Where do I begin. Restaurant freezing - I mean so cold the waiting staff were wearing parkas! I kid you not. Service was appalling. After 50 minutes we had drinks and no food. Tables were sending back food and there were obvious arguments between waiting staff and kitchen staff. When we asked how long our food would be we got a shrug in place of an answer. Hungry grandchildren and fear that we would never actually get food we left and went to Pizza Express. A warm restaurant with excellent staff... and more importantly food! What a disgrace of a restaurant Toni Macaroni is. A word of apology and explanation would have helped but the staff could obviously not be bothered. To sum up my experience - disinterested staff, freezing cold (seriously you need to take a blanket!), a truly awful experience. My advice DO NOT GO HERE ... EVER! 1 star is too much but I can't give zero.

The Mac cheese my brother had was awful it tasted like it was out a tin. The pizzas weren’t that great either not compared to the braehead restaurant. Won’t be going to this branch again. Puts the restaurant chain to shame.

Early evening meal with my cousin. We shared two starters between us... a bruschetta and an "Arancino Carne" (traditional Italian rice balls). I then had a linguine all scoglio, while my cousin opted for a pizza. The linguine was very good, no real complaints but my cousin's pizza was a bit bland, although that was really his own fault for not selecting any additional toppings/s. We then decided to have a pudding course. I chose a sticky toffee pudding. Although this was quite a generous portion, I have to say that it was particularly dry. The whole point of a sticky toffee pudding is to be... well, sticky! This wasn't. Sticky toffee puddings should be SATURATED with toffee coulis and therefore very moist, sticky and easy to eat. This Tony Macaroni version was dry and so very difficult to eat and enjoy as there was only a dribble of toffee sauce on top and around it. As already mentioned, sticky toffee pudding should be saturated with toffee sauce *all the way through the sponge*... that's the WHOLE POINT of a sticky toffee pudding. Dining-wise though, I have to say the meal and service were fine except that when the bill arrived it gave a total that included a tip in bold. Although a separate tip-less amount was given underneath, I don't like presumptive action. I'd rather work out an appropriate tip myself. The toilets were very clean and smell-free. However, being what some would call 'old fashioned' I would prefer "mens" and "ladies" and not a 'unisex' mix! Ridiculous. It's primarily for this reason and the presumption on the bill that I won't be going back. These last two points have made me decide to deduct a star, and so the final rating has to now be a two-star. A shame.

Absolutamente asqueroso. Vine aquí el miércoles, el lugar más repugnante de todos los tiempos. La comida era asquerosa. Los vasos están sucios, la Coca-Cola estaba plana. Los entrantes estaban bien, no los mejores. Para los platos principales conseguimos una pizza de pollo con chili que era absolutamente asquerosa. La masa estaba tan enferma y sabía a mierda. Lo conseguí Jimmy y fue lo peor de mi vida. Macarrones con queso era horrible, sin sazonar. Soso y sabía a macarrones para microondas. La pizza también era mala. Conseguí una hamburguesa de camote que fue lo peor que he visto. Absolutamente repugnante hizo que mis primos quisieran vomitar. ¡Nunca volvería a visitar aquí y no lo recomiendo! !

Byliśmy w niedziele 19.01 przed godzina 17.00 z cała rodzina w 6 osob wszyscy byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani ta restauracja. Zostaliśmy posądzeni do stolika i czekaliśmy na przyjęcie zamówienie ponad 20 minut , po naszej interwencji wkoncu udało się złapać kelnerkę. Zamówiliśmy 3 kursy z sunday menu na osoby dorosłe i coś tam dla dzieciaków. Na danie główne czekaliśmy prawie godzinę czasu choć w restauracji było zaledwie kilka osób, w międzyczasie obserwowaliśmy kucharza który wyjął z pieca totalnie spaloną pizzę i śmiał się razem z kelnerkami machając nożem i obcinając spalone kawałki rantów które spadały na podłogę. Myśleliśmy ze to jakiś żart a po chwili ta pizza została podana do stoliku obok nie mogliśmy w to uwierzyć. Po czekaniu godziny na nasze główne danie dostaliśmy dokładnie to samo , moja pizza była totalnie czarna i spalona od spodu , calzone mojego brata wyglądało okropnie było spalone z każdej strony , przywróciliśmy się to na drugą stronę na talerzu na oczach managera który wyraźnie widział ze jesteśmy nie zadowoleni z przypalonego jedzenia które zostało nam podane. Nie zareagował , pomimo ze zamówiliśmy tez desery nikt nam ich nawet nie podał ludzie pracujący w tej restauracji nie interesują się klientem. Poprosiliśmy rachunek i czekaliśmy na resztę bo nie miałem zamiaru zostawiać napiwku za taka obsługę, kelnerka nie przyniosła reszty a przy wyjściu zapytała czy potrzebujesz reszty? To było żałosne nigdy więcej nie wrócimy to tego lokalu , wiele razy bywaliśmy w tej restauracji w innych lokalizacjach i zawsze było ok , ale ta restauracja jest na fort kinnaird jest porażka właściciel powinien zwrócić uwagę na cały personel bo są bez użyteczni.

