I dare you to find anything bad about this place. Prices reflect the standard of quality you receive. Everything is fresh. They make lovely in-house rolls, the pasta dishes are full of flavour and the pizzas are just as fresh as when they were made the following day 😋

I was given my food in store and as I am leaving the amazing paper bag I was handed decided to break both handles and my food hit the ground. Left after nothing was said with my food. To then get back to work and have the complete wrong order and once I call to talk about the matter am told there’s nothing that can be done expect bring it back and wait for more food. Not the best thing when your lunch break is over! For the price of the food you would expect better service

Ordered delivery, missed a call as I was walking home, and when I called back was told, "oh there was an issue with your delivery but don't worry it's sorted and on its way out". "Sorting it" turned out to be swapping the prosciutto pizza for a margarita, with no offer of refunding the difference or adding anything to the order to make up for it. Doug special was decent, but unless the 5 other fancy pizza shops within a mile or two all turn rubbish, it's unlikely I'll go back.

Have been having takeaway pizzas from Toni's for a year or two now. Probably best pizzas I've had anywhere. They are fresh, hot, extremely tasty and come in a really good range of variations and combinations. The dough, the crust and the flavours are all superb.

Ordered 2 guest pizzas. Usually no problems. Ordered tonight & hardly any burratta (see picture) Called to say that it was disappointing & all the girl said was that she will pass it along & nothing they could do. Customer lost.

Ordered a guest pizza. Usually very good but disappointed tonight & really annoyed at poor customer service. Basically got a pepperoni pizza with hot honey, scant burrata. I called to say that there was very little Burrata and all the girl said is that she would pass it on & nothing that the could do. I think they should have called to say that they did not have enough burrata & given us the option of changing our order.

Excellent food and very good customer service. The pizzas are excellent as are the curly fries and the salad. Not tried anything else.

Still disappointing. Used to use regularly but pizzas started getting colder and colder. Tried again at the weekend and still cold. Most expensive pizzas in the area too.

Wanted to try here for ages, but I was really disappointed. Food came cold and had barely any toppings. Dip was watery and bland and pizza had very little flavour. Not worth the wait. So incredibly disappointing. Update: I have sent you a message on Messenger and Instagram so we can attempt to rectify this. Update: They failed to resolve. Ignored me essentially.

Asked for no onions on the pizza it came covered in onions. Ruined the meal had to scrape of all the toppings and ate just the crust.

Ordered at 1730, delivery was set for 1800. I'm less than 10 minutes away. Called at 1830, they told me it was on the way. Called at 1900 to cancel as they said there was some kind of mix up and they never received the order. Won't be ordering from here again and still waiting for a refund of £35.

Sat in for a 12 pizza for 11 quid. Came quickly and tasted great. Much better value than delivery which can take some time Would sit in again

Order was over an hour late and the pizza arrived freezing cold, no explanation given. Will not be ordering from Toni's again.

Ordered a pizza online to collect , time we got home (10 mins max) it was freezing cold . I’m not expecting it to be roasting hot as it was a 10 minute drive but to be freezing cold is a massive let down . I think if my son wasn’t mad about pizza I would have put it in the bin . I don’t think we’ll be visiting again in the near future

Hot food delivered very quickly with a smile.... sweet chilli dip did not accompany the tasty chicken starter.... Red chilli was missing from the very reasonable 'build your own pizza'.... I ordered a 'BYO' because the Pizza menu are headlines... e.g. Scotsman, Breakfast... I could guess what these are.... but the rest?... confused, I will order again, once you detail the options - thank you.

Toni's will be hard to beat. The level of professionalism and passion is unmatched. The menu has a great verity and everything is cooked fresh to order on the premises. Toni and his team are absolutely amazing aswell, such a friendly family atmosphere ❤️

To be fair I had forgot to change the address from my sisters….but we called in advance and the girl assured us it was changed. My sister then called to say delivery driver was at her house and he was on way to ours. It left pizza cold and not same when heated up, fries where freezing and mac n cheese to set at that point. I know didn’t change address but rectified it right away and wasn’t honoured which resulted in poor food.

Best pizza in Glasgow. My go-to everytime! Staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming in the store and on the phone, even though they are always really busy they don't fault on service. Pizzas are amazing, as are focaccias! All round great!

If I pay for extra Parma ham I’d expect there to extra, there was barely any on the pizza. Don’t charge for something and then not provide it

You definitely need to order more than just pizza when you go 😍 the mozzarella fritti were absolutely fabulous - the breadcrumb on them - wow. Toni and the team are so friendly! Guys have got pizza and pasta down to a T 🤩 🤌🍕🍝 (Invite) First of all staff were the BEST there is something really good going with a company when all the staff are friendly, hospitable and down for a laugh/chat! Then.the.food. HOLY FOCACCIA. 🥖 🍕 I got the chefs special burrata, hot honey and pepperoni and it went SO WELL but it took me a good day and a half of looking at the menu & insta and 10 mins in the shop to decide what I was actually going to eat 🤣 The pizza base was thin, but crisp, held the hot honey VERY WELL and the crust had a good soft crunch IYKYK. 🍝 Pasta, blew me away I went for a chicken Alfredo and garlicky and creamy and just delicious 🧀 Mozzarella sticks absolutely phenomenal, who doesn’t love a cheese pull 🥰🥹 🧀 Portion sizes for the price are extremely reasonable as well and they have mid week deals, 2-4 Tuesdays and lunch deals so there’s everything to suit a budget too! 🙌🙌 The holy cannoli were fabulous as well - you always have room for a small sweet at the end 😉 these bite sized pieces of goodness were nommy! I visited Toni’s for the first time last night and it won’t be the last.. I think I found my death row meal in between some class scrans Toni and the team are amazing as well we were lucky to miss the rush on the two for Tuesdays deal! Pizzas where amazing, the sides delightful not to mention the absolute star of the show for me the spicy chicken mac absolutely STUNNIN Thanks Toni for an amazing meal, you really are king of giffnock food scene Already can’t wait to be back!

