3 phone calls and 2 hours later my food arrived to me…… food was cold, wasn’t even cooked properly! Wouldnt recommend at all!

Had a pizza and chips from here after an event at the cricket club. Was absolutely gorgeous, and the garlic mayo dip was the best I've ever had! 😋

I would've given a better review but we only received half the order. Missing two portions of chips and two cans of Pepsi. Very disappointing.

I love this place. Food is always tasty and hot.

Friday evening so it is understandable to take a while but it was well over the estimate (nearly 1hr 30 in the end) I understand that the timing is an estimate but this wasn't even close. Food was great but would be better to refuse order if they couldn't fulfill so we could purchase elsewhere. We would have still ordered from them on a quieter night.

50 minutes it took. large lamb kebab £9.60. Small chicken kebab £6.00. They used a small pitta bread for both kebabs and chunks of lamb and chicken that didn't fill a small pitta bread. disappointed

Please say you are unable to deliver. If the delivery time is going to be over 1/2 an hour. We had a young girl waiting for over two hours for her tea. We could have made other arrangements and maybe used your services another time. Now even though food was good we will not order again!!!

Burgers were nice but the kebab was terrible. For over £8 I got one stale pitta cut open with 3 dried and tasteless supposed kofta and a separate, poor excuse for salad in a bag. Massively overcharged for what that was. Chips reheated frozen ones that were stone cold.

Very poor service... delivery stated between 20.35 and 20.55... at 20.50 app said enjoy your food. Contacted the restaurant at 21.10, was told driver will be with you in 6 to 7 mins.... food turned up at 21.30hrs... chips was barely warm... not happy at all with service.

Ordered a cheese and tomato pizza as I’m vegetarian and they had hidden pepperoni under the cheese. Very upsetting!

Driver couldn't find the house on the main road even though clearly labelled, food was inedible- barely cooked hard fries, soggy onion rings and stale kebab sent with a pinch of salad. Ended up binning the lot. Will not be ordering from here again.

The lamb shish was just fat, the rest of the food we ordered wasn't great either

I used to eat from here regularly but last time i went in the shop looked tired and grubby. When i got home checked food rating on council website and they now only have a rating of 1. Will not be ordering from here again.

Kebabs were amazing , however the doner meat tray was cold and my son said some of his chips were almost frozen

Chips were too greasy, order was late, man rang buzzer after I left a note saying not to (He was lovely though) and my kids are in bed

Got delivered the wrong food, when calling to advise we had the wrong delivery. Had a very rude male on the phone who hung up on my twice without letting me know. Poor food and poor customer service

Only 5 pieces of chicken per small kebab. Given mint yogurt when we ordered garlic mayo for 2 out of 3 kebabs ordered. Garlic bread last time we ordered from tj's was a good 5 to 6 inches long, what we got today was 3 inches at most. Said as we were ordering on just eat that there would be free bottle of coke for orders over £25. We were just shy of £40 rang up to ask where the bottle was and were told they haven't done that for 2 years (false advertising me thinks). 1st and last time ordering from aylestone tj's will give fullHurst avenue another try, but today there kebabs were unavailable so had to try elsewhere. Definitely feel let down.

Kebab tasty as ever. Garlic bread was cold, chicken strips smelled burnt. Not the usual quality we get from this restaurant. And app marked the meal as delivered 5 mins before it got here

I order now from TJ's about once a week or so, the spicy chicken kebab is the best I've had anywhere, the delivery times are longer than most other places but the food is worth waiting for!

Bad quality, never read notes on order, delivery an hour late

Pitta bread rock hard and chicken had a dry powdery flavouring on it

was later than 5 minutes, they marked the food delivered 20 minutes before it was even delivered. Must’ve been around a 2 hour wait time even though the place is a 10 minute drive away from my house. first time i called the restaurant they put the phone down and the food quality is mid. The salad is very dry, the chips are completely plain and soggy and all food is cold.

Food arrived very quickly and was piping hot, friendly delivery driver. Portion sizes were really good. I ordered a plain garlic pizza bread but got one with cheese on, it was late so didn’t ring to get it corrected, I would’ve preferred the one ordered and it could have been stronger in flavour as the garlic wasn’t strong and more of a hint! Will try again perhaps another time.

Ordered food about 8:30 said would be an hour that’s fine so I wanted, 9:45 rolls on so I call and ask they said sorry we are busy driver is just leaving so left it, it’s now 10:11pm and still no food has arrived I called and the guy said another 10 minutes. Nearly ordered food 2 hours ago what a joke

Our order was delivered later than what was suggested. We were informed of it but there were items missing from the order when it did arrive.

The food has not arrived yet and it is 32 minutes later then the time it should of been delivered

Kebab was abit stiff and hard and pita bread was also hard. Chips were nice probably the best part

Waited 90 minutes for food. Nothing arrived, now trying to get a refund off the ship foodhub app.

Pathetic. Advertised 35 mins delivery, arrived after 95 mins. Menu advises free drink over £25, nothing arrived and restaurant unwilling to rectify.

Always late, always lost when they say its arrived it hasn't I ring and it excuses why its not there fault done with this place and there B.S.

Rude customer service , After being late after a hour all they could say was sorry and it will be leaving in 20 mins (it’s already a hour later ) they told us next time we order they will give us discount but after this poor service I told them I wouldn’t be ordering again but apparently to them the food is that amazing I’ll be back again , it’s not about the food being nice , it’s about having 2 children waiting & having some who’s diabetic & had to take injections so this could have lead to them needing medical attention cuss they haven’t Eaton after taking insulin , but they didn’t want to hear this and just kept repeating the food was “amazing “

I have never had any problems when ordering directly to TJs as I only live up the road this is first time deciding to get delivery. It was estimated at 8 - 8.20 and came at 9pm. The food was great still however my daughter had tantrum and fell sleep hungry while waiting which is disappointing as it was meant to be film takeaway night

Disappointed with the quality and we thought it would be better, my friends burger had random sweetcorn and pepper sauce in it and it was too overpowering, the chips were a bit soggy when delivered and there was a liquid juice in the bag that had leaked on everything and not sure were the juice came from. Sorry but disappointed with this place tbh.

Donner meat was weird it was cooked but it was grey looking and tasted like it had been heated back up on a hot plate for how much it cost it definitely was not worth it

It took longer than expected considering I don't live far £2 for delivery is alot. Also no tissue paper no cutlery given what so ever.

The pizza's were great- delivery really fast, just what was needed! Excellent.
