Ordered from here in the past waited 2 hours. Thought i would give them another chance and order again today but once again order took 2 hours,i then called restaurant to be told driver has few orders before yours, order was cancelled,, never again!

The only place that does decent dry ribs and the Peking Chicken from here is AMAZING!

Ordered food at 7:30pm with an estimated delivery time of 8:45-9:00 - at 9:45 food still wasn’t here but Just Eat app was showing as “delivered”. Phoned restaurant who said order was still there and they were waiting on drivers to return to then deliver our order - food eventually arrived at 10:25pm so 3 hours after I ordered it!!! Food was warm (at best) when it arrived and we did not eat it. I would avoid ordering from here if you want your food warm and within estimated delivery time.

I am not a regular reviewer but felt the need to do so this time. I ordered food at 7:50pm. The suggested delivery time was 9:15-9:30pm. After two phone calls it eventually arrived at 10:40pm, nearly 3 hours after I ordered it. The beef wasn’t cooked properly and the chips were cold!

Got chicken fried rice chips gravy in one tub, the tub was big and food was spot on defo order again

The salt and chilli box was rubbish basically all chips two chicken balls 2 chicken wings just thrown in to a box. Couldn’t tell if it was chips or pop corn chicken really disappointed

Cold & watery. Ended up with free food which is a nice gesture but I had already ordered without realising I qualified for it. Instead of crediting me back or giving something different I ended up with 20 spring rolls, 2 bags of crackers & bag of chicken balls. Ontop of my 2 curries. Totally pointless & such a waste. Curry sauce was really really watery. Won ton looked like it was battered with a hammer. Not little parcels, was just a mess. Utterly disappointed as drove from Motherwell for it!

Really good food def go here again. One of the workers showed me parts n service found foxy. His cove is out of order rn so it was cool to see him even though he wasn’t there today

I'm sorry but this is the first time I am going to leave a bad review. Just received my order which is really disappointing. I ordered rice , combination curry , chips and onion rings. First off, the onion rings were so cold wet and soggy ! completely inedible. secondly the chips were pretty much the same. and the curry was quite cold too which is a shame because I love this place but it's completely thrown me now .

Very friendly service. Quick aswell for collection. Food was very tasty n good value for money. Ridiculously fast service, you'll get piping hot food within 5 minutes

The food was absolutely lovely,and the service was on point,but my son was planning to go to the playroom and instead found a creepy yellow rabbit suit drenched in some sort of strawberry jam

It's really a nice place. Unfortunately, my nephew was taken into a back room with some other kids by this guy in a bunny suit and I haven't seen him since. Great food.

Food was good! The first thing a waiter said to me was "Hello? Hello, hello?" The place was a bit creepy, and the animatronics kinda smelled... ALL JOKES

Wasn’t as good as normal. But ordered on different day. Still okay though.

Most of the food was not warm enough anymore, the soup wasn’t edible. Unsure if the taste is just bad as a standard or something was wrong with our portion.

Exceptional quality for any restaurant. Every order I’ve placed has been consistently excellent. Singapore fried rice is packed and tasty, chicken balls are juicy, large pieces of chicken breast cooked perfectly, the batter is never heavy or greasy, prawn toast is light and well cooked. Delivery is on time (or early) and food arrives hot, delivered by friendly drivers.

Love this place, food is always ace and it comes really quickly and is roasting. Always a surprise freebie in the mix too. The Satay on skewers has had an upgrade and is incredible. Massive portions too.

Absolutely shocking the service and the rudeness when you phone to advise they made a mistake and made me very ill with a reaction to they’re ingredients that are not meant to be in the dish not even on the menu and then when calling she hangs up doesn’t care or acknowledge

I think it's disgraceful that just eat is charging customers more just to order and the prices on this app are much more expensive than ordering in the shop. will not be using just eat again

ordered mini spring rolls (10), sweet and sour chicken cantonese, fried rice and banana fritter with syrup. Although delivered 10 mins early, food was luke warm and not hot. I got 9 spring rolls instead of 10 and they tasted a bit oily. Chicken dish tasted over whelming of vinger. Fried rice was OK, as was the free portion of prawn crackers. Fritter was OK and syrup tasted of burnt sugar. Overall although freshly made, it was look warm and not to my taste, doubt I would order again.

part of order was not what was expected. singapore fried rice dish which should have had various meat and prawns with extra onion. Received nothing more than fried rice with onions and small amount of chicken and a couple of prawns. Extremely disappointed as usually receive very decent portion size full of meat and prawns.

The food, as always, is excellent and so are the prices. The portions are brilliant with plenty to eat. We don't order many takeaways but when we do, we like to order from Eddie's.
