Tip Top Chinese in Corby

Take out menu on website totally different prices than in the shop. False advertising. Not an apology just rude and unfriendly. Not be using again

Last time I will ever order from here. Order a fair amount 2x salt and chilli chips, chicken curry. Chicken balls and rice. Some reason they didn't give us prawn crackers but another "free" bag of plain chips. Drove home and honestly could not tell the difference between salt and chilli chips and the plain ones for a place that charges nearly £9 for two portions of salt and chilli chips. Sort it out 👎

As far as I,am concerned this is the best Chinese in Corby,we all have different tastes,and some people will disagree with me,I have never had a bad meal from here,and I have used other takeaway Chio,s Johnny Wong,and others,but I stick to tip top,also if you spend £35 you get a free dish from the menu.

The teenager they've just employed has the worst personal hygiene. Filthy nails, unwashed hands and constantly rubbing their nose.. Avoid at all costs 🤮

Food was good when it finally arrived … waited almost 3 hours for it. Even when we phoned were told 40 minutes and it was still over an hour later. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Delicious food, quick delivery. Always get free mini rolls ( no more prawn crackers 🙈 ).

Chicken???? We just ordered 2x chicken chow mein wasn't even 1/5 chicken breast between both of them 2 of us had no chicken just a ton of mushroom. Waste of money!

Always usually a good service, because we order a large amount they usually send free prawn crackers and spring rolls. On my first order i ordered these and got double, so i had stopped ordering them as they were coming free. I was and have been ordering more than £30 each time. Today with my order I received nothing, and i wanted prawn crackers and got nout even though it was a £35 order!!!! Will try else where now. Your loss!!!

Being a vegetarian, this chinese food was delicious! Customer service is great. Lovely variation on the menu. Highly recommend!

Tried here as an alternative to our usual chinese, and regretted it. Food was very poor and bland, and despite ordering ahead (by a few hours) it wasn't ready when I arrived to collect it. A waste of £25 that really put a downer on our evening. I wish we'd stuck to our usual.

Yet another excellent meal from TIP TOP tonight, excellent food at extremely reasonable prices, you can’t t go wrong.

Ordered in advance for a 7:30pm delivery and the food was delivered at 5:50pm. I wasn't even at home when it arrived. Have done the same thing often and it's never been delivered early, only late. When I phoned the restaurant I was told that they couldn't do anything. So that is now £40 wasted on cold food. Not happy at all.

This is the second time that I have had food from Tip Top, and on both occasions it was very good. It was only me eating, so opted for the Set Meal for 1, however did really fancy beef chow mein, and so when I mentioned this, they happily changed the chop suey to chow mein. The food tasted great, the chicken balls were good, and the beef chow mein spot on with lots of beef in the serving - well worth £8.10 with egg fried rice also included. Have collected on both occasions so cannot comment on the delivery service. Just noticed that most of the negative remarks, are old and so not really pertinent to the NEW Tip Top...

We are new to the area so this was our first meal from New Tip Top and we opted for home delivery which was very quick. The food was very good but we found the FREE items stated on the menu to be confusing. For example orders over £10 - Prawn Crackers, orders over £15.00 - Vegetable Spring Roll, orders over £25.00 - Salt & Pepper Chips. Our order came to £26.20 + £1.00 for delivery but the only extra we received were the chips which neither myself nor my husband eat. We had expected to receive all 3 FREE items but in the event of only getting one we would both have much preferred the Prawn Crackers. Surely we should’ve been given the option! We will definitely order again though but in future will make a point of stipulating which FREE item we would prefer.

I live in Ringstead and work in Corby. I prefer to get my Chinese food from here It is always excellent. I have never had a bad meal

Friendly staff,good quality food and value for your money

Numerous times the food has arrived cold, the food is normally quite good. Spoke with them tonight after they confirmed my delivery time to be told it will be 50 minutes late on top of the 60 minutes already stated.

Ordered at 6.40 called about 45 times, constantly engaged, food arrives at 9pm, too late got something else, need to sort delivery service out.

Tonight we had the best Chinese excellent service fast delivery we will be ordering from here again Chinese as never tasted so good until tonight thank you to all the staff x

Few weeks ago my food never arrived so I thought il try them tonight give them a 2nd chance Twice the wrong order was delivered, eventually proper ordered arrived cold rice cold congealed curry , more or less called me a liar when I complained their attitude was shocking and unprofessional

So last night was the first time I have ever used this Chinese and really was not sure what to expect as the quality of take-away food can be very hit and miss but I was very pleased with the quality of food, everything was freshly cooked and amazingly well seasoned and more to my shock the spare ribs actually had meat and by that I mean I have ordered spare ribs from a few places that have came with next to no meat just covered is a slime like sauce but the spare ribs from tip top were fantastic and the meat was very soft and tender I would highly recommend this Chinese

Very fast and good quality. The leaflet and the website both say you get a free spring roll on orders over £15, but we don't receive them. Still better quality and faster service than the other Chinese in Corby which we used to use. Always very fast and friendly service, just knocked off one star because I like a spring roll and don't like prawn crackers ;-)

Good Chinease takeaway. Full menu and good flavours. They do delivery also. Really like the lemon chicken. Only open in evenings and closed Mondays.

Friend uses this takeaway as close to his house. Delivery was quick, food hot and tasted good. Would use again if in the area

Went to tip tops last night as when I first ate from there the food was amazing however this time it was disgusting it was greasy seemed like everything had been double cooked and no one enjoyed it or for that fact ate all there food use to highly recommend these guys but now I wouldn’t recommend them to a wild animal!

Food was horrible! Dry and Tasteless. One of the worst I have had. First and last time il use them. We collected our food and it was cold!!

Waited 1 hour 50 minutes for delivery .Just arrived must have been sitting on the side for 50 minutes .Cold and congealed. What a waste of money. Used the takeaway because of a leaflet drop this week. So don't bother with them (If you forget to deliver please start from fresh or give a refund ) don't deliver cold food .What a waste.Won't be back .

Food was OK. Got short changed.

I ordered food from them as just a trial, their staff was warm and kind over the phone. THE FOOD was delicious and moist not dry like most restaurants. The food areiver quickly too. Thanks guys well done to all the staff. I WILL definitely recommend them.

i found this very amusing because the chow mien was delightful would advise this to family and friends (buy toilet roll if you attend you will have the runners all night)

Lovely food, very tasty and worth the money. Great choice of dishes too. We bought our leftovers home and just as yummy warmed up (or cold) :)
