Imogen was our server and we couldn’t have loved her more! me and my friends were looked after and she gave the best vibes and energy for our night out, highly recommend Blame Gloria for your next night out ;)

Imogen was the nicest bar staff i have ever met in my life, she has made sure we were looked after and even recommended us an amazing cocktail(photo attached below)10/10 service i’d definitely recommend it. The vibes in this place were immaculate. IMOGEN YOU WERE A SWEETHEART

Cool and colourful. We came during happy hour and got 241 on cocktails. Staff were lovely and chatty and helped us pick out drinks.

First time visit yesterday, Saturday 30th with work friends. On arrival everything seemed very chaotic, lots of upset customers who arrived to find their bookings had not actually been booked. We eventually got to our table 25 minutes later than our booked slot. Our server was a real pleasant chap, however the service was slow. We thought jugs of cocktails was a cheap cop out, most bottomless brunches are served by the glass. The atmosphere was good, the music was great, the host was very funny. The food, well it was dire at best, so don’t expect much at all with that. All in all not a bad evening, but wouldn’t rush back..

We booked for a table of 3 for a bottomless brunch and were seated at a table that fits no more than 2 people who are there to eat so we used the table behind us to make a bigger table. The drinks and food were good however the drag performer mainly stayed in one section of the venue and we only saw the performer twice in the time we were there. The drinks were slow coming which was a shame. Good afternoon all in all though.

My partner ordered shots for the group and the waitress mentioned it will be 15 quid for all. When my partner paid, it was charged 50 instead. They were trying to scam him because they thought he was drunk. The manager was called and the waitress showed no sign of regret for the mistake. BEWARE.

Attended a Drag Brunch at Blame Gloria this weekend between 3pm-5pm. Advertised as a bottomless brunch but drinks stopped being served from 4:30 without warning...so not bottomless. We were asked to 'leave immediately' several times at 4:54. Drag performers were fabulous and the venue is cute but food was awful and the whole experience is not worth the ticket price.

Went at 12pm for a two hour sitting, celebrating my 60th with girlfriends, what a lovely surprise. Had a great afternoon atmosphere was brilliant drink was flowing and entertaining would recommend and go again.

Just had some great service from Ella. Thank you so much for adding to our night. Loving the vibes of blame Gloria!

I went with a group of friends for the first time and it was the best night out. The cocktails were amazing and the staff particularly Adam, Rene and Imogen were very lovely and welcoming making us feel very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend going here for a girls night out.

Our bottomless brunch for a hen do was split into two groups by the company with less than an hours notice. We spoke to staff at the venue who didn’t know why it had happened and were keen to make things right. They offered complimentary drinks in the evening and a full refund. We had a nice evening and felt reassured that the staff in store would make it right. Fast forward 4 months later we still have not had our refund and the customer service team have been horrid. Questioning every thing we have said, have tried to take the price of the complementary drinks from our booking refund - even tried to take off drinks we paid for that night. No refund has been given at all! The whole weekend has been marred by the service from the Blame Gloria customer service. (Not the bar staff they were lovely). Blame Gloria are now withholding nearly £400 of our money!

Went for the bottomless brunch with ABBA. Meant to start at 3, ABBA didn't start until 3.40. Food wasn't great, chips were stale. Asked for drinks and had to wait 40 mins plus for them. Meant to have drag Queens singing, only had one (who was lovely). Your experience also depends on where you are seated, if not in the main section then you don't see nothing.

I came here last week, I liked the style of the venue. It has low ceilings with cosy furniture.

This place is so gorgeous! Unfortunately we waited 20+ minutes to be served and eventually left because of how long it took. So disappointing , hopefully things improve because it seems so nice there

René and Meg are honestly the best bar team I’ve ever met! They fully embraced our granny hen theme, suggested cocktails we might like to suit our tastes, and even poured my cocktail into my Grandma mug. Thank you so much for making our friend’s hen do so special!

Great venue, they are very good at not letting in anyone that's going to be too drunk or difficult, crowd were therefore lovely. Staff excellent, very well decorated. Feels a bit like a gay bar but door staff insisted it's not even though I was happy if it was. Lovely cocktails available at reasonable. Prices. The dj the night we went knew her audience and played the crowd brilliantly. Danced for hours. We had a top night. Recommend !

Came early evening on a Thursday. Quiet but didn’t matter as the vibes were impeccable, drinks were tasty (and so extra - Party for One was a personal fave) and the service from Imogen & Meg was elite.

This place is a must. Everyone working clearly loved being there, even the bouncers were happy and friendly. The venue is unique, in three tunnels. The service is outstanding and the bottomless brunch is literally bottomless alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks. The cocktails start once you have your starting bottle of bubbles. The drag queens were absolutely fabulous and so entertaining. There is also a photo booth in the first tunnel which is clearly a must when you are out out! If you are looking for a fun filled afternoon in Bristol, this is the place for you.
