I was here tonight at Knowle Toby, on 1st September, with my family. We are regular users of Sutton Coldfield park Toby, which has now closed, and Knowle. The meals tonight were not up to the usual standard. with roast potatoes that were hard not cooked enough but the most disappointing thing was the roast beef which I always eat and so does my Granddaughter. The meat was full of gristle and tough as old boots. I have eaten at Toby for many years and always had beef which has always been melt in the mouth tender. We were very disappointed on this occasion. The waitress (cant remember her name) and service were good as usual.

Meat great potatoes as in roast too hard think left under lamp too long. Cauliflower cheese needs more sauce didn’t taste of anything bland. Skin on gravy was off putting

Spur of the moment visit for breakfast. Nice welcome from staff & helpfull. Atmosphere was typical Toby. No issues. Plenty of choice, eat as much as you like, as always there is a risk of quantity/ quality, but this is usually down to luck as to when freshly cooked items come out of the kitchen. Overall, not bad, reasonable price, happy enough.

I couldn’t find a voucher for a discount for my birthday received from Toby, there obviously was nothing they could do, however Ash the manager though extremely busy took time to explain, plus we were looked after by Paige who was excellent without being intrusive

Came with some friends for a couple of hours. Curtis was amazing on bar, service was awesome. Will be coming around again.

Came down for some food over the weekend and was delighted with the service provided by angel. Very polite and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely come again

Family 17th birthday meal, 10 of us went. We were early but staff were polite and asked if we’d be happy getting a drink while they finished setting the table. All drink orders spot on, bar staff friendly and very busy! We were shown to our table by our waitress Ellie, she talked us through the menus and helped with any questions. Most of us had the carvery which was as always delicious!! Ellie checked on our table throughout our meal, offering drinks and checking we had everything we needed. After food we had a birthday cake brought out and various staff came out to sing happy birthday which was lovely!! Birthday cake brought from home and Ellie was very professional, explaining about health and safety with the use of knives for cutting the cake. Thank you to all the team especially Ellie, for making my daughter’s birthday memorable. Definitely recommend and very happy with our service xxx

There were half a dozen tables occupied at most when we arrived. There was one girl behind the bar and half a dozen serving staff plus a scruffy looking guy who presumably was the duty manager. It took 5 minutes for someone to notice us stood by the 'wait here to be seated' sign, 2 servers walked straight past us. We were shown a table and then 10 minutes later, a server asked us if we wanted a drink. She took our drinks order and went away before returning to say there would be a delay on the drinks as there was only one person behind the bar. There were 3 servers stood to one side idly gossiping and complaining about a card reader that wasn't working. Eventually the cappuccino arrived , it was cold and the orange juice and lemonade which was flat - a perfect start. The server asked is if we were having carvery and when we said and we would order off the menu, she audibly sighed. We ordered two yorkshire wraps which come with a side of roast potatoes. A few minutes went past and the server returned again to tell us that there were no yorkshire wraps left and then she stopped talking. No apology. No offer of what can I get you instead. Just stopped talking and stood there looking at us. I almost said "ram it up your...." and stormed out but instead I just assumed that Toby staff training did not extend to customer service. We ordered a sandwich each which comes with a side salad. The sandwiches arrived. One sandwich consisted of 2 slices of white bread, curled up at the corners where the sandwich had been sat under the hot pass. Between the bread was some bits of pork and some bits of lettuce and that was it, nothing else. The other sandwich consisted of 2 slices of white bread, curled up at the corners where it had been sat under the hot pass. Between the bread was some bits of turkey which was bone dry, some bits of gammon and a few bits of limp, warm lettuce. There was no mayo, no garnish, nothing at all. Neither sandwich was accompanied by the side salad detailed in the menu. The sandwich just sat there on a huge dinner plate and there is no way in this world that a trained chef would deem that presentation as appropriate or appealing. We took a couple of bites of the sandwich but then left them as they were dry and just dreadful. The server came over and my partner said that the sandwiches were supposed to come with side salads as stated in the menu. Without saying a word she went off and came back a few minutes later and said, "if you want the side salads you are supposed to specify that when you order." The server was maybe 16 years old and the attitude she delivered this line with nothing short of ugly. Instead of launching into a tirade of abuse, we paid and left. Knowle is an expensive place to live but the Toby Carvery is arguably the rudest, most incompetent, eating experience we have experienced in a long time. No-one, not a single member of staff redeemed the visit. The server was rude and untrained. Whoever made the sandwiches should be sent back to washing the pots and whoever oversees the quality and delivery needs to get a job washing cars because they do not know the first thing about customer service. Shockingly bad, beyond words bad, almost laughably bad. It's a 'no'by to Toby!!

