Amazing vegan breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, fabulous surroundings. Great find!

Popped in for some breakfast on a Sunday morning. Excellent menu selection, pleasant staff, friendly engagement. Food excellent. Cracking find, well done guys.

We've had lunch here many times and the quality is always amazing. The ingredients are all fresh and cooked well, with a pretty good choice. It is small enough not to have lots of noise whilst you enjoy your food.

The food is really good, especially the hummus. Don’t like the jack fruit sculpture, though. But, overall, nice place I’ll give it a 6\10, in my opinion.

What a fantastic place to dine! Whilst I'm not known for my vegan taste, I can thoroughly recommend Jack the Falafel as an outstanding dining experience on Gloucester Road Bristol.

Absolutely beautiful place with a wonderful menu, very flavourful food, and the most interesting and delicious range of lattes! The staff were so kind and friendly, the decor and seating was very pleasant and cosy. Will definitely come back!

Went in here recently for the first time, I had a falafel flatbread and side salad. It was a taste sensation, the team were lovely and the food was fantastic. The food is very reasonably priced. I look forward to going back and I highly recommend!

Just popped in here for late lunch (about 2pm). Quiet place - I was the only one there, but the food was excellent, and service very friendly. The falafel salad was such a great balance of flavour, spice, and sharpness. Very filling too, well worth the price. A much better option than the place accross the road that sells bland falafel, but somehow always has big queues! Try this place instead.

Stopped here as a quick lunch break looking for vegetarian options, can't rate it highly enough, the food was superb. It's just a shame it's three hours away from where I live as I would definitely be returning.

Lovely food, staff and atmosphere. We had lunch (3 adults and a toddler) and all loved our food. Great choice, everything was so fresh and tasty, and great value. The fresh juice is delicious. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Whenever I’m in this area, I usually make a stop at Jack the Falafel - it’s always a reliable place for a healthy snack/lunch at a decent price. Food is fresh and there are many delicious options!

As you walk in, it feels like you are telephoned to a little Caffè in the woods, with a friendly and welcoming staff, that are there to offer you their best. And the food... the food is amazing! They had a few ingredients that I normally dislike and can ruin my meal, but they gave me the chance to taste what I was going to order, and it all mixed and blended so well, I could not tell. It was DELICIOUS!

The food was lovely and the younger guy who served me was very nice! However, unfortunately, I can’t give it a 5/5. Throughout our stay we overhead constant berating and anger from what I assume is the owner. Even slamming doors and equipment. I can’t tolerate bad treatment of staff!! Luckily the lad was laughing about it, fairly too, because it’s silly that after so many years in the service industry an afternoon rush can provoke such reactions?! Be nicer to your staff. And maybe meditate.

Initially was going to grab some food to takeaway but found it was dog friendly so opted to eat in for a bit of lunch. I’m not usually a big falafel girl, but the falafel served here were so nice. Nice and crispy round the outside and soft inside with great flavour. The hummus was some of the best I’ve tasted. Everything was prepared really well and tasted fresh. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a light bite!

Ducked out of the pouring rain looking for a friendly face and a healthy bite to eat. Was not disappointed on any front!! Had a jackfruit burrito with salad and a soft drink. Cost around £12-13, and the service was friendly and relaxed. waited a short time while another customer's food was being wrapped for takeaway, and my meal arrived shortly after. The burrito was DELICIOUS and the salads just as good! Pretty generous with the salads for the price, and they were varied and wholesome. The burrito, too, was pretty generously filled, not overstuffed, but left me feeling very full and satisfied. I didn't quite manage to finish it all. If I had any criticism at all, it would be that I asked for 'spicy spicy' and the burrito was not particularly hot. Deliciously spiced but lacking a bit of punch. I could have asked for hot sauce, but was too busy enjoying the food to bother! Hard recommend, I will definitely be visiting again, and am looking forward to it! The ambiance of this café feels warm and soul-soothing. The dishes may appear simple, but the care and dedication behind their preparation are clear in the beautiful presentation. A perfect 5 stars all around!

Best jackfruit panini I’ve ever had😌x

We walked past Jack The Falafel at lunchtime ; the food smelt so good that we walked in and ate. We had the Jackfruit burrito and the aubergine panini. The food was delicious, very tasty and filling. We really enjoyed the food that is all vegan ; in particular, one of us has lactose intolerance (as do many UK adults, although they may not have realised it) thus we value food without lactose, which includes all vegan food. The staff were great – very helpful and fun. We will return.

Searched for a falafel place in Bristol and chose this one, and it was even beyond my expectations. All fresh ingredients, rich quality of food and the vibes are just amazing! Will definitely be returning! Btw the saffron tea is on another level not like any herbal tea I’ve had before.

Family of five, we had falafals and salad, the jackfruit burger, smoked tofu panini and veggi breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. Extremely good value for money, great service, lovely restaurant. Not our planned destination for brunch, but we were so pleased to have found it.

My new favourite brunch and lunch spot in Bristol 😍 I was spoilt for choice with the menu but chose the homemade falafel and saffron rice and it was INCREDIBLE !!! Best falafel I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. Also had the carrot, pear & ginger juice and it was so fresh and tasty. A delight for vegan and gluten free food especially. I sat in the sun on the lovely swinging wooden bench- such a cute outside area. Thank you so much Navi, I’ll be back 💚

Unfortunately disappointed after reading the good reviews. I had 6 falafels with salad. Unfortunately, the falafel wasn't good at all: soft and not crispy on the outside, a bit dry on the inside, and covered in far too much sauce. The sauces had a lot of garlic in them, so that you still had the aftertaste of it for 12 hours afterwards.