We really enjoyed our lunch, a break from shopping. It’s a modern building and laid out like an American diner. Huge menu with loads of choice and I had a really good bowl of pasta and my wife enjoyed her burger. Staff were friendly and efficient. Lots of free parking although the shopping centre does get busy at certain times.

Danny our waiter was amazing! Love this guy! Super attentive, charming, polite, really hope to see him here next time. Food was very quick, excellent quality and tremendous value. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great lunch! First time at TM, certainly not the last. The wife wants to try the Pina Colada next time! x

I made the mistake of taking my two student children here for lunch. Service was slow. Food was terrible. I asked for no Parmesan in my risotto, when it came it tasted more of cheese than mushroom. I think there may have been two mushrooms in the dish! My children both had pizza, toppings were scant and both pizzas tasted of chemicals. Normally I would have mentioned this to staff but as they all seemed more interested in chatting with each other rather than attending to customers I felt leaving a review was likely to be more effective. I asked for the bill, and we sat, we sat a while longer, eventually I got up and asked a member of staff if I could pay, she pointed to the front door and said "you pay over there". I paid and left, never to return. Calling this restaurant Italian is really stretching the imagination.

had a good time and food was good. took my son here and he enjoyed his pizza, I had a pasta and there was lots, too much in fact,

Popped today for quick lunch- thought I would try the Macaroni as going by the name of the place I thought it would be really good- No it wasn’t - white watery cheese sauce, which needed salt ( I don’t usually put salt on food ) on slightly over cooked pasta. Don’t think the place is very clean- the door from the restaurant into the kitchen was filthy and there was blue paper on the floor near the kitchen door that had been put down for a spillage and wasn’t lifted. Won’t rush back.

Warm welcome order taken quickly.(No smile from waiter taking the order) Childrens menu good value although Pizza very large for a child of 7. Husbands Pizza was I quote ok but no real flavour. Lasagne was totally tasteless no herbs or seasoning just plane tomato sauce and pasta and minimal meet. When asked at end of meal if everything ok as most if the lasagne was still in the dish. I explained it was tasteless to which the reply was sorry then walked away. I would recommend for kids or people who like plain tasting Pizza/pasta without Italian tasting herbs. I will be back with kids but will have a salad

Birthday Dinner we were lucky enough to have booked a table as everyone who came in after us were turned away because of a shortage of staff on what had been a busy day so they were closing early so be better to book before you go to save disappointment. Food was great served by courteous staff well worth a visit. 8/10

We had our granddaughters at this restaurant earlier today for lunch we were slightly early but we were allowed to sit and wait the fifteen minutes till lunch. The service was excellent and the meals too a very nice place to enjoy precious time with our grandchildren .Will visit there again

Have been here twice in the last month. Both times arriving between 5.30/6pm so taking advantage of the value menu up to 6.30pm - £4.95 for a main course. Good value compared to other restaurants on the park. Reasonably tasty food though nothing special, Pizzas are a hit as you get a 12 inch one on this menu, Waiting staff are very friendly and reasonably efficient although both times it wasn't busy so not sure how they cope when very busy. Very slow with drink orders. Waited half an hour for second lot of drinks on both occasions and had to remind them. Very strong smell of burnt garlic on second visit, causing a huge coughing fit and streaming eyes and I had to go outside for air. Kitchen is all open to the seating area so gets quite smelly. Overall not a bad visit. Cheap and cheerful. Nothing special.

I see people giving some negative reviews but they just aren't treating the visit properly. If you go before 6.30pm during the week then it is AMAZING value compared to the other restaurants in the area which are way overpriced. You can get any 12" pizza for £5.45 or a variety of pastas and some other Italian dishes. I have been to this one twice and the waiters have been great and funny and importantly Italian.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon, mother's day, without a booking. Promptly given a table by polite staff member. Ordered the Funghi Fritti mushroom stuffed with cheese starter. Was very nice although present on a plate much larger than necessary so it didn't look most appetising. For mains my partner had the penne arrabiata this was nice! Good sized portion, hot enough, very garlicky. I ordered a pizza, Caprina goats cheese, spinach, sun blush tomato and mozzarella I asked for without the onion. Previously at another site the pizza was delicious, however this time the base was very soggy. So much so I only ate half the crust and the toppings. Staff said 'oh was it' when I mentioned it when asking for the bill.

Visited when it wasnt long opened. Staff didnt know what they were doing, food was average, our bill was pretty high for what we got. Poor compared to other experiences of Tony Macaroni.

Visited here as a party of 8. Monday night not particularly busy but very slow service, food was mediocre at best. 3 of us had calamari stars, 6 squid rings for £7.50. Had mushroom risotto that looked and tasted like it was made with pudding rice. It was so congealed, no sauce and I counted 7 slices of mushrooms!! Husband had to wait an additional 15 minutes for his chicken burger after we received our food. 3 waiting staff who seemed to overworked, alongside 2 chefs. Much confusion in the kitchen did not help the experience. Definitely not worth the £140 we spent there.

1st time and perfect. Fast and friendly service. Lovely food. Recommend it. Mum and dad loved it. Perfect

Family night for dinner good well cooked and presented food served by very pleasant and courteous staff we had two courses for £10.99 excellent value. There are other offers throughout the week as well. First visit but will definitely be back soon if tonight was anything to go by. 8/10