Booked for Mother’s Day. We had 3 late additions & we couldn’t all be accommodated on one table. I had requested if possible to have tables close together. When we arrived they had managed to put us all on one table. This was fantastic & we had a lovely family dinner. Thank you.

We often visit this restaurant as a family and can’t fault the service we receive. The staff are friendly, professional and have a great understanding of the dietary requirements of those of us with coeliacs disease. To ensure the risk of cross contamination is reduced, our lovely waitress took our orders to the kitchen for our meals to be prepared. The portion sizes we were served were incredibly generous. Whilst dining, we overheard another customer complaining loudly and relentlessly about the portion size of the rice pudding. The young waitress, Maddie, who was serving the other customer was brilliantly polite and patient as she spoke with him. She should be highly commended for her professionalism. We look forward to visiting this restaurant again soon.

We went for breakfast with our local friends in knowle at Toby ( Wilson’s arms) it has a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in .. very pleasant professional staff .. everything in order .. the breakfast station very tidy and well organised.. delicious food .. lovely hot coffee .. seating area very smart and private .. a really good system here with such lovely respectful staff

This was our first visit to Toby Carvery in Knowle, and we were made to feel very welcome by servers, especially Eileen. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the food was fresh and tasty. Also great value during half term.

Had lovely Sunday dinner here, good choice of Roast meats, Yorkshire pudding, Stuffing and good selection of vegetables. Gravy very nice. Staff welcoming and friendly. Restaurant clean and tidy. Food could be warmer but otherwise food was lovely.

The carvery deck looked very appealing, all the vegetables looked and tasted fresh and all the food was perfectly cooked, I was shown to a table by a lovely young woman who was very polite and jolly, I believe her name was Natalie. The carvery was very busy but whenever I asked for anything it was promptly delivered to me with a smile

We visit The Wilsons Arms in Knowle frequently. It has recently been renovated and it looks fresh on the inside with new carpets, furniture and decor. There was a 50% off the carvery offer which enabled my wife and I to have 2 meals and drinks for £18, which is considerably cheaper than other restaurants in our area. The portions of meat were of a generous size, and you can have as much vegatables and gravy as you want. The waitress's name was Charlotte and she was great. I noticed that she had good interaction with all the customers in her section. Highly recommended.

2nd visit in a week. Refurb looks lovely. Both visits we had really good meals. Staff very attentive. Matt the manager is a really friendly guy and the rest of the team very welcoming. Highly recommend. Be back soon.

I visited on Sunday with the family, the table was right next to the entrance, we were tucked away behind a glass screen. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall, there was a brown stain of some kind of liquid that had run down from the ceiling and there were that many cobwebs above our heads. We arrived early at 12 so that the food would be nice and fresh, however, it was baked up, dry and just not that good. The menu for kids is very limited, no chips to go with their meals so no good if you don't like roast potatoes with your chicken nuggets. Definitely not good value for money. The only plus point was Andrea who served us.

Staff were very helpful,unfortunately the breakfast was poor,not even a sausage on display!beans and tomatoes only warm,no black pudding,or a variety of items to choose from

Took my wife and our 2 grandkids who we don’t see much of due to them both being at University Never again will we use the Toby Carvery atKnowle Food was Luke warm at best had to ask the staff to warm them up in the microwave Vegetables were over cooked the gravy was congealed Not the sort of service you expect especially when you are treating the grandchildren The only positive is that the staff were very friendly

We called here on Wednesday afternoon after clearing out my aunt’s house in readiness for the sale without reserving a table & were able to get seated quickly. We were looked after by Charlotte, who was very friendly, helpful, & quite humorous, just what we needed after the morning that we had endured. The carvery was good, the food hot, but not baked up, the meat plentiful & nicely cooked, & we could have as much or as little as we wanted. As I have said, just what we needed at the time.

Visited first time as we have just moved to the area - dull, in need of refurbishment, dirty tables and tasteless wine! Nobody in the bar area only a few blokes who was swearing - not a nice place to relax.