We have visited many take aways over the years and very little have been as friendly and as welcoming as Toni’s, freshly made food and tasted delicious.. would highly recommend..especially the pizza/pasta & hot cookies and Nutella dip!

Went to pick up my order and when I arrived home the chips and chicken order was wrong as it included caujan fries when not requested! This has happened before. Place can’t get orders right.

Ordered a pizza online on Saturday night for collection. Pizza was cold and toppings were sparse. First and last time will be using Toni's. Had the potential to be really good as base was excellent quality, toppings were fresh and tasty, just not enough of them and no excuses for a pizza that is cold on collection.

Went here for a quick lunch sit in. We got 2 pastas and a pizza to share. The menu is quite big so was difficult to choose because i wanted to have everything! Food arrived quickly and staff were excellent too. Was very delicious and we finished it all 👌

Food was really good but wondering why you can no longer order fries/spiral fries without having to add extra toppings? Same with BYO pizza, you have to add oregano, chilli or pepper now? Is this a mistake?

I’ve had Toni’s several times before when it was in the west end and generally the pizza is good. I ordered a delivery pizza for myself today. It took an hour to come and arrived cold. I stay a five minute drive away so it’s difficult to justify. Not happy

This is a business that appears to concentrate on take away but we decided to sit at one of two tables outside. There are a couple of tables inside also. Staff were friendly and the menu was varied with many non pizza choices. When our order was ready, we had to pick it up in boxes and take it to the table. Drinks had to be taken from the bottle/can although straws were provided when asked for. No cutlery was provided and no napkins were offered. Both would have enhanced the occasion. The pizzas ordered were delicious and Toni's Special had loads of topping so that made up for the minor shortcomings.

Everything was hot and fresh. Both the pizza and the fries were delicious. Order arrived very quickly. Would definitely order again! Thanks.

Amazing as always. So many different toppings for pizza just quality. Ingredients are all fresh and tasty. Don't want to sound cheeky but see that pizza base but in stuffed crust form think it would make the ultimate pizza. Love this takeaway and the staff are always very polite and helpful. What can I say AMAZING! 10/10, the first time I ordered from here, but I will defo be doing it again. OK, delivery was 10mins later than expected, but the sun is out, so they will be busy. To be expected, really. A must try if you haven't already done so

Food normally good but waited 50 minutes for collection, food not hot and no dips included. This is the 3rd time had too long of a wait. Not really worth it as food as good as it used to be.

Hands down best pizza I have ever tasted first bite was instant happiness all flavours were spot on plus it was soo good I didn't want to spoil it will a sauce dip! I spend half my year in Italy and half my year in Scotland and this is the best pizza I’ve ever had in the country. It’s consistently of high quality, the delivery time is excellent and the customer service is always 10/10.

Toni’s is the best pizza in Glasgow, hands down. I can’t recommend the pizzas enough. They are my go to for pizza & they have brilliant meal deals too including 2 for Tuesdays. I’m a huge fan of the chicken strips with the garlic mayo, and the Alfredo pizza as well. Lovely staff & such a friendly delivery driver! I’ve not once had a bad experience yet, and I’ve ordered from them…. A lot!

Called after waiting 90 minutes for delivery and was told it had just left - no apology. Waited another 40 minutes (total wait 2hr 10m) and the pizza and fries arrived stone cold with burnt crusts. I'd tipped via the website too. Emailed the following morning to advise of the above and have had no response. 2nd time this has happened. Won't order again.

Pasta was bland and the curly fries had more flavour than the mushroom pasta was absolutely no garlic in it just big chunky bits of onion and overloaded with black pepper. Said to my partner was better off ordering same as him. And strawberry milkshake was melted. Overall not normal standards for this place. Normally service is top notch. Still a very good Italian. I am happy to wait longer for good food! I really cannot wait to create my own pizza 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ because I know when affordable going to be epic from here! Js my next order will be one of you're unique pizza's! ❤️ I did order holiday weekend so guessing pretty busy and can't fault the team at Toni's for that.

Great pizza, great value! We got the midweek special which came with 2 chips and 2 drinks. Everything was excellent-really tasty pizza and generous portions of chips. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I personally found the website ordering system a bit confusing so I phoned and they could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be back!!

Collected pre-ordered pizza and was home in 5 minutes. The pizza was lukewarm and had to be put in our home oven to heat it up. Additionally I would also point out it was very sparsely populated with the chicken topping. I should point out that I have previously used Tonys and it was good. Not so good this time.

Service was outstanding tonight! Wee mix up with drinks but was rectified straight away and the girl I spoke to was very polite and professional and couldn't be happier to help which was lovely. And phoning beforehand to ask if I wanted cream on my milkshakes was very appreciated. Both pasta dishes were absolutely delicious.
