delivered and one order was missing. somehow, the delivery driver is so kind to explained that they are short of staff.

First time ordering from Eddie's through a recommendation from JustEat. Overall the meal was really tasty. The mixed veg chow mein was especially delicious. The only thing from the whole meal that I wasn't keen on was the Peking ribs. The ribs themselves were lovely and tender but the sauce was more an oil than anything else. Quite greasy and wasn't able to eat lots of them. Otherwise it was a very good meal. Thanks for the wee freebie of salt and chilli chicken and chips, that was also nice!!😀

Cannot review food as it is not here, no doubt it will be tasty but delivery is RIDICULOUS as usual. surely such a popular restaurant should have more than 2 drivers on a Saturday night. I myself have offered my services with no return. such a terrible delivery service will continue to effect customer satisfaction

Used to be one of the best but last few times delivery has taken ages and food doesn't taste fresh at all. Half of it cold or just reheated.

Chicken curry and chicken balls were brilliant but delivery took nearly 2 hours and the boiled rice was freezing and really sticky could hardly break it up

The best satay of my life, been a regular customer for ages, I felt like Eddies satay sauce went down in guality for a sec, but is back on track. The best satay on skewers you can get around here.

Amazing meal as always. Delivery time always looks long, but mines has always been delivered early every time and even if it does take longer, it's worth the wait. Best Chinese between Blantyre and Hamilton! Favourites are chicken with green pepper and black bean, chow mein, chicken fried rice, chicken balls. Always stunning!

Best Chinese about. Food is always top quality and full of flavour. The staff and delivery drivers are always so nice. Fast delivery also. Will always be my go to Chinese of choice.

Took an hour and a half from order point to be delivered and the meal was look warm, needs reheated

Went to collect my order from the shop tonight to find the counter staff and the chef shouting and balling at each other for approx 10 minutes while my order was sitting on the counter for the majority of that time getting cold, the counter staff member then tried to hand me a bag of prawn crackers telling me that’s my order, when I told her I had ordered a lot more than a bag of crackers she was dismissive and down right rude, terrible customer service.

Bought A Salt an chilli chicken with fried rice out the happy meal absolutely disgusting no sauce or nothing with it dry as he'll also cold

Curry was nice, chips were re-heated, prawn crackers were stale and the pancake rolls were not cooked properly in the inside and were still doughy.
