What can I say apart from #itssausagetime. With their adaptation of an oktoberfest menu it was a no brainier. An absolute feast, the tastiest potato salad i have ever had which complimented the German style sausages with homemade sauces and pickled cucumber. Sooooo fresh. Service was 10/10, just an amazing experience all round.

Okay. I was NOT expecting that. Firstly, the whole ordering experience made me feel like I was part of the crew- I was talked through the menu and it was suggested to order their bratwurst, as a veggie I had to decline until I was made aware they could do the whole meal in a vegan option! I was apprehensive as most vegan ‘meat’ doesn’t live up to expectation- this time was different. I almost had to go back to check it wasn’t really meat- the flavours of the sides perfectly complimented the peppery flavours of the bratwurst. And crispy onion provided a delightful crunch to every bite. Portions were hearty and fed me and all my pals- can’t wait for my next visit. #itssausagetime #bratwurstgirlsummer

My second time at Eatchu, and the food was banging!! I had some Pork Gyoza and some Chicken Katsu curry. Absolutely on point, great taste, good portion sizes and the team cooking were friendly funny, efficient and absolutely wicked guys!! #itssausagetime #bratwürstsummer

From the first email they were so helpful, right through to the absolutely delicious food they made for us. The servings were really generous and the food was a definite highlight of the night! Closed 1.5hrs early 😕 I've eaten here quite a few times for casual meals and celebrations and have enjoyed it. Unfortunately we walked over on a sunny Sunday for dinner at 5:30 and Eatchu had already closed, apparently the previous 2 hours had been quite so they finished for the day. It was a shame, but at least we didn't have a big group with us. Now we know that the opening times can be unreliable. I know it's a food truck, but as it permanently based at Wiper & True it's more like a restaurant, so it's a bit unusual for this to happen.

Really tasty food. The ordering system makes it easy and getting a text to say it's ready makes life much easier. Great place to eat and drink!

First time at Eatchu and utterly stunned - what a find. Absolutely loved the food. We shared mixed veggie gyoza on noodles and some amazing crispy mushrooms which were one of the tastiest things I have eaten in 5 years as a vegetarian. We will be back!

Haven’t tried everything but the chicken dumplings are the best, and the fried chicken is a must have. Order both of those and you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic Japanese-inspired pub food. The spicy noodles with pork gyoza were delicious. My friends loved the vegan curry box and mushroom gyoza. Get the soya egg!

Always have lovely cooked food. This time had great service from Jack and Fraser, who helped me out after I made a mess of my order. They sorted it out pronto. Highly recommended.

Eatchu WAS my favourite takeaway in Bristol, until they exchanged their noodle boxes for rice boxes, which makes no sense at all. The noodle boxes were by far the best - please bring them back! Any old place can offer rice, but your noodles were absolutely banging...

5 stars. Decent vegan options. Easy self service ordering set up. Got the chefs rice which was great for a relatively cheap smaller dish. Was proper tasty.

I had the mushroom rice bowl from the pop-up at Wiper & True taproom in St Judes, and they were both the JUCIEST and the CRISPIEST mushrooms I've had in my life. 10/10

Had our work summer party last Friday that culminated with a pottery session (by the wonderful Potty Mouth Bristol) at the Wiper and True Brewery after being fed by the amazing Eatchu and the food was absolutely DEVINE. Everyone selected a main and then we also had sides scattered throughout the tables, an array of dumplings and absolutely stuning fried chicken - cripsy, hot, saucy, just everything you wanted from fried chicken. For mains I had the Oishii Pork Belly Donburi which was gorgeous cubes of pork belly, but I also tried the Crispy Karaage Mushroom Donburi rice bowl and the mushroom karaage was done perfectly, cripsy on the outside with delicious juicy mushroom inside. Food came out at a really impressive speed considering there were around 30 of us there! Very impressive experience, great food. Would highly recommend either if you find yourself at Wiper & True or you're planning a reasonably large get together! Thank you Eatchu!

Wow, the guys at Eatchu treated me like they had known me their whole lives. Pat, Sam, and Sujan are stellar guys that the world needs more of, and the food they gave me made me feel like a human again after a night of punishment from alcohol. Give those gentlemen a raise immediately.

30 min wait for food with no warning when ordering. Burnt , dry chicken pieces that come with no sauce. Would not recommend.

Excellent food truck - goes great with the Wiper and True beer. Gyoza and rice bowls were both to die for; we’ll be back to W&T at least half because of this spot :)
