New Chois in Corby

Ordered set meal delivery, it took 90 minutes and food only luke warm had to heat it up. Pork balls were very tough. Chicken with noodles tasted awful and sauce very watery. Most of the meal went in the bin. Waste of money.

It the the sweet sour chicken was melted to the plastic so never eaten the rest of food was cold I sent a picture of food and she. M blocked me called me a lier for what I sent back. , I will be not ordering again Bad food when the rest of it went to my dog on hafe the first food and second

We have had food from here for over a decade. Generally reliable quality of food. On Friday the 25th of November we phoned in an order for delivery. It was a good size order coming to over £50. When it was delivered it was in a box. On emptying the box we found curry sauce over a couple of other containers and a large pool of curry sauce on the bottom of the box. I phoned New Chois to complain about the mess they had delivered and about one of the meals being half empty due to very poor packing. The person who answered the phone told me that when the delivery person got back they would have them call me to sort it out. It is now,at time of writing, Tuesday 1st of December. I am still waiting for them to call back. In the intervening days I have called New Chois on two seperate occassions and asked to speak to the manager. I've been told each time that they weren't there. The lack of respect they are showing to a customer with a legitimate complaint,their food isn't cheap, is breathtaking. I am amazed in this current economical climate that they can afford to ignore and not engage with long-standing customers trying to communicate with them. I cannot recommend a take-away that will happily take your money but don't care,indeed actively ignore it's customers, if they dare to question if the service matches their prices. The simple solution now is we wont be using them again. We will go elsewhere, there is plenty of competition.

WHAT A PLACE! i came to visit family this weekend and they order from here every week. I live in derby and it was the first time i tried food from here after the family recommended it. I can honestly Say this was the best Chinese I've had in my 40 years of life. The salt and chilli chicken balls and chips were out of this world! The rest of the food was amazing too but i will take home the super taste of them chips and balls!!

Second time we have received a delivery and thought we had been sent beef curry instead of chicken curry. On closer inspection it was really burnt - we phoned the shop to advise of this and was told if we had told them the previous order had been burnt they would have made sure this one wasn’t burnt too!! She then put the phone down on us - shocking !!!!

Just collected our order very poor thought last week was a one off. But alas no, hard rice clearly from last night tub of curry sauce half full and two of the same meal. I rand and asked for this to be corrected said yes but two hour wait, then read out order with the correct meals to then ge told that's what we rang in. We didn't ring we went and ordered in the shop, they then refused to change saying that we ordered the meat dish, oh it was for a vegetarian. Poor service poor food will not be back.

Salt and chilli chips and chicken balls are particular tasty. Best Chinese in corby, good value too.

Go here at least once a month. LULU and her staff are very friendly and are always happy to serve you. I don't even have to say what I want . "Is it the usual sir ?" Half and half....chips and salt and chilli ribs.

This is one of the local takeaways near to me It offers a wide choice of food from the orient so you should find something to eat The soups are good The service is good Plenty of parking outside

New Chois in Corby is one of 3 local Chinese to where we live and is the best out of the 3 The menu has something for everyone covering something from most Asian countries Prices are competitive A bit hit and miss taste wise average to excellent Very handy and pub across the road while you wait

We ordered our food from a pleasant girl then went across the road to a pub which felt like an 1980s working men’s club. 15 minutes later we picked up our order and whizzed home. The food was excellent, I mean...exceptional. Best we’ve had in the area, for sure, but then again, we haven’t visited every Chinese takeaway.

Chicken and mushroom ordered. Just received a mushroom curry. The lady repeated my order back to me and chicken was said. So where is my chicken.

I always order from here and I have never had any problems. The food is always hot and I am yet to have anything missing from my order. The staff are very friendly too.

Got a delivery from here tonight 8/3/16 and it was not nice at all stodgy greasy rice... Meat very chewy... Shredded beef was asked to have no peppers but it cane with them and was very tough.. I enjoyed the can of coke though

We nearly always order from here when fancy Chinese. Beef fried rice is good . Sweet and sour balls are massive . Crispy lamb and pancakes are looking really good and they will provide extra pancakes at small fee . Best Chinese takeaway in Corby

Cracking good takeaway service and sensibly priced - they also deliver to the local area. I have tried several items and the food is always piping hot and tasty. Love the Kung po chicken. The best in Corby in my view.
