TomTom’s Burger Mania ltd in Kettering

This used to be the best burger place in all of Kettering, however since the change of ownership, the place has gone downhill.

This is a small business, who had taken over from another person, who we had ordered from previously and was superb, so no reason to think that we would expect anything less. However tonight was absolutely vile! We ordered some cheesy chips, they took ages to get our order ready and when they did, it was far from edible! The man had used a heat gun to melt??? the chips. They cost £4 each, which is absurd. My partner had asked for the money back which totalled £12 for 3 portions. He refused to give a full refund and said "that's not how we work here" then offered my partner a partial refund, he was very ignorant, my partner suggested half of the refund, to which he accepted. But we have had to come home hungry, as everywhere else was too busy or not something our children may eat.

Got the blue cheese with bacon burger and wowza! Seriously reccomend these guys!

Shocking, never arrived. Extremely late and could not get through to them to check thr progress of the delivery. Waste of time

Absolutely amazing food and always with the freshest ingredients. Outs5anding customer service and always a treat to eat here. I look forward to food whenever i can from Tom as he ways surpasses my expectations.

Proper state this place. No idea how they got a 5 star hygiene rating, they must be handing them out these days. Ask your mother to cook you a burger because these guys will put you off them for life. Worst of all the owner stole a community bleed kit! Hopefully this place doesn’t hang around too long it’s spoiling the town Center.

2 hrs late. Dry. Cold. Absolutely terrible. 1st and last time ordering

Ordered my food, took my money. 1 hour and 20 minutes later cancelled my order because they couldn’t get a delivery driver. Why take money and advertise you can deliver. Looking on here there are many reviews with the similar issue. Shocking, and no way to run a company.

2nd order in a week and a half .first one was extremely late. 2nd order late!! food is beyond mediocre. 14 pound for a burger that's put together worse than a macdonalds worker ready to quit !! We will not be ordering from again .

Really bad since the new owners took over, tonight it took more then 2 hours to deliver some food, order needed to be ready at 19:18 3 drivers went for it and nearly at 20:00pm was still not ready for collection and drivers keep rejecting the order, bag attitude from the staff that was working there, not recommended, unprofessional staff and bad behaviour!

I ordered food for delivery around 7pm, and it was meant to arrive between 8:10-8:30, still nothing by 8:45, I try contacting the restaurant, and nothing, it is now 9:25pm, and I looked online, they closed at 9pm. So it appears, they just decided screw it, din't bother finishing the deliveries and went home instead. Don't waste your time for delivery, because they are closed, I'm not even sure I'll get my money back.

Highly recommend ...amazing burgers...the salad was delicious and very tasty everythinbg was lovely and fresh, the portions sizes were very good too .. everything was made fresh.to order which is awesome..but if its busy you may have a little wait ....well worth it. ...but if you want it for a lunch time break or specific time ,.worth reordering .. . I will definitely be back 😋

Fantastic burger, cooked fresh from mince. Really tasty and very filling. Chips were crispy and a huge portion.

Went to Burger Mania today and had the Bacon and Cheese Burger. It was fantastic and the service was really good. Definitely the best burger I've had locally and the prices were really reasonable. Ill definitely be going back soon.

Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed! The best burgers in Kettering by a long shot with friendly service. We had the cheese & bacon and chicken burgers which were amazing. The chips were decent too. Will be seeing you again soon!

I need to admit, I was a bit sceptical when I've ordered it for the first time as there is no really good burgers at Kettering at all. Average, it's what you expect in here, however Burger Mania changed my opinion on this. Oh my gods, this place brings the faith back to Kettering. I will see you soon!

The burgers are freshly prepared which means a 20 minute wait but Roman the proprietor prides himself on the culinary experience being wondrous and tasty. Great Vegan options too. I have been impressed with how Roman experiments with condiment ideas. There is also Somersby Cider and Brooklyn on tap. A nice outdoor area to consume food and drink with ambitions to develop the area further. A visit here between Wednesday and Sunday will really make your day. Forget Fast Food. Go for quality!