Perfection! I tried Jackfruit curry. Starting with my first bite, my mind stopped thinking. Until I am finished, I could not think about anything else. This taste is top notch.

This charming establishment is a five star hospitality experience. Located on The Gloucester Road, you will be greeted by a warm, friendly and experienced team who make you feel welcome in the beautifully decorated and spacious Jack The Falafel. The chairs are very comfortable and tables are beautifully polished wood. The food is excellent and affordable and the menu has a wide range of delicious, balanced and complex dishes. Visually the food is vibrant, colourful and artistically presented. The fresh juices are also great. I particularly enjoy the apple and cinnamon juice. I cannot recommend this place enough, it's a delight.

We live over an hour away and drive all the way to Bristol just to come here! On a road with so many awesome vegan restaurants and cafes we always choose Jack the Falafel, the food is insanely tasty, colourful, vibrant and wholesome. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. If you haven't tried it here yet, you're missing out! Such a hidden gem!

I happened upon this place one day and am now a regular. The food is so fresh, tasty and such good value it really is a credit to the owner. The staff are super friendly and will even offer a sample if you are unsure of the menu. This is one of the best places in Bristol and highly recommended.

Literally sat here for hours with a friend and had an amazing burrito 😮 I didn’t know it was mostly vegetarian (I think entirely?) when I walked in. And the made me hesitate cause I’m not always a fan of the veggie substitutes. But this food was not only beautiful, but incredibly delicious and flavourful! Highly recommend! I will be returning 😁

Very cosy place with tasty food and nice people. 🌶️ Falafels, which is unusual for that type of food, have some chilli in it, but it was acceptable amount even for a person as me who is very sensitive to chili.. ☕️ Super tasty baklava, maybe not so healthy because soaked in sugar, but perfect for a guilty pleasure 😋 and coffee also good, tasted as Arabic or a mix of Arabic and Italian 👌

We only stopped for a coffee and therefore didn’t get to try the food. The coffee was a bit slow to arrive and not the best. We sat in the window and admired all the cute plants they have. Good for people watching on Gloucester Road.

Truly Excellent. I was unprepared for the quality of the jackfruit burrito. Everything is freshly prepared (including even the wholesome salad sauces) with love as well as a wealth of knowledge of what is needed to create a truly delicious and nourishing vegan meal. If you're like me and struggle to find the vegan nutrition you need on the go, whilst also wanting something delicious to eat, i highly recommend it. For the nutrition and nourishment you get, it's very good value.

Very tasty vegan food and drinks for reasonable prices. Staff were super friendly with good recommendations and descriptions of everything. They make great falafel and I tried my first baklava there for only £1.50! Just a super chill, cute, little cafe with bird song playing and plant filled windows to let you take a breath and get away from the hustle and bustle of Gloucester road for a moment.

Have been here multiple times and everytime its just absolutely delicious and amazing! The stuff is the best you can get! So friendly, helpful and makes you feel very welcome! Its such a cute place with a natural, vegan approach- just lovely.

Jack the Falafel is by far my favourite Vegan eatery in Bristol. The food is so delicious and creative ( Navi is a genius chef) and the vibes are great with all the array of plants collected by Agata and bohemian furniture. Great customer service, always feel right at home there and so does my dog Magic. Five stars!

This was about half way on my bike ride from Birmingham to Devon. Like to support a vegan cafe so when I saw this I jumped at the chance. Had good coffee and a delicious banana cake. The owners were lovely and pointed out all the cycling themed crockery, artwork and other bits and pieces. Had a great chat. So pleased I found this place!

First time at Jack the falafel and it won't be our last! Great breakfast and lunch menus. We went for early lunch on a Sunday and it was empty. There was nice music and some comfy seats to sit in. We had the iced chai latte which was fantastic! And a fresh juice. To eat; the falafel burger and the falafel flatbread. Both great portions. There was a section at the back to stick up on some basics. You could buy the artwork too!

Have been to Jacks falafel three days in a row because I am obsessed with their food! So so tasty and well made, will definitely be coming back many many more times.

Best falafel and wraps on Gloucester road and Bristol.

Popped in for a mid week lunch and was so impressed. The menu was superb, the food beautifully presented and delicious and the staff were friendly. I had the vegan pancakes and they were the best I have ever tasted. Will be visiting again when in the area, would highly recommend.

Atmosphere was great. Quality of food and drinks did not truly represent the price. Value for money here is very poor. I paid £3.50 for an orange juice and it came in a lowball short glass, i probably had 50ml of orange juice lol.

Picked up a Too good to go Bag from here yesterday. I do not think they were expecting me I was given a small portion of bread , a cheaply made chickpea curry and a small slice of cake I paid £4.50.The bowl was cardboard so leaked in to rucksack on to my jacket, and the rest of the food on way home , it was a mess! I disposed off it when got home and had to clean out rucksack and wash jacket. I have used the Too good to go app on other locations on Gloucester road that are much better value for money and pack the food stuffs appropriately , I will not be going back

Popped in for a spot of lunch, had falafels and chips plus some cake, maybe not the healthiest options but all very nice! good service, the cafe itself is small but welcoming and the staff very friendly. All vegan too so no worries there!