Met up with a friend I hadn't seen in 18 months for lunch, we both had carvery,the plates were cold we were given 1 slice of meat I asked for more and was given half a slice of wafer thin turkey.The veg consisted of roast potatoes, mash, carrots, peas,cauliflower and backed onions all well over cooked and dry looked like they had been there a while.When we had finished the waitress asked if we wanted pudding we said no so she said "just the bill then" we said no we wanted more drinks. She came back 4 times in 25minutes to ask if we wanted the bill making us feel we had overstayed our welcome.The toilets were dirty and smelt and the flush broken on 1.Won't be back

We went for the breakfast buffet but the server didn't bother to tell us that due to a gas fire malfunction, there were no eggs. There was no white bread either. We still got charged full price. Oh and don't bother with the hash browns or Yorkshire pudding either, unless you like your food stuffed jam-packed with onions.

First time out for a carvery in over 18 months and we had a wonderful meal. Staff were really helpful and welcoming especially our server Elaine. Will definitely be returning again soon.

We come to the carvery all the time, but for some reason every time we come in a waitress makes snide comments to other members off staff about us saying things like (Take one for the team) or (Why always on my shift). One of the days she was serving us, it took 15 mins for our food to be transported to the table and she didn’t even ask us how our food was, yet she had plenty of time to ask everyone else around us ?. Another occasion was when a different lady served us, she was very polite and we was finished with our meal, fully paid for, as we went to leave the other woman stopped us abruptly/aggressively saying “Have you paid” then shouted at the colleague “HAVE THEY PAID” I don’t understand this woman’s problem. The waitress constantly serves us upon entry check in, she would check people infront of us in then when she sees us walk in, roll her eyes and make a snide comment to a colleague.

We had a great welcome as soon as we stepped inside and were taken to a table by Charlotte who proved to be our server for the evening and she was superb at all times, we could not have asked for any better service and attention. Our meals were served up by a very jovial chef and we were able to choose what and how much we wanted and it was taken to our table. Whilst dining on a delicious carvery .there was an instance of a family with there children running uncontrolled by parents who seemed to think it was acceptable behaviour .all around the place .The young manageress tried to control the incident camly and well .to be met by a barrage of what seemed like unnecessary abuse and threatening behaviour .totally unwarranted. She still managed to serve our table with both a smile and a caring nature .What a true professional.

It has been a long time since we were last here due to the pandemic & when we visited, it was much quieter than it used to be. However that is possibly a combination of people still being a little reluctant to go out & also the attraction of the football on television. That said we were welcomed back like old friends by our server, Charlotte, who remembered us from previous visits. All of the staff were really friendly. Due to pandemic restrictions, the staff behind the food counter put the food on your plate & the servings were huge. The food itself was very tasty, hot & very good valve. There was a noticeable reduction in the number of tables due to the pandemic & all in all, Toby seem to be doing everything right to provide good valve food, etc.. Keep up the good work

Arrived at nearly 8 pm at Knowle Toby Carvery without booking and did not except to be served. However, I received fist-class service from Lydia and Jack who showed me the meat options available and took my order: carvery, dessert and two drinks. My family and I visited last Friday lunchtime. We were a little worried as it was our first visit after lockdown. It was wonderful to see Elaine, our previous waitress still there from our last visit. Our worries were soon put at ease by Elaine's professionalism as she explained everything to us and nothing was too much trouble. Was a bit worried what it would be like since you can't help yourself. Cannot fault. I asked for a weird combination, server didn't bat an eyelid. Food was carried to our table. Server sanitised his hands after each table. Staff were excellent, food was excellent, and premises had clearly been well thought out during this difficult time. Wd are not local, travelled 40 miles, but wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

It may not be as good as a Sunday roast you cook yourself, but it's still well prepared, is on your plate quicker than you could peel the potatoes and is great value when you don't have the time or inclination to cook. Selection of meats was very good and roast potato's crisp. The green veg tended to be limp, but difficult to get buffet veg cooked as well as home cooked.

Had a table right by the window, nice view out to Knowle High Street.We were served by Elaine who was very friendly and efficient.Had to fill out a form with a choice of meats, vegetables etc rather than go up and pick your own due to COVID measures.Food was delicious as it always is when we’ve been here, I had the Turkey and Gammon, along with Yorkshire Pudding, Veg and roast potatoes and I couldn’t fault it. Also had a 50% off voucher, so excellent value for money.

