Stumbled across this place next to the opticians and needed to kill time. Only popped in for a drink and was greeted by lovely staff who offered a broad range of drinks including smoothies and milkshakes and special lattes. The lady recommended a milkshake and I chose the pineapple milkshake. Sounds like an odd choice but this was the best milkshake I’ve ever had. It was perfectly creamy and icy and the pineapple almost made it taste like caramel or something from my childhood. If I could drink this every day for dessert I would. I hope they are open the next time I find myself in the area

Great little deli with selection of international ingredients - just what's needed in Teddington. Love the recipe of the week using instore ingredients. Coffee is delicious too!

Small menu and some items not available. But food we had was good. Slightly slow to serve which wouldn't have mattered if we didn't have limited time. Would go back

Much prefer to support the independent businesses... Toast however is a little characterless and feels soulless. From the other reviews I was expecting a warm welcome but no, barely a smile . Coffee ok and pleased to see Oat Milk available ... at a premium, but I do understand they have to make a charge. Sadly no Wi-Fi either so as i’d popped in to do some work I’ll need to pop elsewhere.

This family run cafe is a delight, with friendly staff. The freshly cooked food comes from a small but interesting breakfast and brunch menu. Cakes and chutneys are locally sourced (and delicious) and there is an effort to be as ecologically sound as possible.

What a friendly little spot, so welcoming and smiley for so early in the morning. Not sure if the the young lady who served me was from Australia or New Zealand but she really make my day and was great with my young son. Fantastic coffee too, I've told my friends in Teddington to only go here for coffee. MBW x

Myself and my brother have become regulars at Toast over the past few weeks. I first tried their tuna salad sandwich on sourdough bread which was lovely. I think I had three in a week! I’ve yet to try their breakfasts but i’ve seen other peoples and it looks amazing. The menu is also extremely tempting. Their sourdough toast is the real deal and I often get a couple of slices to go of a morning. If you do pay a visit, you need to try their chocolate brownies! They are absolutely gorgeous. Lastly, big shout out to Jane who works there, she is so lovely, hard working and friendly. Thank you Toast!

Visited for brekkie and a coffee, was warmly greeted and had a selection of delightful sounding plates to choose from on the menu. Prices were more than reasonable considering the location, setting and clear care that has gone into this cafe. We had the sausage, bacon and scrambled egg on toast, which came on sourdough with vine tomatoes and mushrooms, and fruit compote porridge. The food was delicious, beautifully presented (insta worthy), and came within minutes. The cooked breakfast in particular was great value, considering £5.95 for a hearty serving. Kind, welcoming service and good coffee topped it off, along with brownie samples and a banana muffin (which we couldn’t resist!) We will definitely be visiting again.

Firstly I just wanted to say looks can be deceiving, what this cafe lacks in character it makes up for in customer service and quality of food. I only popped in the other day as I was passing and the coffee was delicious. I kept coming back each morning as the coffee was better than most of the ‘Headline’ coffee shops. Then one day I decided to try the carrot cake.. Game changer! From then on I tried each cake and the sandwiches. Hats off the chef here, she’s amazing. I’m sat here now writing a review and the lovely lady serving even remembered my coffee order from last time. 5 Stars for toast, you have me as a regular now.

Toast is a great addition to the independent cafes in Teddington. Excellent coffee, simple but delicious meal options (LOVE the creamy mushrooms on toast), fab cake.

I visited Toast on Saturday for breakfast with a friend, and had a great time. The food was DELICIOUS (if in doubt, go with the Veggie), beautifully cooked. Great portion size and so well priced for the area. Cosy and ecofriendly, top marks.

Great match day pub just off the main drag! This pub is a bit tucked away from the main Twickenham High Street, which makes it a real find—especially on rugby match days. It gets busy, but the vibe is great and it’s a top spot for meeting up with a group. The large parking area is a real bonus, making it easy to gather pre- or post-match without battling the usual High Street crowds. There’s an outdoor bar area that really helps keep the drinks flowing when it’s packed, so service stays pretty quick even when it’s busy. Just a heads-up: the toilets are down a fairly steep set of stairs at the back, so that’s worth bearing in mind if accessibility is a concern. Ideal for a more laid-back pre-match pint!
