Eddie's in South Lanarkshire

Good order (£30), food tasted good esp the sweet n sour sauce. Soups were great. Free prawn crackers & spring rolls. Was ready on time and was hot. Only thing that lost a star was the peaking sauce wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be. The meat in the combo peaking dish was yummy. Would go again and try something different. Portion sizes generous!! Thank you! Staff were lovely on collection.

do not get the crispy shredded chilli chicken as its not chilli or spicy, it's sweet and sour which i have!

batter on chicken balls and pineapple fritter was 2 thick and couldn't eat as all u could taste was the thick batter usually like Eddie's but food yesterday was rubbish the sweet and sour was just a plain sweet sauce will not be buying again a waste of £20

did not like their curry meat was tough and chewy omelette was very greasy and a strange taste of it had sore stomach all night

Ordered from here in the past waited 2 hours. Thought i would give them another chance and order again today but once again order took 2 hours,i then called restaurant to be told driver has few orders before yours, order was cancelled,, never again!

Ordered food at 7:30pm with an estimated delivery time of 8:45-9:00 - at 9:45 food still wasn’t here but Just Eat app was showing as “delivered”. Phoned restaurant who said order was still there and they were waiting on drivers to return to then deliver our order - food eventually arrived at 10:25pm so 3 hours after I ordered it!!! Food was warm (at best) when it arrived and we did not eat it. I would avoid ordering from here if you want your food warm and within estimated delivery time.

I am not a regular reviewer but felt the need to do so this time. I ordered food at 7:50pm. The suggested delivery time was 9:15-9:30pm. After two phone calls it eventually arrived at 10:40pm, nearly 3 hours after I ordered it. The beef wasn’t cooked properly and the chips were cold!

Got chicken fried rice chips gravy in one tub, the tub was big and food was spot on defo order again

Cold & watery. Ended up with free food which is a nice gesture but I had already ordered without realising I qualified for it. Instead of crediting me back or giving something different I ended up with 20 spring rolls, 2 bags of crackers & bag of chicken balls. Ontop of my 2 curries. Totally pointless & such a waste. Curry sauce was really really watery. Won ton looked like it was battered with a hammer. Not little parcels, was just a mess. Utterly disappointed as drove from Motherwell for it!

I'm sorry but this is the first time I am going to leave a bad review. Just received my order which is really disappointing. I ordered rice , combination curry , chips and onion rings. First off, the onion rings were so cold wet and soggy ! completely inedible. secondly the chips were pretty much the same. and the curry was quite cold too which is a shame because I love this place but it's completely thrown me now .

It's really a nice place. Unfortunately, my nephew was taken into a back room with some other kids by this guy in a bunny suit and I haven't seen him since. Great food.

Most of the food was not warm enough anymore, the soup wasn’t edible. Unsure if the taste is just bad as a standard or something was wrong with our portion.

Exceptional quality for any restaurant. Every order I’ve placed has been consistently excellent. Singapore fried rice is packed and tasty, chicken balls are juicy, large pieces of chicken breast cooked perfectly, the batter is never heavy or greasy, prawn toast is light and well cooked. Delivery is on time (or early) and food arrives hot, delivered by friendly drivers.

Love this place, food is always ace and it comes really quickly and is roasting. Always a surprise freebie in the mix too. The Satay on skewers has had an upgrade and is incredible. Massive portions too.

Food is consistently excellent. Singapore fried rice is loaded with chicken, pork and prawns, and perfectly spiced, and the chicken balls are quality breast meat and never greasy. Absolutely the best in the area