Today we met up as a small group, got attention to hygiene and social distancing. The meal offer is the usual Carvery for beef, pork or gammon. The chef is clearly an expert in carving meat so thin you can almost see through it, no one want meat to the excess but when asked to add more the body language was quite negative. Perhaps the answer is to charge a more realistic price and cut accordingly. Not a great fan of Carvery restaurants and this experience confirms.

It is now time to knock this one down and start again. Other Toby carveries have managed to maintain standards but not this one. I have noticed that it has been looking a bit "tired" for quite a while now but it is now really falling apart. We have to feel sorry for the people that work here, I am sure that they are doing their best but when the ceiling is falling in on them, LITERALLY, what can they do?? The food is still good and the service is still with a smile but honestly, I cannot see how they manage to hold their heads up... Come on guys, spend a bit of time and money on this place and give the staff something to be proud of again. It was always a 5/5 before but not any more..

Visited today for Sunday lunch, ok things are very different and strange at the moment, but have always enjoyed our visit here.Went up to get our carvery meal and we just wanted Turkey well to say there was just the carcus left is an understatement. We kindly asked for a fresh Turkey to be answered with a very rude comment from the misserable Chef.I am sure he wouldn't have eaten it or found it acceptable.Our waitress on the other hand was lovely.Ido not enjoy writing negative comments but we were disgusted by his attitude towards us.

We booked a table at this Toby which we have used a few times before, it was almost empty and we were led to a table with a loudspeaker directly above our headsI politely asked the waitress if we could move to another table because we preferred not to sit underneath the loudspeaker and she went off and brought the manager He wasn’t very pleased that we had asked to move but took us to the ‘only other available table’ in an empty pub even thought there was only two of usThen he gave us a time limit and said he wanted the table back within that time although he could have used the table that we had leftWe just carried on and had our meal, the Carvery was good but small, they have to serve you now so the food was limited I ordered a pudding and when it came it was nothing like the way it was described on the menu...banofee pudding with chocolate sauce instead of toffee...it was absolutely nothing like the menu description and the staff just didn’t careSo although we have used this Toby quite a few times before and taken friends with us on at least four occasions we will not be using it again

The best Toby Carvery ever! Everything was really nice, beef, ham, Yorkshire’s (soft & tasty) mash...best roasties, lashing of gravy....really nice! Didn’t notice I was eating cauliflower....it was so good! Even allowed many roasties! Keep up this standard...it was brilliant! 😃

Staff were under pressure and did their best in terms of service. I ordered a cappuccino which we sent back as was basically just milk. Thankfully we were not charged for this. As we arrived towards the end of the breakfast serving time our meal consisted of extremely dried out breakfast foods as they had been under the heater. The hash browns were the worst of the foods on offer. Some of our sausages were fresh, while others also very dried out. We would not eat here again for breakfast.

Had a family day out to Knowle and my Mrs reserved us at your venue for 6pm. Sadly there was a technical issue and our booking didn't show on the system, the manager, I think his name was Jack was extremely professional and attentive. He was able to sort us out a table and even got us a highchair even before we could ask for one. Food was lovely and such a great ambiance for a Wednesday evening with the family. The manager checked in on us every so often and even offered to bring a plastic plate for our daughter, even though it was busy and we could clearly see him busy as a bee.The only downside to the carvery is it's location, had it been based in Birmingham I would have offered the great manager a job at my venue because of his great hospitality skills and professionalism. People like him are why the public enjoy going out and why as a manager from the hospitality industry I'm proud to have met him.Next time I'm in town will certainly be back and would hope to bump into the manager.CheersDeputy GM

The menu may well be cut back but who goes to a carvery for anything else. The carvery was excellent and thanks to Jemma for looking after us so well.

Fantastic Sunday lunch. We come here quite often as it’s so good. We missed coming during lockdown. The food was amazing as always and the cookie dough sundae was gorgeous. Great social distancing measures in place so felt very safe coming here to eat. Charlotte looked after us really well, she was attentive without being intrusive. Make sure Charlotte has a large wine at the end of her shift as she more than deserves it.

