We’ve visited your bar annually and always enjoyed it, but our recent experience was terrible. The security staff rudely denied us entry, demanding our IDs without explanation, even though we were sober and polite. We saw other groups allowed in without ID checks, making us feel targeted because we're foregneirs. The aggressive and unfair treatment completely ruined our evening. I hope the management addresses this issue, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting fair and respectful treatment.

Had a bottomless brunch for my friends birthday - the atmosphere was amazing and the speed of service was also amazing - we had Annabel serve us and she was very attentive, food was delicious just portion sizes were slightly small but that’s hardly had an impact on our brunch at all - it’s been amazing

I came in for a drink with a friend of mine who I hadn’t seen in a while and we had a great time. We sat and had a couple of drinks. The service was wonderful, we got chatting with Annabel who was very sweet and able to recommend drinks for us to try. Would definitely come again.

Was in Bristol for one night and this was close to my hotel. Great place and a great setting. Annabelle was the server and she was great.

It was OK.seats next to bar meant we couldn't really see the act brilliantly. Had wanted to go here for ages and tbh was left disappointed. Overpriced. OK if you're already completely drunk I guess.

Had the most wonderful night, Erica is an absolute dream and I feel sorry for you if you go and don’t get to be in her aura. Will 10000% be back for ‘it’s a mousetrap duh’ xxxxx
