This is my 3rd visit to Josephine's and I feel really let down my daughter had her phone stolen while we where there on the 15-3-25 while celebrating my birthday staff didn't seem to want to know when I reported it and I asked if I could leave a number in case it was handed in and as told no

Don't bother if you can't drink alcohol for any reason! I was so disappointed by my experience at the Mamma Mia brunch. The food was fine but it was a shame the options were so limited. My biggest issue was that the members of our group that weren't drinking alcohol were made to feel very awkward about it by one particular member of staff. Pitchers of drink were brought over to us without us being told what they were, and when my (very pregnant) friend asked if we could have something non-alcoholic we were met with a very blank expression, then reluctantly told we could have a version of a Pornstar Martini (which was horrible). I just drank water for the rest of the night, but even that was brought to us begrudgingly. Disappointing considering the website actually says non-alcoholic versions are available. I would have bought a mocktail from the bar but I was so annoyed that I didn't really feel like giving them any more of my money! I can't remember the last time I wrote a negative review for a place, but I couldn't let this experience slide unfortunately.

If you want, have a lovely, fun,unique night with your friends. I recommend 100% that place. In Bristol. The food was so small for the price that we paid, but it was delicious 😋 The service is very friendly and cares about you all the time. The atmosphere is amazing. We have an amazing night there. We came here for NYE. The staff were lovely and the Queens amazing! The drinks are a tad on the expensive side and the atmosphere was a little underwhelming at times for NYE. We likely wouldn't go again but it was a fun evening.

Went for the Mamma Mia brunch, great value for money - entertainment was fantastic, plenty of cocktails and a great day celebrating my sister's 30th

Had a really fun time, but honestly, the food was absolutely disgusting 🫣 ate the chips but the 'chicken' burger was vile. Mostly coleslaw and then two tiny breaded wings that were truly inedible. Made up for it with decent cocktails but don't think I'd go again at that price