Was greeted nicely by the manager himself ‘Jason’. It was great to see him implementing the social distancing, I tell you something the cauli cheese was absolutely fandabidozey. Will definitely be returning here, can’t forget to say that pint of Guinness touched the spot. :)

Jenna was great, efficient quick with drinks, very friendly. Had two meals during our visit to the area. First chef was friendly with good portions of well cooked food, excellent meats good veg, especially the cauliflower. Second chef was less friendly, small meat portions and dried up vegetables. More consistent portioning, and staff training needed, certainly less consistent than other Toby Carvery establishments we have visited.

I travelled a long distance to celebrate a birthday with family, the meal was medoicre, the beef average, gravy tastless, the soft drinks watered down as no one changed the refills in the machine. Standard Toby Carvery experience which cost me over £60.Euro Car Parks sent me a penalty notice for £50 for parking as a customer in the carpark.That's life? Let the Buyer Beware?I guess so however....Toby Carvery do not flag this on their website or any sign by the door of the pub. So the casual visitor has no idea that Euro Car Parks administer the carpark or the possiblity of parking penalities, espically when parking in the dark. There are no illuminated signs, likewise there is nothing in the menus reminding the visitor that the car park is managed by Euro Car Parks.Despite the heartfelt tearful apology from Toby Carvery which is bound to follow this, I think it is grossly unfair and a scam to make money, but in reality........do we really expect Toby Carvery to act differently? Of course not!!So......save your money and go to a proper pub next time...I will.

Decided to have a family meal here last Sunday. The waitress was really friendly, helpful and a lovely sense of humour. Was not impressed with gobby chef who in front us shouted at the guy doing the carvery “Portion control, portion control, I lost £130 last week through portion control” The guy doing the carvery was really pleasant and served up a reasonable portion of meat not at all excessive or needing this sort of rude outburst in front of paying customers. I think the gobby guy needs some man management and customer service training!

This place isn't far from Birmingham airport so we stopped off for a late lunch before checking in to our airport hotel. Food was standard carvery and all well cooked with plenty of vegetables to choose from, I particularly enjoyed the onion gravy which I haven't seen at other Toby restaurants. We hadn't pre-booked but were welcomed and seated very quickly.

Visited on Thursday the 27th for lunch, it was busy but we still got a seat, the chef carving the meats was friendly and professional, I went large and had one of each of the meats, all cooked perfectly, pipping hot and moist, veg and extras we’re tasty too, topped off with the famous Toby gravy, waitress Emily was busy but nothing was too much trouble, even thou we were full, Emily recommended desserts, as we were having such a good time we ordered ice cream, thanks Toby for a great lunch and thanks Emily for looking after my family, will definitely be returning.

Visit to the Carvery and very disappointed. Most of the vegetables were luke warm or cold, roast potatoes charred and the tray of stuffing was nothing more than dried bits. I requested more stuffing only to be told that was all they had available. Gravy almost empty, and roast vegetables virtually all gone so I had to ask for them to be replenished. All this was around 12.10 when you would expect everything to be hot and fresh. People on the table next to ours also complaining. We informed the waitress about the situation and all we got was a response that fresh vegetables had been put out and we could help ourselves to more. But of course all too late. No apology, and the manager didn't make an appearance. One of the menus on the table was covered in something brown and sticky. Have dined regularly at this Toby over the years but each time we go it gets a bit worse. Today's carvery was so bad we won't be going back.

Visit on Monday with family for my husband's birthday.It isn't as good as it was. We all chose two meats but portions were very meagre. They have certainly cut down, would much rather they charged a little more and served decent portions.We recommended going there but certainly won't be doing that again. Vegetables luke warm.

Good meal overall! Staff friendly and always a good meal and value for money! Interior was a little dated and tired!

Nice hot food. Lovely staff. The only let down in this place is the toilets. Long over due an upgrade. Smell damp and carpet has mould on it. Been like this for a while. Come on Toby, time to sort it out!

Needed to be at the NEC for a show, had a bit of time to kill before it opened so decided to go for breakfast. Was greeted with a warm welcome and advised where everything was located. I ordered my vegetarian sausages and did not have to wait to long for them to be cooked, the food was of good quality plenty of it and hot, would recommend a visit

My wife paid for £1.20 for 2 hours parking over lunch and, returning to her car just 20 minutes late, now has a £50 fine. Pretty nasty. However I will ensure I reclaim the £50 by not coming to the pub for a good while. I understand the need to keep office people away but sending out fines to someone who paid and was only a few minutes late is money grabbing, no question about it.

