Place was unclean, grimy and sticky, and just generally shabby. Had loaded Nachos and at £10 expected them to be good. Cheap Nachos, hardly any cheese or pork and half the portion welded onto plate and inedible. Been in microwave too long. Left feeling totally ripped off. Won't be back.

With a few global giants nearby this independent knocks them for six in terms of quality and value. Recently reopened, post covid closure and I urge people to support this and other independent businesses, but only if they deserve it as this one clearly does. I had a bacon and a square sausage roll for breakfast and both were lovely. Returned on my last day for another bacon roll and had a couple of takeout rolls for later on the long train ride back home to Birmingham. Nice staff, nice place, deserves support. Recommended.

We stay at the premier inn Stirling City center quote often so we tend to have evening meal and breakfast next door in this establishment. For us there has been a rapid decline over the past few months in every aspect from food quality and customer service from waiting staff just seems to be all staff from the chefs to wait staff walking around with sad faces not wanting to do the job or doing bear minimum. Food quality has declined too, food being turned out cold in the middle, meat on the mix grill not cooked through. If I'm paying £60-£70 for 2 of us to eat I have certain expectations. Breakfast poor continental choice nothing left by 9am everything was bare apart from fresh juice. I was told by staff first come first serve. From my point of view this restaurant has closed the doors to general public to attend to hotel clients and they can't manage to get it right so I won't be supporting this establishment anymore when I stay next door in future I'll go across the road where I know what we need will be attended to.