It's an annual event for us to pop in here as we are not local & were in the area to attend a girls' football match at a nearby school. We only had time to pop in for a Saturday morning cup of tea but managed a quick game of darts as well. We were made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble & Jason the manager is excellent. We were hoping to pop in for lunch after the game but it was a very muddy pitch so we decided against it, maybe next year? Many thanks to Jason & the team.

We decided today not to return to the Toby Carvery at Knowle, but to, in future, go to other Toby Carverys despite a little travelling distance. The main person behind the Carvery counter in Knowle cuts the meat so thin you could see through it! Being given such a paltry portion of meat spoils an otherwse nice meal. This wafer thin carving had happened too many times now.

I haven’t been to a Toby Carvery for about 7 years. Tastes very bland, the veg taste frozen and there is no tastes to the gravy frozenpotatoes not crispy

We have been to this carvery many times but not recently untl today. We felt that the previous high standard had slipped badly . THe meat was good but a rather small amount put on our plates,the vegetables were dried up and the gravy hardly warm and lumpy.Service from the waitress was however good and we mentioned our complaint and she said that she had asked for the veg to be replaced. On a final note the crockery looked dingy and worn and definitely needs replacing.

Had a fair meal today but tiny slivers of meat and no parsnips. I asked for just the lamb but got the same amount of meat as i would get if i asked for two different meats. It was satisfactory but that was all. The treacle sponge was no bigger than half the size of an iphone but it was rich so was more than adequate.

I went to Toby Carvery in Knowle for my birthday (Nov) with my daughter having recently moved to the area.

really enjoyed our meal here, the food was hot, and tasty, with alot of veg choices, clean and cosy. excellent service from Sal our carver and our two servers, Emily p and Andrea. will be returning and will highly recommend.

This is the best Cravery you can find. Hot and good food. Very pleasant staff but sometimes nit enough of them. Cheap drinks and always busy.

A group of us who are on a local charity committee meet up once a year for an "off duty" meal. A year ago this month we went to theToby Carvery in Knowle and had a very good meal, but the review I wrote gave 4 stars rather than 5 due to the rather shabby state of the place. Well, we went again a year later to the day and, while once again the carvery was delicious - four choices of meat, cooked to perfection, vegetables ditto and piping hot, alas the place is STILL shabby, indicating that little if anything has been done in the intervening year to smarten it up. Dodgy-looking electrics (round pin sockets?!), a large tear in the carpet (if anyone were to trip I'm sure M&B; would be found to be in breach of Health & Safety legislation for failing to maintain floor coverings) and the gents' toilet was DISGUSTING! One urinal leaking with the water trailing into the cubicle, which I had to flush before I could use it; after use it took FOUR attempts to get it to flush and the room itself was in a real state. Come on, M&B;, close the place for a long-overdue refurb and reopen it when you've spent some money on it! Staff and customers deserve better than this!

My wife and I and 2 friends had previously ate here about 3 years ago so decided to try it again. A vast improvement - we were served by a delightful smiley young lady called Andrea and received excellent service. The food was good too but our previous poor review was about the service. Now - could not fault it and you can now book your table . Happy to now recommend this place after receiving such good service from a very smiley and pleasant Andrea - she is a great Ambassador for this restaurant.

I dislike being asked to leave as soon as I have eaten. This has gone down a LOT, in my opinion. First time this has EVER happened to me. I hadn't even finished my drink!

Great time, we took 2 grandchildren aged 7 and 5 years. The breakfast was excellent, the children liked picking their own food with a little help, and Santa topped off a good morning. Plenty of parking, and friendly staff. Will go again without the grandchildren.

Absolutely appalling. I would not advise anyone to book here for December 2020. Our table for 3 adults and 2 children was booked for 2pm. We arrived at 1.45pm to make sure we were in time, we shouldn't have bothered. We weren't seated until 2.55pm. I approached the waiter seating people and on the 2nd occasion was ignored to the point where I asked could he not see me. Upon being seated we were informed 2 of the starters weren't available! The main meal itself was awful. Fatty roast beef, dry Turkey, hard cauliflower with supposed creamy cheese!

we had booked a table for 2-15 but didnt get seated till 3pm all starters and pudding were pre booked there were two starters they hadnt got there was a long que to get carvery also the service was bad they werent organisized at all its a shame as the food is normaly good
